In Transportrichtung wird auf dem Anlegetisch durch bekannte Mittel ein bereits seitenkantenausgerichteter Bogen bis zu den Vordermarken 13 der stillstehenden Saugwalze 01 transportiert (Umfangsgeschwindigkeit gleich Null). Mittels des mit unterschiedlicher Drehzahl rotierbaren Antriebes über den Motor 12, die Mitnehmerhülse 15 und den Mitnehmerarm 10 wird der Hohlzylinder 02 mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit von Null auf z. B. 0,7 m/s beschleunigt, so daß der Bogen auf einer geradlinigen Beschleunigungsstrecke und einer nachfolgenden Gleichlaufstrecke, die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Druckzylinders von z. B. 0,6 m/s erreicht und mittels Greifersystem bei einem vorbestimmten Greiferschließpunkt auf dem Druckzylinder festgehalten wird. Beim Transport eines Bogens 17 sind jeweils zumindest eine oder mehrere Bohrungen 03 der rotierenden Saugringe 14; 16 mit dem Luftzufuhrschlitz 08 des Tragrohres 06 in Verbindung, so daß ein Bewegen des Bogens in Transportrichtung erfolgen kann. Die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit pendelt somit bei einer Umdrehung der Saugwalze 01 zwischen Null und dem 1,3- bis 2,5-fachen der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Druckzylinders.

Claims (4)
- Saugwalze zum Transportieren von Bogen zu einer Weiterbearbeitungsstation in einer Bogenbearbeitungsmaschine, wobei die Saugwalze (01) mit ungleichförmiger Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibbar is, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugwalze (01) mit einem wirksamen Teil ihrer Mantelfläche (07) geringfügig durch einen in einem Anlegetisch vorhandenen Schlitz ragt, daß die Saugwalze (01) an ihrem Umfang eine Anzahl über die Umfangslinie (07) der Saugwalze (01) hinausragende Vordermarken (13) aufweist und daß die Saugwalze (01) einen eigenen Antriebsmotor (12) aufweist.
- Saugwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die saugluftbeaufschlagbare Mantelfläche (07) über 150° bis 210° der Umfangslinie (07) der Saugwalze (01) erstreckt.
- Saugwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugwalze (01) in ihrer axialen Richtung mehrere voneinander beabstandete Saugringe (14; 16) aufweist.
- Saugwalze nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ungleichförmige Umfangsgeschwindigkeit der Saugwalze (01) zwischen Null und einem 1½-fachen der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des nachfolgenden Transportmittels antreibbar ist.
