Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Filterzigaretten (10) aus von einem Maker zugeführten Tabakstücken (11), an die während des Transports durch Endlosförderer jeweils Filter angesetzt und durch ein Belagpapier (28) mit dem Tabakstock (11) unter Bildung der Filterzigaretten (10) verbunden werden, wobei die Tabakstöcke (11), Filter bzw. Filterstäbe (21) und die Filterzigaretten (10) während der Fertigung durch eine einzige zentrale Haupttrommet (17) mit Aufnahmen (18) für Komponenten zur Fertigung der Filterzigaretten (10) transportierbar sind, und wobei während des Transports in einzelnen Stationen aufeinanderfolgende Schritte zum Herstellen der Filterzigaretten (10) durchführbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Stationen bezogen auf die Stellung eines Uhrzeigers in folgenden Relativstellungen zur Haupttrommel (17) positioniert sind:a) ein Zwischenförderer (14) zur Zuführung der Tabakstöcke (11) etwa in einer Halbdreistellung,b) eine Filterstation (20) zur Zuführung der Filterstäbe (21) etwa in einer Halbzweistellung,c) eine Belagstation (27) zum Umwickeln der Tabakstöcke (11) und der Filterstäbe (21) mit Belagpapier (28) in einer Zwölfuhrstellung,d) eine Trennstation (41) zur Durchtrennung von in der Belagstation (27) gebildeten Zigaretteneinheiten (30) etwa in einer Zehnuhrstellung,e) eine Prüfstation (44) zur Überprüfung der Filterzigaretten (10) hinsichtlich der korrekten Ausgestaltung derselben etwa im Bereich einer Halbneunstellung,f) eine Abförderstation (49) zur Abnahme der Filterzigaretten (10) von der Haupttrommel (17) etwa in einer Sechsuhrstellung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponenten für die Fertigung der Filterzigaretten (10), insbesondere Tabakstöcke (11), Filterstäbe (21) und Belagpapier (28) der Haupttrommel (17) an funktional aufeinanderfolgenden Stationen durch Endlosförderer, insbesondere durch (Mulden-) Trommeln, durch ein Saugband (29), zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während des Transports der Komponenten für die Fertigung der Filterzigaretten (10) auf der Haupttrommel (17) aufeinanderfolgend Schritte zum Herstellen der Filterzigaretten (10) durchführbar sind, insbesondere Umwickeln der Tabakstöcke (11) einerseits und der (doppelt langen) Filterstäbe (21) andererseits mit Belagpapier (28) und/oder Durchtrennen der so gebildeten Zigaretteneinheiten (30) und/oder Wenden einer Reihe von Filterzigaretten um 90°.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zuerst zwei Tabakstöcke (11) in der Länge einer herzustellenden Zigarette der Haupttrommel (17), danach doppelt lange Filterstäbe (21) der Haupt trommel (17) zuführbar und zwischen den beiden Tabakstöcken (11) positionierbar ist, dass danach im Bereich einer Belagstation (27) an der Oberseite der Haupttrommel (17) Belagpapier zuführbar und in einer anschließenden Rollstrecke (36) um Tabakstöcke (11) und Filterstab (21) herumwickelbar ist unter Bildung einer Zigaretteneinheit (30), dass diese im Bereich einer Trennstation (41) mittig teilbar ist unter Bildung von zwei Filterzigaretten (10), dass diese danach einer Prüfstation und schließlich einer Abförderstation (49) zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Filterzigaretten (10) zur Prüfung derselben durch Förderer vom Umfang der Haupttrommel (17) abnehmbar, einem Prüfaggregat zuführbar und danach wieder der Haupttrommel (17) zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Abförderstation (49) eine erste Reihe von Filterzigaretten (10) durch eine Abzweigung (52) eines gemeinsamen Zigarettenförderers (50) aufnehmbar und die andere Reihe der Filterzigaretten (10) durch ein Wendeorgan um 90° drehbar und sodann durch eine weitere Abzweigung (54) des Zigarettenförderers (50) aufnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Anschluss an die im unteren Bereich der Haupttrommel (17) gebildeten Abförderstation (49) ein Reinigungsaggregat (57) ortsfest positioniert ist zur Reinigung der (leeren) Aufnahmen (18) mechanisch und/oder pneumatisch.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmen (18) der Haupttrommel (17) aus einem Träger (31) mit Tragmulde (32) für Komponenten der Filterzigaretten bestehen, wobei die Komponenten bzw. die Filterzigaretten (10) durch Saugluft in den Tragmulden (32) gehalten sind und wobei zur Durchführung einer Rollbewegung von Tabakstock und Filterstab (21) entlang der Rollstrecke (36) die Komponenten durch Druckluft beaufschlagt sind, derart, dass die Komponenten in den Tragmulden (32) auf einem Luftbett drehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (31) im Querschnitt unsymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, derart, dass auf der in Förderrichtung rückwärtigen Seite eine erhöhte Schulter (33) als Anlage für die Komponenten der Zigaretten (10) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Aufnahme (18) (zwei) Rollorgane zugeordnet sind, nämlich Drehstangen (62, 63), auf denen die Komponenten der Filterzigaretten (10), nämlich Zigarettenabschnitte (16) und Filterstäbe (21), während der Rollbewegung (ausschließlich) aufliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponenten der Filterzigaretten (10) und diese während des Transports außerhalb der Rollstation durch Saugluft an einer Tragmulde (59) der Aufnahmen (18) fixiert sind, wobei die Saugmulde (59) derart relativ zu den Drehstangen (62, 63) positioniert ist, dass die Zigaretten (10) bzw. deren Komponenten durch die Saugluft unter geringfügiger Verformung an die Tragmulde (59) gedrückt werden.
