Definitions
- the invention relates to a device and method for subdivision a stack of leaves in giant specified number of leaves.
- Paper processing is often done after manufacturing Single sheets stack and palletize these single sheets.
- Further processing of these single sheets must then be done by individual giants are generated, the number of sheets as precisely as possible a predetermined number of leaves included.
- Usual ream sizes are, for example in the range of 50 to 500 sheets.
- this method has the disadvantage that it is the right one Determining the height of the paper stack is necessary on the one hand high surface pressure in the paper stack on the insertion side on the other hand with the increasing surface pressure but there is a risk of puncturing at least one of the leaves damage in the puncture area. This doesn't just count Damage from kinking the paper when attached to the Puncture site instead of the space between two sheets Sheet is hit, but also when the surface is one of the Leaves, for example by wiping or scratching marks, in their quality is affected.
- the object of the invention is therefore a device for dividing a stack of sheets in single giant of a given size create, by means of which both an exact determination of the number of sheets also a largely damage-free unstacking can be.
- a stack of sheets in Individual giant divided predetermined number of sheets including a gripper.
- the gripper has a predeterminable generation Surface pressure in the stack to be divided a first pressure pad on. He also has a sword for piercing Des dividable stack at a predeterminable height from the upper edge of the Stack on.
- a gripper for handling the discarded giant provided.
- the gripping pliers exist on the one hand from a fork as a lower part that can be inserted into the stack and to another from a top of the pliers to hold the ream clamped between fork and upper part of the pliers.
- a second pressure pad is next to the first pressure pad that is attached to the stack of Leaf acts, a second pressure pad provided.
- the second pressure pad is used to generate a pressure in the to be divided on the attack side, i.e. the piercing side, opposite side of the stack.
- the pull bar movable vertically is designed and also designed so that it is at the latest then with the side of the stack of sheets facing the gripper in The system arrives when the stack of paper is nibbled by the sword.
- the pull bar on the stack facing side, the front has a friction surface.
- the friction surface can in particular in the form of a rubber coating or a rubberized layer.
- the pull bar is used here with a vertical upward movement, if the pull bar is in lateral contact with the paper stack is located, the Ries separated by the sword upwards pull.
- the pull bar serves to relieve the Weight of the paper of the sword of the overlying Ries.
- the corresponding must be done beforehand Pressure pad away from the paper stack - upwards.
- the Side of the paper stack, the back, facing away from the piercing side second pressure pad ensures that the one-sided lifted Leaves of the stack cannot slide backwards.
- the pulling of the giant to be separated out by the pull bar allows the sword to be almost the entire length insert into the paper stack without load.
- the sword can then be used for reliable pushing up the ream and serve the distance between the discarded ream and the remaining one Serve the top edge of the remaining stack.
- By starting up the Sword will in particular be a sufficient space for the Inserting a fork created a gripper.
- the fork is used for Separate and grasp the giant lying above the sword.
- the sword is for this arranged vertically movable relative to the fork.
- both the piercing or beaking the Stacks of paper by the sword, as well as stabbing the Sword in the stack of paper as well as retracting the fork into the the space created by the sword in a horizontal movement takes place, which is perpendicular to the side facing the gripper of the Stack is aligned.
- versions are to be preferred, according to which sword and fork are horizontal independently are movable.
- the sword consists of a protruding flat blade facing the stack.
- the fork is preferably designed so that tines protruding towards the stack are provided. There are preferably at least two tines are provided, a larger number of tines is also possible. Be particularly preferred Configurations according to those on each side of the sword at least one prong is arranged.
- a method according to the invention comprises Process steps according to the independent claim.
- a first pressure pad is used the front upper side of the stack, which faces the gripper, one defined pressure generated.
- a second pressure pad on the back top of the stack facing away from the gripper, also creates a defined pressure in the stack.
- the Gripper moved into its working position with respect to the stack. He is located in close proximity to the front facing it of the stack.
- the sword of the claw Located at a distance from the top of the stack the sword of the claw. The distance is determined in such a way that he the stack height of the specified number of sheets in the stack sheet type contained in the generated by the first pressure pad Pressure corresponds. The sword then leads at this distance from the A horizontal infeed movement through the top edge of the stack.
- the length of the vertical infeed movement is determined so that the Sword pierces the stack, i.e. that the sword is only slightly in penetrates the stack. After this first light piercing - Beak - the stack of paper where the stack will go The remaining pile and the ream to be separated out is the first Pressure pad lifted off the stack. On the front of the Then there is no more pressure in the stack that over the Stress from the weight of the leaves of the discarded giant goes out. Only after this discharge is the sword fully inserted into the stack. Then will by a vertical lifting movement of the sword above the Sword's separated ream of specified number of leaves raised.
- the Beaking the stack of paper by the sword into a pull bar Contact with the front of the paper stack facing the gripper brought.
- the pull bar is to be regarded as part of the gripper.
- the pull bar is then on the side of the paper stack, one defined investment power can be specified.
- the investment power is there chosen so that damage to the leaves by indentation the investment site did not take place.
- the pull bar is moved vertically upwards. there are those above the sword in the piercing area Leaves of the giant to be separated out slightly raised on one side. This Measure serves the further weight relief before completely inserting the sword into the stack of paper on the predetermined place.
- a position is lowered in which the upper edge of the sword below the Tine the fork, especially below the top edge of the tine Fork, lies.
- the sword is vertical is lowered so far that it has a defined contact force on the remaining stack remains.
- the ream to be separated out comes from the attack side of the gripper seen driving away from the stack backwards. It is also at The method according to the invention is particularly advantageous if the stack of sheets is provided on a lifting device.
- the Lifting device is preferably designed so that after each Removing a ream, the stack of paper is lifted, whereby lifting is done just by the amount that corresponds to the height of the discarded giant corresponds. This ensures that before The beginning of each sorting of a giant from the stack of paper The top edge of the paper stack is at the same height.
- the gripper (40) of a lifting device can also be designed such that it is suitable for the decreasing height of the paper stack in the Sequence of successive separation of giants from the Balance stack. This can be done in particular by appropriate Moving devices take place.
- this ream is removed from the Delivery location of the stack moved away from sheets. Instead of now completely removed stack of leaves becomes a new one Stacks of sheets deployed to this staging location. Then the restries on the new stack of leaves proceed and filed there.
- the new stack will be in the process of transferring the remaining ream advantageously held in place by means of a pressing means, that especially the top, but also the ones below Sheets of the stack in which the relocation process is not shifted.
- a pressing means that especially the top, but also the ones below Sheets of the stack in which the relocation process is not shifted.
- the sword of the gripper can be in one position be moved in which it lies above the paper stack and then by moving vertically downwards into contact with the upper edge of the Stack arrives and thus for a correspondingly sufficient Surface pressure in the new stack of sheets ensures.
- the restries in the meantime filed on the means of transport which also the Further transportation of the entire giant serves.
- the removal of the remains from the place of supply and storage at a storage location thus also corresponds completely to the travel path when separating and method of the giant to be discarded.
- Grasping and carrying away a giant made up of a restries and a number of leaves the new stack is composed can fully according to the method according to the invention for separating a ream predefined number of sheets from a stack of sheets or after a other appropriate procedures.
- 1 to 6 show an inventive device for Split a stack of leaves into a ream with a given one Number of sheets and a remaining stack.
- 1 to 6 each a side view and a plan view of the invention Device shown.
- 7 to 17 also show one Device according to the invention, but compared to the device 1 to 6 to corresponding device components has been added for a first embodiment for treatment of residual giants are required.
- 18 to 25 is one Modification, which is a second embodiment for the treatment of Shows residual giant in different phases. 7 to 25, only either the side view or the top view are shown.
- the device consists essentially of the same Components like the device according to FIGS. 1 to 6.
- FIGS. 1 to 6 Below is first a device according to FIGS. 1 to 6 described. Subsequently, the Process flow of a method for separating a ream a stack of sheets according to the invention. After that 7 to 17 and 18 to 25, the respective method for Treating a residual giant explained. In this context then the objective changes and Additions to the device according to FIGS. 1 to 6 explained. These are those shown in FIGS. 7 to 25 Embodiments only for preferred examples of appropriately suitable devices. In detail can also other devices may be suitable, the inventive method to treat residual giants.
- the device consists of a multi-part trained gripper 30.
- the gripper 30 is actually more a in itself Gripping device and has many partially independent of each other at least one direction of travel movable sub-units.
- the the carrier forms the common base of the subunits of the gripper 30 31, to which all sub-units of the gripper 30 are attached and compared to this, this partially in at least one direction are movable.
- the stack 83 of Scroll provided.
- the gripper 30 is made of a carrier 31 which protrude various parts.
- the second pressure pad 33 is in the area of the opposite, rear end of the stack 83 intended. This is also at least vertically movable on the Carrier 31 held so that regardless of the location of the top edge of the stack 83 of sheets the pressure pad in contact with the Top of the sheets can be brought.
- the rear is the Attack side of the gripper 30 facing away from a conveyor belt arranged, which serves to accommodate the discarded giant.
- the sword 35 is first provided, which in the given by the number of leaves a ream should contain Height in the stack of leaves.
- 1 shows how the sword 35 with its corresponding actuator in one Position immediately before the leading edge of the stack 83.
- the pull strip 39 extends upwards.
- the pull strip 39 has a friction surface 38, which is the stack 83 is facing.
- the friction surface 38 can be both a serrated profile have, as well as by correspondingly soft material, rubber, for example, in order to create a highly rubbing system the pull bar on the front edge of the stack 83 above the To allow sword 35.
- the pull strip 39 is also vertical movable relative to the stack 83.
- the gripper 40 is made thereby from two parts that are vertically movable relative to each other.
- the fork 41 two tines 43, one tine 43 on each side of the Sword 35 are inserted into the stack.
- a hold-down 45 is also formed.
- the Hold-down device 45 is also arranged on the carrier 31 and can through a horizontal infeed movement with his two Contact surfaces 46 in the space between the Ries 90 to be separated and the remaining stack 92 be retracted.
- the contact surfaces 46 each engage between the sword and a prong 43 of the fork 41 in the Gap like this from the bottom, drawn as supervision Half of the image is recognizable.
- Fig. 1 the situation is shown as at the beginning of a Separation process is given.
- the first and second Pressure pads 32 and 33 are moved vertically downwards brought into contact with the upper edge 84 of the stack 83.
- the sword 35 is with his Sword tip immediately in front of the front of the Stack 83.
- the sword is in such a vertical Distance from the top edge 84 of the stack that above in height of the sword there is the corresponding number of leaves that forms a ream to be separated out.
- the holding-down device 45 is located at the front of the stack its contact surfaces 46 and the fork 41 of the gripper 40 with the Prongs 43 which are at the contact height.
- the first pressure pad 32 is first vertically upwards drove away. As a result, the first pressure pad 32 generated pressure on the front of the stack lifted. Of another will be in contact with the front of the stack Move the pull bar 39 vertically upwards. Through the given at least one frictionally attached to the drawing bar system Part of the leaves of the Ries 90 are these on the front of the Stack raised by the movement of the pull bar 39 and are no longer in circulation with the rest of the rest Part of the ream and the remaining stack 92. This only applies to the front of the sheets, since at the back of the stack the Surface pressure is generated. The second is for this Pressure pad 33 continues to be in an appropriate system with the stack 83, consisting of the remaining stack 92 and the Ries to be separated 90.
- the gripping tongs 40 Move horizontally to the attack position on stack 83.
- the Attack position penetrates the fork 41 with its prongs 43 in the Space 86 between the remaining stack 92 and the Ries 90 to be separated out.
- the upper tong 42 is located in a position above the top of the Ries 90.
- the hold-down 45 with its contact surfaces in the Space 86 retracted.
- the fork 41 is located directly above the upper edge of the remaining stack 92 and the lower edge of the ream 90 only slightly removed from the top edge of the remaining stack 92. Yet the second pressure pad 33 always lies on the stack 83, which is made of the remaining stack 92 and the ream 90 is formed. To do that Keeping Ries 90 to be separated out in the gripper 40 will Tongs upper part 42 so far by a vertical feed movement lowered until it has a defined contact force on the top of the There is a huge 90. Now the Ries 90 to be separated is in the Gripping pliers 40 of the gripper 30 are held. After that is the case also moved the second pressure pad 33 vertically upwards. The rear end of the stack 83 is now relieved. 5 shown situation has been reached.
- the remaining stack 92 is held down by the hold-down device 45 Position fixed while moving the gripper pliers horizontally 40 the ream to be separated out backwards from the stack onto the Conveyor belt 85 arrives. This situation is shown in FIG. 6.
- the gripper 40 opens and this can now back to the starting position shown in FIG. 1 to the rear be moved.
- the hold-down device 45 can now be moved from the front End of the residual stack 92 now forming the stack 83 initially be lifted off and then back into that shown in FIG. 1 Position - to the right in the image, that is, seen in the stacking direction front - be driven away.
- the one shown in FIG. 1 Starting position is then reached again by the first and second pressure pads 32 and 33 in contact with the upper edge of the Stack 83 are brought. As a result, the exact location of the Upper edge can be determined with respect to the fixed carrier 31.
- the hold-down 45 and the Gripping tongs 40 vertically with respect to the top edge of the stack 83 be aligned.
- the detection of the position of the top edge can take place so that the position of the first pressure pad 32 is detected and the other parts of the gripper in relation to this position be aligned vertically. So the location of the top edge of the stack 83 remains constant, it can be provided that the delivery location 80 of the stack 83 is on a lifting table. By lifting the Lift table around the measure of the height of a giant to be separated ensured that the vertical position of the top of the stack remains constant.
- FIGS. 7 to 17 show different snapshots from one Process for the treatment of residual giants 91, in particular in Connection with an apparatus and a method for Divide a stack of sheets into giant specified number of sheets such as it has been shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 can be used.
- a method according to FIGS. 7 to 17 is carried out not necessarily with the procedure described below to a method as described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6 or a denester device, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 has been shown.
- an unstacking device according to FIGS. 1 to 6 is available.
- the situation shown in FIG. 7 corresponds approximately to the situation as also shown in FIG. 5.
- the main difference is to see that the ream held in the gripping tongs 40 is a Restries is 91.
- a Restries 91 differs from that other giants to be rejected that it is no longer the desired contains a predetermined number of leaves that a ream to be separated out 90 should contain.
- the restries like a complete ream, were gripped by means of the gripping pliers and can therefore be manipulated.
- the gripper 40 By moving the gripper 40 backwards, away from the original engagement side of the gripper 30 on the stack 83 of sheets, the restries 92 is pushed onto the conveyor belt 85.
- the conveyor belt moves further with its conveying speed - this corresponds to the feed speed of the gripping tongs 40. It takes up the Restries 92 at least in part.
- FIG. 8 If this position of the gripping tongs 40 shown in FIG. 8 is reached, the conveyor belt 85 is stopped.
- the restries 92 is now still held by the gripping tongs 40, but lies largely on the standing conveyor belt 85.
- the restries 92 is no longer in contact with the pallet 79 on which the stack 83 was originally stacked and which was brought to the supply location.
- the pallet 79 is on a lifting table not shown in the drawing. By moving the lift table down, the pallet 79 is removed.
- the lifting table which is not explicitly shown in the drawing, is then moved again such that the upper edge of the new stack 93 lies at least approximately in the plane of the conveyor belt 85.
- the holding-down device 45 with its contact surfaces 46 comes into contact with the top sheet of the new stack 93.
- the device is such that a certain surface pressure is generated in the stack on the side of the holding-down device and therefore the sheets of the stack 93 against horizontal Moving are kept secured.
- the sword 35 is in a position outside the new stack 93. Now that which is held in the gripper 40 Restries 91 stacked on the new stack 93.
- This The stacking process is in the snapshot shown in FIG. 11 partially completed.
- the gripper 40 becomes horizontally forward move in the direction of the new stack 93. To do this Support the stacking process and to avoid Damage to the surface of the paper at the same time Moving the conveyor belt 85 in the corresponding direction respectively.
- the movement of the conveyor belt 85 preferably speed-synchronized with the movement of the gripper 40, see above that there is no relative movement of the surface of the conveyor belt 85 to the bottom sheet of the ream 90 or the Restrieses 91 is given.
- the restries 91 lie on top of the new stack 93, with the leaves of the restrieze 92 being as flush as possible in alignment with the leaves of the new stack 92. However, the restries 91 are still held in the gripping tongs 40 at the front of the stack or the restries 91. Now the sword 35 is inserted into the space 86 between the restries 91 and the new stack 93. If air outlet nozzles are present in the sword 35, air can now be blown into the intermediate space.
- the gripper 40 is now opened. This happens in particular in that the fork 41 of the gripper 40 vertically downward is moved and the upper edge of the fork is therefore below the level of the Sword 35 arrives. Then the gripper 40 is in a Move position outside the area of the new stack 93.
- the Restries is now on the one hand on the new stack 93 and on the other hand slightly on the sword 35.
- the tracking force if necessary, through the air blown in at the outlet nozzles of the Sword's blown air decreased.
- the sword goes forward moved away, i.e. its leading edge reaches outside of the Engagement area with the new stack 93 and the restries 91. So now the Restries lies around it from the rest of the new one To be able to distinguish between stacks 93 is hatched in FIGS. 12 and 13 is shown completely on that at the provision location 80 provided new stack 93.
- the new one was placed over the lift table Stack 93 raised so far that the lower edge of the to be discarded Rieses is approximately at the level of the conveyor belt 85.
- the hold-down 45 was indeed in the space 86 between the Ries to be rejected and the remaining stack 92 retracted, but is not yet on the surface of the remaining stack 92 on.
- the hold-down device 45 is thus in contact with the upper edge of the remaining remainder stack 92 brought the sheets in Vertical direction are held immovable. After that it will Ries to be separated out by pushing the gripping tongs 40 towards the rear of the conveyor belt 85 from the remaining stack 92 pushed away. 15 shows a situation in which the Ries 90 to be separated out is already partially on the conveyor belt 85 rests.
- FIG. 16 is reached presented situation.
- the situation is shown in Fig. 17 as a supervision.
- the thing to be discarded Ries was placed on conveyor belt 85.
- the now open Gripping pliers 40 will move towards their starting position again moved back to the front end of the stack 83. This Movement movement takes place by moving along the carrier 31.
- the front edge of the Ries 90 comes into contact with the stop bar 60, which was run into the path of the Ries 90. It can this stop bar 60 be part of a further gripping device 62 which the Ries 90 seizes and manipulates further.
- the Transport conveyor movement of the conveyor belt 85 interrupted.
- bumper strips 61 driven by corresponding points both on the two transverse sides of the Ries 90 and with a bumper, seen in the transport direction of the ream rear end, which used to be the front end the front side of the Stack 83 has formed can attack, the Ries 90 is flush encountered.
- the bumper strips 61 Alignment of the leaves of the residual 91 to the leaves of the new one Stack 93 balanced within the now formed ream 90.
- a Ries 90 that is properly aligned is formed ensured.
- This ream 90 can now, for example, as shown in FIG. 16 and 17, can be gripped by means of a gripping device 62 and then continue to be promoted. Aligning a giant is 90 only necessary if this ream consists of two partial giants exists, which originally come from different stacks of paper. Otherwise, according to the procedure as it is based on FIG. 1 through 6, ensured that the alignment of the leaves to each other as originally given in the stack 83 while of the entire relocating and unstacking is maintained.
- FIG. 18 to 25 show an alternative embodiment of a Procedure for the treatment of residual giants 91 Situation of FIG. 18 of the situation according to FIG. 7. It is in the Embodiment according to FIG. 18 as a difference from that Embodiment according to FIG. 7 only no conveyor belt 85 given. The tasks of the conveyor belt, especially that in the meantime, the Restries 91 is held by one Gripping device 62 taken over, as will be explained below.
- the restries 91 is displaced by means of the gripping tongs 40 such that the end of the restries 91 that first runs away from the pallet 79 reaches a stop bar 60 which is part of the gripping device 62.
- the conveying movement of the remaining giant 91 is interrupted.
- the end of the restriee 91 facing away from the gripping tongs 40 is also held in a clamping manner, as the other end is held in a clamping manner in the gripping tongs 40 between the fork 41 and the upper part 42 of the pliers. This situation is shown in FIG. 19.
- the empty pallet 79 is first moved downward by means of the lifting table.
- the restries 91 held at both ends by the gripping pliers 40 and the gripping device 62, holds in its position with slight deflection.
- the surface pressures in the gripping tongs and in the gripping device must be selected so that the paper does not slip out of the tongs due to its own gravity and falls down. This is particularly possible with light paper qualities and with small paper sizes, for example with paper sizes in the range of A4 or A3.
- FIG. 21 shows the situation in which a new stack 93 was provided on a new pallet 79 at the supply location and was moved so far upwards by means of the lifting table that the upper edge of the new stack 93 was at the desired position, directly below the residual pile 91 comes to rest.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1 bis 6
- eine erste erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung zum Aussondern eines Rieses von einem Stapel von Blättern während unterschiedlichen Phasen des Verfahrensablaufe;
- Fig. 7 bis 17
- eine weitere erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung in unterschiedlichen Situationen des Verfahrensablaufes bei der Behandlung eines Restrieses;
