Claims (6)

  1. Chambre d'encre (1) pour des presses rotatives à imprimer, qui est formée au moins par les éléments suivants :
    - un rouleau anylox (2) qui, lors du fonctionnement, tourne autour d'un axe (D),
    - un corps de chambre de râcle oblong (4) qui délimite la chambre d'encre (1) au moins au côté éloigné du rouleau d'encrage (2),
    - au moins une amenée à travers laquelle l'encre arrive dans l'intérieur de la chambre d'encre,
    - deux lames de râclage (23, 24) applicables en forme de coin au rouleau d'encrage,
    - deux corps d'étanchéité (7) qui délimitent les côtés frontaux de la chambre d'encre (1), où les faces d'étanchéité des corps d'étanchéité sont appliquées au rouleau d'encrage (2),
    - deux premières parois intermédiaires (11) dont respectivement une est disposée entre la zone d'encrage (14) du rouleau d'encrage et le corps d'étanchéité respectif de sorte que sont produites de chaque côté de la chambre de râcle entre les corps d'étanchéité (7) et les parois intermédiaires (11) des premières chambres (9),
    - au moins deux écoulements d'encre (18) qui évacuent l'encre des premières chambres (9),
    au moins une autre paroi intermédiaire (13) entre la zone d'encrage (14) du rouleau d'encrage (2) et les premières parois intermédiaires (11) est prévue de manière à produire entre les premières (11) et les autres parois intermédiaires (13) au moins une autre chambre (10),
    caractérisée
    en ce qu'au moins une lame de râclage (23, 24) sur au moins un côté frontal de la chambre d'encre (1) se termine déjà entre une paroi intermédiaire et le joint d'étanchéité.
  2. Chambre d'encre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la râcle de fermeture (23) se termine déjà entre une paroi intermédiaire (13) et le joint d'étanchéité (7).
  3. Chambre d'encre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une lame de râclage précitée (24) se termine dans la première chambre (9).
  4. Chambre d'encre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un écoulement d'encre (19) est prévu dans au moins une autre chambre (10), à travers lequel l'encre est évacuée de l'autre chambre.
  5. Chambre d'encre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une partie de l'encre est évacuée par la gravité des chambres (9, 10).
  6. Chambre d'encre selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un corps de paroi intermédiaire (22) en une pièce est utilisé, qui comprend au moins deux parois intermédiaires (11, 13).
