Description
The invention relates to a ring lift crane according to the preamble of Claim 1.
A generic ring hoist crane is known from DE 199 14 195 A1. This Known ring lift crane is with a stand-up, a circular roadway and provided with several interconnectable segments ring, within of which an undercarriage is arranged, which is connected to and rotatable therewith several superstructures with winches and two at a parallel distance has mutually opposite bridge girders which in two opposite to each other Provide end areas with an adapter and cross members with the The uppercarriage can be bolted and deboled. The adapters are supported in the end area the adapter arranged rollers on the circular lane of the ring, the The center of the ring or undercarriage forms the axis of rotation and the rear Adapter for holding a counterweight and the front adapter for holding a linkable boom in the form of at least one main boom a lattice mast is formed and means for generating the rotational movement of the Ring lift cranes are provided and the undercarriage with stiffening struts different sections of the ring is connected.
This known ring lift crane is limited in terms of its lifting capacity, since it does not have any can transmit larger forces.
The object of the invention is to provide a ring lift crane of the generic type, whose load capacity can be significantly increased in a simple manner.
This task is based on the generic term in conjunction with the characterizing features of claim 1 solved. Advantageous further training are the subject of subclaims.
According to the teaching of the invention is at least on a lattice tower component (Main boom, auxiliary boom, mast, luffing support) one at least over half Length of the lattice mast component extending lateral stiffener is provided. The main boom preferably has a lateral stiffening, the foot end like the foot end of the main boom articulated with the front adapter and its head end with an element of the main boom is firmly connected. In the sense of the greatest possible effect, the lateral stiffening along the entire length of the main boom, so that head end of the stiffener with the head piece of the main boom connected is. The proposed principle of the arrangement of a lateral stiffener is also suitable for other lattice boom components such as mast, auxiliary boom and luffing support from Advantage. The lateral stiffening consists of at least one guy element right and left at a distance and parallel to the respective lattice tower component and via connecting elements with the respective lattice mast element in certain Distances is connected. In the sense of a particularly effective stiffening can it would be advantageous if two bracing elements were provided instead of one on each side are. The connection guy element with the lattice mast element is preferably as isosceles triangle, the distance of the guy element to the lattice mast element at least half the width of the lattice mast element equivalent. Depending on the design of the overall construction, the distance can also be the second - 4 times the width.
The proposed arrangement leads to a stiffening of the respective Lattice boom component, preferably the main boom in both side directions, the arrangement when using rods or tubes as anchoring element is resilient to tension and pressure. Load increases after another Feature of the invention, alternatively to a lateral bracing, the formation of the Masts as a double mast, whose foot pieces are articulated with the front adapter are connected. The same applies to a combination double main boom without lateral stiffening in connection with an auxiliary boom, which with a lateral stiffening is provided.
