Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Schärfen eines Werkzeugs (10) mit abrasiven Schneidkörpern (12), die zumindest ein Mittel (14, 16, 18) und eine Spannvorrichtung (20) aufweist, über die das Mittel (14, 16, 18) und das Werkzeug (10) miteinander verspannbar sind, wobei über eine Lagerung eine Wälzbewegung zwischen dem Mittel (14, 16, 18) und dem Werkzeug (10) erzeugbar ist und zumindest einzelne abrasive Schneidkörper (12) mit dem Mittel (14, 16, 18) brechbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (14, 16, 18) von einem in einem Gehäuse (24) gelagerten Wälzkörper gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (14, 16, 18) von einem Außenring eines Wälzlagers (48, 50, 52) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (24) zumindest drei als Wälzkörper ausgebildete Mittel (14, 16, 18) gelagert sind, deren Wälzflächen (32, 34, 36) einen Freiraum (38) begrenzen, und daß zumindest ein Mittel (14) in seiner Lage durch die Spannvorrichtung (20) zu den anderen zwei Mitteln (16, 18) einstellbar und damit das Werkzeug (10) im Freiraum (38) spannbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (24) mindestens zwei zueinander bewegliche Gehäuseteile (40, 42) aufweist, die einen Teil der Spannvorrichtung (20) bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Gehäuseteile (40, 42) gelenkig verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Gehäuseteile (40, 42) über zumindest ein Stellmittel (44) zueinander einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellmittel (44) von einer Schraube gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (14, 16, 18) aus einem gehärteten Stahl gebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Schärfen eines Werkzeugs (10) mit abrasiven Schneidkörpern (12) mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abrasiven Schneidkörper (12) des Werkzeugs (10) durch eine Wälzbewegung gebrochen werden.
