Die Stützrollen der Strangführung einer Gießmaschine sind hoch beansprucht und verschleißen in Abhängigkeit von den Einsatzbedingungen und den verwendeten Rollenwerkstoffen. Dadurch werden einzelne Segmente in wenig transportable Abschnitte gegliedert, die schon austauschbar gestaltet worden sind (DE 198 11 651 A1). Die Segmente können durch einen Greifer aufgenommen werden und mittels einer kranähnlich an der Gießbühne geführten Maschine ab- und später wieder antransportiert werden (EP 0 029 798 B1). Eine ähnliche Segmentwechseleinrichtung für eine in Segmente unterteilte Stranggießanlage ist außerdem aus der DE 36 39 611 C1 bekannt. Alle diese Segmentwechseleinrichtungen sind aufwendig, schwer und teuer. Dabei ist jedoch der abschnittsweise Wechsel der Strangführung durch die zunehmende Flexibilisierung der Strangführung z.B. durch ihre hydraulische Energieversorgung und die hydraulischen Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten immer aufwendiger und wartungsanfälliger.The strand guide is segmented in most cases. Diese Aufgabe wird durch das in Patentanspruch 1 beanspruchte Verfahren gelöst. Bei Senkrechtgießanlagen bietet sich an, die Rollenkassetten zumindest in Teilbereichen vertikal nach oben zu wechseln. Ein Wechsel ist auch dann möglich, wenn die Strangführung abschnittsweise seitlich aus der Betriebsposition heraus bewegt werden kann und die Rollenkassetten durch entsprechende Einrichtungen, wie z.B. eines Manipulators oder eines Krans entnommen oder später wieder eingesetzt werden. Dabei kann auch pro Segment 2 ein erster Halterahmen 3 mit drehgelagerten Stützrollen 1 und ein zweiter, gegenüberliegender Halterahmen 3 mit drehgelagerten Gegen-Stützrollen 1a zusammen als eine Wechselkassette 5 aus- oder eingebaut werden. Als ein alternativer Schritt ist dann möglich, dass eine obere Rollenkassette 4 und eine untere Rollenkassette 4 durch Abstandsmittel 6, z.B. durch eine Metall- oder Holzeinlage, aufeinander abgestützt zusammen als Wechselkassette 5 ausgebaut und eine instandgesetzte Einheit nach Wartung wieder eingebaut wird. Claims (4)
- Method for changing the support rollers, which form a strip guide, of a continuous casting device for metals, particularly for steel, wherein the support rollers are combined to form segments and, within the segments, to form roller cassettes, which each have several support rollers rotatably mounted at a mounting frame, and wherein per segment a respective upper and lower roller cassette are supported on one another on spacers and together form an exchange cassette; wherein the method comprises the following steps: demounting of a segment from the strip guide; demounting of the exchange cassette from the segment frame of the demounted segment by a hoist; reinstallation in reverse of the previously demounted exchange cassette in the segment frame of the segment; and reinstallation of the segment in the strip guide.
