Abstract
Ein Wärmetauscher (1) besteht aus mehreren zu einem Wärmetauscherblock oder Scheibenpaket (16) zusammengesetzten Scheiben (4), die jeweils aus paarweise zusammengefügten Blechen (22) gebildet sind und mindestens einen als Kanal ausgebildeten Hohlraum zwischen sich einschließen. In dem Kanal strömt ein inneres Fluid in Längsrichtung der Scheiben (4) und auf der Außenseite der Scheiben strömt ein äußeres Fluid quer zur Strömungsrichtung des inneren Fluids. Jedes Blech (22) weist Erhöhungen (26, 33') aus der Scheibenebene heraus auf, die durch Materialverformung gebildet und sowohl ins Scheibeninnere als auch auf die Scheibenaußenseite gerichtet sind, wobei die auf die Scheibenaußenseite gerichteten Erhebungen (33') als längliche Ausprägungen gestaltet sind.
