Description
The invention relates to footwear with an insole according to the preamble of the main claim.
For example, the insole can be made of leather. Likewise, insoles with a multi-layer structure are known, the upper layer associated with the Fu1 made of a textile material, e.g. B. fabric, terry cloth. It is also known that insoles are arranged in the footwear in combination with support layers. For example, in the case of sports shoes, the insole and the support insert are made of different materials with or without a footbed, the support insert preferably being made of a material of greater hardness than the cover sole made of a softer material.
The disadvantage here is that insoles of this type do not sufficiently counteract the sweat accumulating in footwear and, if necessary, athlete's foot which is removed. Furthermore, insoles made of artificial materials, in particular, are not breathable enough and therefore less suitable.
The invention has for its object to provide footwear with an insole of the type described at the outset which avoids the disadvantages mentioned, which in particular allows good sweat dissipation and counteracts the development of athlete's foot. According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the cover sole is formed from a thin wood material and that the cover sole is firmly or detachably connected to the footwear. Further training results from the subclaims.
A first advantage is based on the fact that the insole is made of wood-based material on the whole sole. The upper side of the insole is exposed directly to the foot and fulfills the function of sweat dissipation, with a suitable choice of the wood-based material additionally minimizing possible odor pollution and counteracting the development of athlete's foot.
Below the insole formed from the wood material, a filler is arranged in the simplest form as a molded sole, or the insole is preferably provided with a textile material, e.g. B. a textile fabric, firmly connected.
Furthermore, it is advantageously possible for the cover sole, which is made of a thin wood material, to be adapted to the inner contour of the footwear, so that, in contrast to an insole, the cover sole is adapted to the contours in the interior of the footwear or on the filling material.
Be auswechselbar im Schuhwerk
B. m einem lacngescnaf z , komplettierbar .Advantageous designs are that the cover sole can be firmly or detachably (exchangeable) firmly connected to other layers of the sole (if possible) of the footwear. Be exchangeable in the footwear arranged insoles, the customer has the choice regarding the type and material of the insole to be used. The replaceable insole is available from the shoe manufacturer with the shoe or st when buying shoes, e.g. B. m a lacngescnaf z, can be completed.
In a further development, the interchangeable cover sole has, at least in part in the edge area, a circumferentially elastic elastic elastomer edge, which is fixedly arranged on the thin wood material. An edging strip is also possible. The area of the thin wood material predominates, so that the sweat-wicking and anti-athlete functions are retained. This design increases the flexibility of the deco sole and makes it easier to adapt to the inner contour of the footwear, even when changing.
Another advantage st due to the fact that the oevorzugr at the edge of the insole, and preferably completely circumferentially spaced Elastomermateπal the contour of the insole from the wooden material encloses, so that the antensauberkeιt increased and possible fraying of the -lolzwerkstoffes including a possible 7 Erlet reduced wetting danger of the foot is.
The wood material and the circumferential elastomer material are preferably arranged lying in one plane. It is also advantageous that the insole can be used in orthopedic footwear, which can be produced individually for "eoen Fu'ϊ according to the impression The insole is appropriately adaptable, taking into account the structure of the footwear.
Weiterhin ist von Vorteil, das die Decksohle der Innenkontur des Schuhwerkes angepassr ist und in denAnother advantage is that the insole is adapted to the inner contour of the footwear and in the
Je nach Ober lachentopographie des Schuhwerkes ist die Decksohle der darunter liegenden Schient als Abformung angepasst .Sole structure of the footwear is integrated, so that - in contrast to the insole - the necessary space in the footwear for the foot remains unchanged. Depending on the upper surface topography of the footwear, the insole of the underlying skate is adapted as an impression.
Finally, it is advantageous that the insole made of a wood-based material with or without an elastomer edge is fixed or detachable with the underlying layer, e.g. B. the filling compound and / or the midsole is suitably shaped. Here, the cover sole of the respective surface topography, such as footbed, toe gripper, heel beds of the layers arranged below, for. B. the filling mass and / or the midsole, adapted.

Footwear 1 will be explained in more detail using the example of a shoe. This footwear 1 consists of several sole layers with an outsole 6, on the top of which the upper hems of an upper leather 2 with a lining 3 and a filling material 5 (molded sole), preferably by adhesive connections, are fixed. An intermediate sole 7 is fixed on the filler mass 5 and the upper hemming, preferably by adhesive bonding. The midsole 7 fulfills, for example, the function of a support insert and / or an insole. Here, the midsole 7 is designed as a whole sole or partial sole.
The cover sole 4 is arranged on the midsole 7. The cover sole 4 is made of a wood material or at least contains a predominant portion of it Wood materials (Fig. 1). The wood material is preferably a wooden sheet, e.g. B. from oak, alder or cedar, with a thickness of at least 0.1 mm. The fiber direction of the wood material is preferably aligned in the longitudinal direction of the footwear 1.
Sie ist mit einer als Fußbett ausgebildeten Ausfullmasse 5 fest verbunden, die losbar im Schuhwerk 1 angeordnetThe insole 4 is removably arranged one above the other to the midsole 7 or the filling material 5. It is firmly connected to a filling material 5 designed as a footbed, which can be detachably arranged in the footwear 1
Depending on the thickness and / or the wood material used and / or the type of load, the cover sole 4 is preferably coated on the rear side facing away from the foot with a textile material, e.g. B. a textile scrim, connected by adhesive. Alternatively, other materials, preferably natural materials, such as leather, are also suitable. The preferred textile material can be connected to the cover sole completely or only in a partial area.
Oberflachentopograpnie 9 aufweist, welche derIn a further development according to FIG. 2, the midsole 7 itself or the filling material 5 underneath, e.g. B. em cork mixture or an elastomer material, a defined shaped surface topography 9. The surface topography 9 includes, in whole or in part, a foot, toe gripper, heel pad or other support elements arranged in an elevated or recessed manner. It is advantageous that the insole 4 is a Oberflachentopograpnie 9, which the

In addition, this elastic edge 8 is very easily adaptable to the inner contour of the footwear 1. The predominant surface portion of the cover sole 4, which is assigned to the foot, consists of the wood-based material or at least partially has a wood-based material. The thickness of the elastic edge 8 is preferably flush with the thickness of the cover sole 4, so that there is one plane.
Gemäß Fig. 4 ist die Ausfullmasse 5 mit einer Oberflachentopograpn_e 9 ausgebildet. Eine Zwischensohle 7 entfallt hierbei, a die Decksohle 4 mit der Ausfullmasse 5 direkr übereinander liegend angeordnet und vorzugsweise mittels Klebeverbindung lagefixiert ist.4, the filling compound 5 is formed with a surface topograph 9. A midsole 7 is omitted here, a the insole 4 with the filling compound 5 is arranged directly one above the other and is preferably fixed in position by means of an adhesive connection.
Here, the filler 5 itself can be designed as a support layer and is optionally with the footwear 1, z. B. the outsole c, connectable. Alternatively, further sole layers can be arranged between the outsole 6 and the filling compound 5.
In a preferred development, the insole 4 has one, regardless of the type of fastening in the footwear 1 predetermined surface structure, in particular surface roughness, on the upper side facing the foot in order to prevent the foot from slipping on the insole 4. Alternatively, 4 on the insole. B. patterns, nubs, diamond pattern, etc. on a white elastic material, preferably an elastomeric material, arranged to prevent the foot from slipping on the deck son 4. Here, the surface area of the wood material is always significantly larger than the surface area of the surface structures.
In a further embodiment according to FIG. 5, the footwear 1 is shown in a simple design with the outsole 6 of the filling material 5 arranged above it as a molded sole and the cover sole 4 made of a wood material arranged on the filling material 5. The cover sole 4 is firmly connected to the underlying filler 5 by means of a positive connection 10. The filler mass 5 is firmly connected to the outer sole 6 by means of a further cross-locking connection 11. These connections 10, 11 can be implemented, for example, as adhesive connections. In a preferred embodiment, the filling compound 5, formed as a molded sole, preferably consisting of an elastomer material and / or a cork material, is injection molded onto the underside of the wooden sheet of the insole 4. For example, the insole 4 is inserted into a form of a plastic processing machine and the filling compound 5 is spliced onto the underside of the insole 4 under the action of heat, so that a positive connection 10 can be achieved. Depending on Training of the footwear 1, the outsole 6 can then be injection molded or glued to the underside of the filling compound 5, so that a positive connection 11 can also be achieved here.
In a further embodiment, the outsole 6 can also be injection molded from the same material together with the filling compound 5. The filling compound 5 can then form the outsole 6.
Oak, alder or cedar wood can preferably be used as the wood material for the Dec: sonle 4 or at least contained in the cover sole 4.
In the case of footwear 1, preferably with a structure according to FIG. 5, in a further embodiment the cover sole 4 and the filling compound 5 have openings 13, preferably bores, which penetrate the cover sole 4 as through holes and end as a blind hole m in the filling compound 5. These openings 13 are preferably arranged in the form of a reflex zone massage for the respective sole of the foot in a hole pattern on the cover loop 4. In these openings 13 acupressor acting fasteners 12 are detachably received. Each opening 13 receives a fastening means 12, with selected existing openings 13 also not having to be occupied.
