Claims (12)
- Profilrahmen für einen Profilflügel eines Fensters oder dergl., mit Verschlussgetriebe, wobei das Verschlussgetriebe (10) ein am Profilrahmen (24) des Profilflügels anschraubbares Getriebegehäuse (12) und einen am Profilrahmen (24) verschiebbaren Schieber (14) aufweist, und der Profilrahmen (24) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (38) zur Aufnahme des Getriebegehäuses (12) und einer Ausfräsung zur Befestigung eines Betätigungsgriffs und Durchtritt der Drehachse versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) und/oder das Getriebegehäuse (12) mit einer Schnappeinrichtung (44) versehen ist, mit der er an einer Profilnut (56) des Profilrahmens (24) befestigbar ist.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebegehäuse (12) mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (30) versehen ist, und beim Einsetzen des Getriebegehäuses (12) in die Aufnahmeöffnung (38) der Vorsprung in die Ausfräsung einschiebbar ist.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausfräsung von zwei Durchtrittsöffnungen und einer Durchstecköffnung (26) gebildet wird.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebegehäuse (12) zwei Vorsprünge (30) aufweist, die bei eingesetztem Getriebe (10) in zwei den beiden äußeren Durchtrittsöffnungen liegen.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnappeinrichtung (44) im Wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildet ist und mit den freien Enden (54) in die Profilnut (56) des Profilrahmens (24) eingreift.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (54) mit nach außen abstehenden Rasthaken versehen sind, die in der Profilnut (56) verrasten.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnappeinrichtung (44) mit oder ohne Werkzeug lösbar ist.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnappeinrichtung (44) zum Ausbau des Verschlussgetriebes (10) drehbar und/oder zurückschwenkbar ist.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebegehäuse (12) schwimmend im Schieber (14) gelagert ist.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (14) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Profilrahmen mit Verschlussgetriebe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Schieber (14) eine aus Metall, insbesondere aus Stahl, bestehende Lochplatte gelagert ist, an der ein im Getriebegehäuse (12) vorgesehenes Zahnrad (16) angreift.
