Claims (20)
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung für Speisen mit einem Gehäuse (1), das einen Ständer (3) hat, an dem eine Absaughaube (4) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Absaughaube (4) über ein eine horizontale Drehachse (5) aufweisendes Drehgelenk (6) mit dem Ständer (3) verbunden ist. - Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaughaube (4) ausgehend von einer horizontalen Stellung um einen bevorzugten Winkel α von ± 90° in eine obere senkrechte Stellung und eine unteren senkrechte Stellung stufenlos verschwenkbar ist.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine das Drehgelenk (6) klemmende Klemmeinrichtung und/oder eine eine Vielzahl von Rastpunkten aufweisende Rasteinrichtung am Drehgelenk vorgesehen ist, um vorgewählte Schwenkstellung zwischen der Absaughaube (4) und dem Ständer (3) aufrechtzuerhalten.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) einen plattenartigen Fuß (2) hat, der am unteren Endabschnitt des Ständers (3) angeordnet ist, wobei der plattenartige Fuß (2) bevorzugt unterhalb der in horizontaler Stellung befindlichen Absaughaube (4) angeordnet ist, um ein Gefäß aufzunehmen.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der plattenartige Fuß (2) über ein zusätzliches Drehgelenk (20) am unteren Endabschnitt des Ständers (3) angelenkt ist, wobei eine Drehachse (21) des zusätzlichen Drehgelenks (20) bevorzugt parallel zur Drehachse (5) des Drehgelenks (6) zwischen Absaughaube (4) und Ständer (3) angeordnet ist.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der plattenartige Fuß (2) über das zusätzliche Drehgelenk (20) ausgehend von einer horizontalen Stellung um einen Winkel β von bevorzugt 90° in eine eingeklappte Stellung zum Ständer (3) hin verschwenkbar ist, wobei der versschwenkbare, plattenartige Fuß (2) in der horizontalen Stellung arretierbar ist.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im plattenartigen Fuß (2) eine Heizeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, wobei die Heizeinrichtung bevorzugt als elektrische Heizplatte, wie ein Cerankochfeld, oder als ein mit Brennstoff betriebener Brenner ausgebildet ist.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizeinrichtung im plattenartigen Fuß (2) integriert ist, oder als separate Heizeinrichtung auf den Fuß aufsetzbar ist.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Absaughaube (4) in der horizontalen Stellung auf der Unterseite eine Absaugöffnung (9) hat, die mit einem ersten Filter (10) versehen ist, der bevorzugt Fett und Kondensat aus der angesaugten Umgebungsluft abscheidet.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Ventilator (8) vorgesehen ist, der bevorzugt im Ständer (3) angeordnet ist, wobei die über die Absaugöffnung (9) angesaugte Luft über eine im Drehgelenk (6) angeordnete Drehdurchführung über einen im Ständer (3) ausgebildeten Kanal (12) zum Ventilator (8) strömt und stromabseitig des Ventilators (8) über eine im Ständer (3) ausgebildete Auslassöffnung (14) austritt.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Auslassöffnung (14) ein zweiter Filter (16) zum Abscheiden von Geruch angeordnet ist.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassöffnung (14) mit einer externen Leitung verbindbar ist, um die Abluft abzuführen.
- Mobile Dunstabzugsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördermenge des Ventilators (8) bevorzugt über die Drehzahl des Ventilators (8) durch ein Stellglied (17) variabel einstellbar ist.
