Claims (11)
- System zur Entnahme von Schüttgut aus einem Behälter, insbesondere aus einem kastenförmigen Transportbehälter, mit einem an einem Auslaßbereich des Behälters (10) anbringbaren Entnahmegerät (23), das eine Fördereinrichtungen (30) aufweist, um aus dem Behälter (10) in das Entnahmegerät (23) fließendes Schüttgut im wesentlichen entgegen seiner Ausfließrichtung aus dem Behälter (10) zu einem Austragbereich (38) des Entnahmegeräts (23) zu fordern, an den eine Absaugeinrichtung (39) anschließbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Luftzuführeinrichtung (17, 19, 20') vorgesehen ist, um Luft zum Fluidisieren unmittelbar in das Innere des Schüttguts im Behälter (10) einleiten zu können, sodass das Schüttgut von innen heraus aufgelockert wird.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzuführeinrichtung (17, 19. 20') zumindest ein Rohr (42) mit luftdurchlässiger Wand aufweist, das an eine Druckquelle anschließbar ist und das in einem vor dem Auslaßbereich liegenden Behälterbereich anbringbar ist, wobei das Rohr (42) mit luftdurchlässiger Wand vorzugsweise aus einem porösen Sintermaterial hergestellt ist.
- System nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (42) mit luftdurchlässiger Wand in einem im wesentlichen zylindrischen Stützgestell (44) aus Längs- und Umfangsstegen (45 bzw. 46) angeordnet ist, dessen Längsstege (45) im wesentlichen schraubenlinienförmig um das Rohr (42) mit luftdurchlässiger Wand herum verlaufen, wobei vorzugsweise an dem im Behälter (10) anzuordnenden Ende des Rohrs (42) mit luftdurchlässiger Wand ein Bohrgewinde (52) angeordnet ist.
- System nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftzuführeinrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Rohren (42) mit luftdurchlässigen Wänden aufweist, wobei die vorzugsweise im wesentlichen gleich langen, jeweils in einem Stützgestell (44) vorgesehen Rohre (42) zueinander parallel im Behälter (10) anbringbar sind.
- System nach Anspruch 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Rohr (42) im Bereich seines an die Druckluftquelle (20') anschließbaren Endes eine Hülse (47) angebracht ist, mit der das Rohr (42) in einer Haltehülse (21) befestigbar ist. die an einem am Behälter (10) anbringbaren Adaptergestell (18) vorgesehen ist wobei insbesondere am Adaptergestell (18) eine an die Druckluftquelle (20') anschließbare Sammeldruckkammer (19) vorgesehen ist, an die jedes Rohr (42) mit luftdurchlässiger Wand vorzugsweise mittels einer Druckleitung (51) anschließbar ist.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (10) eine Auskleidung (11) aus flexiblem, luftundurchlassigern Material aufweist, in der das Schüttgut insbesondere während eines Transports vor Umwelteinflüssen geschützt aufgenommen ist, wobei insbesondere die Auskleidung (11) auf- oder ausschneidbare Luftzuführbereich (16) aufweist, die zunächst dicht geschlossen und jeweils von einer sich nach außen erstreckenden flexiblen Dichtmanschette (15) umgeben sind, während die Auskleidung (11) zweckmäßiger Weiese einen zunächst dicht geschlossenen Auslaßbereich (13) für Schüttgut aufweist, der von einer sich nach außen erstreckenden flexiblen Dichtmanschette (14) umgeben und zum Öffnen aufoder ausschneidbar ist, und wobei die Auskleidung in einem vom Auslaßbereich (13) für Schüttgut entfernt liegendem Bereich einen Luftauslaß (56) aufweist, an den sich ein außenliegender Schlauch (55) anschließt, dessen freies Ende (57) dicht verschließbar ist.
- System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Entnahmegeräte (23) vorgesehen sind, die sowohl bezüglich der Ausfließrichtung des Schüttguts als auch bezüglich der Schwerkraft nebeneinander am Auslaßbereich des Behälters (10) angebracht sind, wobei jedes Entnahmegerät (23) einen eigenen Trichterabschnitt (26) aufweist, in dem die jeweilige Fördereinrichtung (30) mit ihrer Fördereinrichtung im wesentlichen koaxial zur Trichterachse angeordnet ist, und wobei jedes Entnahmegerät (23) mittels eines Adaptergestells (18) am Behälter (10) anbringbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Entnahme von Schüttgut aus einem Behälter, insbesondere aus einem kastenförmigen Transportbehälter, bei deman einem Auslaßbereich des Behälters (10) ein Entnahmegerät (23) angebracht wird,Schüttgut im Entnahmegerät (23) im wesentlichen entgegen seiner Ausfließrichtung aus dem Behälter (10) in einen Austragbereich (38) des Entnahmegeräts (23) gefördert wird, undSchüttgut aus dem Austragbereich (38) abgesaugt wird.Luft so unmittelbar in das Innere des im Behälter (10) befindlichen Schüttguts eingeleitet wird, daß das Schüttgut von innen heraus fluidisiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luft zum Fluidisieren des Schüttguts in einem vor dem Auslaßbereich liegenden Behälterbereich in das Schüttgut eingeleitet wird, wobei die Luft zum Fluidisieren des Schüttguts vorzugsweise mit Hilfe eines oder mehrerer jeweils eine luftdurchlässige Wand aufweisenden Rohres (42) in das Schüttgut eingebracht wird, wobei die mehreren Rohre (42) zum Einbringen von Luft in das Schüttgut im wesentlichen 1.gleich lang und parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und vorzugsweise von einer gemeinsamen Druckluftquelle (20') über eine Sammeldruckkammer (19) mit Druckluft versorgt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei Entnahmegeräte (23) sowohl bezüglich der Ausfließrichtung des Schüttguts als auch bezüglich der Schwerkraft nebeneinander am Auslaßbereich des Behälters (10) angebracht werden, dem Austragbereich (38) des Entnahmegeräts (23) über ein einstellbares Nebenluftventil (41) Luft zuführbar ist, um einen unabhängigen Absaugluftstrom zu ermöglichen, wobei insbesondere die über das Nebenluftventil (41) zugeführte Luft reduziert wird, sobald das Schüttgut im Behälter (10) hinreichend fluidisiert ist, um den Schüttgutaustrag zu vergrößern.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor Beginn der eigentlichen Entnahme von Schüttgut aus dem Behälter (10) Luft zum Fluidisieren des Schüttguts in den Behälter (10) eingeleitet wird, während in einem vom Auslaßbereich entfernt liegenden Bereichs des Behälters (10) aus diesem Luft entweicht, wobei zweckmäßiger Weise die aus dem Behälter (10) entweichende Luft gefiltert und auf mitgeführtes Schüttgut überwacht wird.
