Definitions
- the invention relates to a carriage fitting for a sliding sash, which should allow improved grip of the sliding sash on trolley.
- connection is made via an existing reinforcement, which is plugged into a horizontal support surface on the drive and bolted to the sliding sash, in particular to the vertical spar of this sash.
- This known reinforcement counteracts the described deformation (torsion) of the sliding sash. If the plastic profiles are used, a screw connection of the mentioned reinforcement in a spar region, which has a metal reinforcement, ensures a solid assembly. But if the sash weights are getting higher, due to larger glass weights or surfaces of the horizontally displaceable wings, so the known assembly can no longer limit deformation sufficient.
- the DE-U 87 09 299 which document discloses the features of the preamble of claim 1, shows a reinforcing member for a housing-like support member which carries a pivot pin of a Ausstellarms, while a plate, there 14, is provided, which has a Abwinkelungs Fantasy as a nearly horizontal transition piece, in which is inserted a stud piece covered from below.
- the bolt is not attached directly to the plate, but indirectly over the transition piece, which acts as a joint at high sash weights in the angular range to the plate.
- the plate is screwed through several mounting points, there via screws 26, with the wing and the downwardly projecting bolt inserted into two receiving openings of the carriage, there 12 to there FIG. 3 , and can be taken from it.
- a panel, there 16 provides for a cover of the plugged into the openings and from it again removable bolt, see. there page 10, middle paragraph.
- the object of the invention is to propose a carriage fitting, with which an increased sash weight of a sliding leaf can be added, with which this wing can be stiffened in particular in the corner.
- the assembly time should be shortened or simplified.
- the solution is the invention according to claim 1.
- the proposed carriage fitting makes it possible, in particular in the case of plastic profiles, for the mounting plate extending in the vertical direction to fit snugly against the wing surface on the interior side of the wing and not to raise the wing in spite of the high sash weights.
- the panel is connected to the wing via pairs of horizontally and vertically spaced mounting locations such that four or more mounting locations form an assembly assembly that allows the panel to abut the surface of the wing to receive and transfer high forces to the drive (the carriage).
- connection of the wing via said plate is effected by means of a coupling piece as a bolt, which is inserted into a substantially horizontal receiving or support surface of the drive and so firmly but permanently connected to the drive.
- a self-stiffening of the plate can be done by ahenkonturtechnik, in the form of vertical strips (claim 8).
- vertical strips Of the vertical strips is advantageous at least one embossed strip, which causes an additional stiffening of the plate.
- the stiffening can take the said Verbiridungsbolzen at least a little way. Two raised stripes may occur adjacent the one embossing strip to provide lateral support of the bolt (claims 8, 9 and 10).
- the raised stripes can arise from the fact that the one embossed strip is introduced. But it can also or alone embossing strips on the other side of the plate be provided so that the raised strips on the visible side without the impression of a median strip arise. Also several spaced embossing strips can be provided.
- An elongate support plate may be opposite to the mounting plate formed in particular with an embossed structure, specifically on the side of the rebate space (folding air). Here it is arranged so that it is located on the inside of the wing flap (facing the fixed frame). Preferably, it is not as elongated as the described, preferably embossed mounting plate, but can also be made longer.
- a connection is made between the support plate located in the rebate and the mounting plate arranged on the surface (visible side) of the sash, in particular a screw connection which permits stiffening of the vertical strut starting from the lower corner region.
- the edge region of the wing serves to stiffen with a layer structure which is clamped together by screws, bolts or other clamping members to form a composite.
- Such stiffeners can also be found in other sash frames, such as metal or wood, application.
- FIG. 1 is explained in an upper (two-part), a middle and a lower illustration of the right lower corner region of the sash FR.
- two drives 10,20 are provided, which are mounted in the respective corner E at the lower spar. They have rollers and run on a fixed rail BR arranged rail 65 (as in FIG. 4 shown), for parallel displacement of the entire wing, which has been previously led out of the opening of the fixed frame, for example by tilting and Parallelabstellen.
- the corner area which will be explained below, is denoted by E.
- the drive 20 is provided, which has a vertical pin 22 and a plate 23 has a connection to the sliding leaf FR.
- the (right) drive 20 has in the end view a horizontally extending support or receiving surface 21 into which the said pin 22 engages.
- a similar surface 11 is also provided in the (left) drive 10, but without opening and without a receptacle for a bolt.
- a single row of screws 9 (in the carriage 10) and 19 (in the carriage 20) is provided to receive in a corner region over the length of the carriage substantially regularly distributed forces and to initiate the support piece of the carriage. From this single row of screws 19 in the carriage 20 two representative attachment points are shown by Phillips screws in the middle view, which engage through the vertical web 21 b of the support or receiving surface 21 (above this) and are anchored in the profile of the horizontal spar. A screw 19 of this row of screws can be seen in the large illustration AV next to the bolt 22.
- This row of screws as a single row of screws serves to reduce the height of the carriage to the fitting even with narrow To be able to use profiles. She is also at the FIG. 4 explained not claimed embodiment in the same way usable.
- the enlargement of the area E from the upper illustration is shown with the plate 23 in the middle illustration.
- This plate is provided with four attachment openings 24 a, 24 b, 25 a, 25 b, which are provided in the upper portion of the mounting plate 23.
- the bolt 22 is fixedly attached to the plate 23, e.g. by welding 26 or otherwise mounting.
- the bolt is inserted in an opening 21a of the horizontal surface 21 and is received by the drive frame, which is formed from the two surfaces 21 and a vertically extending surface 21 '.
- the bolt can be held here by positive engagement or fit.
- the engaging piece 23 ' is an extension of the bolt plate 23 and extends in the same direction as the lower portion of the bolts 22.
- the extension piece may be double-winged. One wing lies on the left side and one on the right side of the bolt 22.
- the enlarged section AV shows the lower portion of the bolt engaging in the opening 21a and above the engagement of the two flanges 23 'in the vertical portion of the receiving and supporting surface 21, which is designated 21b.
- the intervention takes place only a little way, namely as far as the sectional view of the middle figure in the left half shows.
- a gap is provided into which a thickness-tapered front end of the pin plate 23, shown as 23 ', engages or engages behind. This results in a multi-point provided support and holding, the bases are laterally spaced from each other.
- the tapered piece 23 ' is made by embossing or pinching the entire one- or two-piece front portion of the plate 23, which is thereby able to engage behind the web 21 b.
- a provided as welding point 26 on both sides of the bolt 22 connecting point is shown, which connects the lower portion of the bolt with the pin plate 23, while still above at least one, preferably two more spaced welds on both sides of the pin 22, the connection with the Make bolt plate 23.
- mounting sites 24,25 (each a and b) will be used in the following ambiguous. They either form an opening with respect to the plate 23 to be screwed on, or the mounting points are already described in the installed state so that holding or fastening means such as screws, bolts, clamping means or other mounting parts are inserted into the openings to the plate 23 at to attach the sliding leaf FR.
- the technical term of the mounting point should therefore be used ambiguously.
- FIG. 2 The sectional view of the corner area E in a horizontal plane is in FIG. 2 illustrated.
- Fixed frame BR and movable sash (also called sliding sash) FR are visible, as well as the seaming air F and the standard groove N for receiving locking rods.
- the sash FR consists in a schematic representation of a wooden profile or - shown in phantom - of a plastic profile with interiors, which are at least partially reinforced by a metal reinforcement 31.
- the rollover area Ü of the wing is represented by a mounting point 24b (or 25b, depending on the vertical position of the section). The rollover covers the rebate F and protrudes over to the fixed frame BR.
- the horizontal support and receiving surface 21 in which - seen from above - the bolt 22 engages and on the drive 20 - as described - is mounted.
- FIG. 1 There are two spaced mounting points 24a, 24b, which in FIG. 1 (in the middle illustration) have also been shown. They are arranged at the upper end portion of the plate 23 and spaced in the horizontal direction by the dimension c, which is made FIG. 3 can be seen. Spaced apart in the vertical direction, two further mounting points 25a, 25b are provided, the distance to the first mounting points is d, which is also made FIG. 3 is apparent.
- a mounting point is realized so that a screw bolt or a screw is passed through the plate 23 and is fixed to the wing FR.
- the attachment takes place once in the profile area (off the edge), preferably in the metal reinforcement 31, and again in the rollover area by the rollover and on an additional support plate 30 in the rebate F in FIG. 2 is recognizable.
- This plate can be made longer than the elongated plate 23, it can also consist of individual elements, depending on which task and function is assigned to it. Should it only serve for assembly, it can consist of individual pieces.
- the support and support plate 30 in the wing area also has support function, and all properties together can cause a greatly increased stiffening of the lower corner, with recorded without visual change high sash weights and can be transferred to the fixed frame BR without significant torsion of the entire sliding sash over the carriage 20.
- the described multiple mounting locations 24,25 are in FIG. 3 recognizable as a surface mounting.
- the transfer of these forces is also ensured in FIG. 3 recognizable bolt 22, which is placed between the mounting points 24,25, that it is symmetrically arranged fixed to the plate 23.
- the mounting points are preferably arranged in the upper region of the bolt plate 23, wherein the plate is additionally latched below in the support and receiving surface 21 by positive engagement, as described above (21b, 23 ').
- the geometry of the distances c and d forms a rectangle, in particular one with substantially the same edge length.
- the plate 23 additionally has a surface profiling to allow greater stiffening of the force transmitting plate.
- This surface profiling 23a, 23b is already in FIG. 2 can be seen, by an approximately centrally disposed extending in the vertical direction embossing whose width substantially corresponds to the diameter of the bolt 22.
- the embossment leaves two vertical edges, which are the transitions to two protuberances 23a remaining after the stiffening embossing of the strip 23b, for receiving the mounting sites.
- FIG. 3 In the supervision (with partial cut in section) is in FIG. 3 a respective elongated strip with rounded ends to see, which is provided as a raised strip to the left and right of the bolt 22 on the mounting plate 23.
- These raised stripes can either be due to the normal surface of the plate 23 remaining when the vertical embossing strip 23b is inserted.
- the plate 23 may also comprise two further spaced embossing strips, which are arranged on the rear side on the side which rests on the wing. Then the raised stripes 23a also arise, with an additional stiffening.
- edge unembossed strip portions remain with which the plate 23 rests flat on the wing, fed, for transmitting the forces of the plurality of horizontally and vertically spaced mounting points 24 and 24.
- Three pairs of welds 26 hold the bolt 22 fixed to the pin plate 23rd ,
- the entire wing weight can be transferred without lifting the wing plate 23 of the surface of the sliding sash.
- the bolt 22 does not need to be additionally stiffened. It can also be formed integrally with the plate 23.
- the plate can be inserted as a piece in the support and support surface 21b in a gap formed there. Such an extended mounting plate 23 can be mounted in the drive 20 or fixed by positive engagement in the gap.
- the plate 23 is substantially longer than its width, and the counterpart 30 in the folding area is substantially narrower than the width of the plate 23rd
- FIG. 4 For aluminum profiles offers an unclaimed design according to FIG. 4 in the lower corner E on.
- the carriage 10 is of common design with housing surfaces 11,11 'of a housing on a support profile 62,61, as well as the profiles and the Fins F shown in the air F to a drive rod 54, the control the Ausstellterrorism and return movement of the sash FR with the rollover Ü serves and is guided in a fitting groove 55.
- the support profile 62 is held on a stay arm 63, which lies over a roller 64 on a running rail 65 which is fixedly mounted on the frame BR.
- FIG. 4 In the transition area between the drive and the sliding sash is in FIG. 4 a corner encircling angle 50 is provided, the horizontal and vertical legs 50h and 50v of FIG. 5 can be seen.
- the angle runs not only on one side or only on the other side of the corner, but around the corner, to stiffen the whole corner and to absorb higher forces.
- FIG. 4 shows, or something like FIG. 3 illustrates that only here is to simplify a corner each with a different kind of profile system for the spars are described.
- corner areas take in FIG. 4 the entire load without additional reinforcement parts on metal profiles.
- said angle 50 is provided in the folding area F and is connected to the vertical and to the horizontal bar of the sliding leaf FR, in particular by means of connectors 56, 57.
- the corner bracket is connected to the drive 10, in particular via a vertically extending connecting surface 61 provided there, for which purpose the screw shown here serves as a third connector 60.
- the threaded connection as connector 60 engages a thread on the vertical leg 50v. It starts from the support surface 61 on the carriage and transfers the weight of the vertical leg directly into the carriage.
- the threaded hole 60a cf. to FIG. 5 , is provided near the corner portion 51 of the bracket 50. Distinctly spaced from it, in the outer third of both a vertical screw 57 is provided, which engages in the opening 57 a, to set the vertical leg on the vertical spar. In approximately the same distance, the opening 56a is provided, in which engages the second screw 56, which defines the horizontal leg 50h on the horizontal bar.
- the main connector 60 In the assembled state, the main connector 60, above the 45 ° line, but still at the level of the horizontal beam, but goes from the vertical leg 50v, which is apparent from the system sketch of Figure 4a. In it only a few components and their functional context are shown. Starting from the sash FR, in the corner region of the stiffening angle 50 with legs 50v and 50h on the inside of the sash FR, seen from the rebate F, arranged. Two lying in the same plane, parallel to the sash extending screw connector 56,57 are also visible, as the one perpendicular to vertical connector 60, which is located at the height of the connecting surface 61 of the support profile 62. The rollover Ü is not shown in FIG. 4a, but off FIG. 4 seen. The power transmission is carried out by the vertical leg 50v, respectively, the lower portion lying at the corner portion 51 on the carriage.
- Two of the screw connectors of Figure 4a lie in the vertically oriented leg of the stiffening angle. These two are oriented substantially perpendicular to each other.
- the connecting screw 56 arranged in the other, horizontal leg 50h could also be dispensed with, so that the wing is supported here only by a system.
- the corner angle piece 50 is in FIG. 5 explains and has several profiles (cross sections) along the respective legs. In the vertical and horizontal legs, the connection point 57a, 57 or 56a, 56 is initially provided, for mounting on the sliding leaf in the seaming air F.
- the formation of the corner angle 50 is, for example, at this point an H-profile, wherein the screw is arranged in a counterbore on a connecting leg 69 of the two remaining support legs 69a, 69b.
- the two support legs are chamfered 70b front side corresponding to the inner surface of the sliding sash to give a linear or even strip-shaped contact with the boundary surfaces of the rebate F. They also fit well into the inner corner of the inner surfaces facing the fold.
- the force of the mounting screw 56 is transmitted via two spaced profile legs on the wing.
- Each left and right or top and bottom of the corner angle 50 has a different profile shape or cross section, as can be seen from the section A-A.
- This mounting point 60 is not installed in the vertical beam but only as high as the height of the horizontal beam, so that an assembly without any visible screw from the inside of the room is possible.
- the section AA of the angle 50 consists of two mutually facing U-shaped profiles to form an H-section, wherein the in FIG. 5 right continuous leg portion stronger and more viable is now formed to serve as a plant leg on the facing to the fold inside of the end face of the sash FR.
- the shape also referred to as H-profile (or cross-section) with the central web 70 occupies the essential portion of the respective leg 50h, 50v in order to save weight.
- the cross-sectional shape can be obtained by elongate lateral recesses 80.
- each leg can absorb according to Figure 5a forces in both directions and transferred to the facing to the seam F inner surfaces of the aluminum profile.
- both sides of the train connection through the screw point in each case a remaining web 69a, 69b and 70a, 70b points to this inner surface, so that tilting, tilting and twisting of the corner angle can be avoided.
- the angle is 50 of FIG. 5 between the fitting groove 55 for the drive rod 54 (shown here with a catch) and the inner surface of the rollover Ü arranged. This results in no penetration of the screw 56.57 by a control part or a corner drive. Therefore standard corner deflections can be used.

Description
The invention relates to a carriage fitting for a sliding sash, which should allow improved grip of the sliding sash on trolley.
For large sash weights of the sliding sash creates a torsion on the lower horizontal wing spar in the wing. The distortion also affects the unreinforced (not reinforced with metal inserts) flashovers in particular the vertical bars of the sliding sash, so that a deformation inward -in the direction of the fixed frame (window frame) takes place. This torsion has its cause in a non-below the center of gravity of the wing on the frame horizontally movable drive, usually also called carriage, which is used for operational movement of the sliding sash. This drive is movable at a bottom supported sliding sash on the lower horizontal rail and is usually firmly connected to the wing in the corner of the wing. The connection is made via an existing reinforcement, which is plugged into a horizontal support surface on the drive and bolted to the sliding sash, in particular to the vertical spar of this sash. This known reinforcement counteracts the described deformation (torsion) of the sliding sash.

The object of the invention is to propose a carriage fitting, with which an increased sash weight of a sliding leaf can be added, with which this wing can be stiffened in particular in the corner. The assembly time should be shortened or simplified. These tasks can be individually solved as a technical problem.

The proposed carriage fitting makes it possible, in particular in the case of plastic profiles, for the mounting plate extending in the vertical direction to fit snugly against the wing surface on the interior side of the wing and not to raise the wing in spite of the high sash weights. The panel is connected to the wing via pairs of horizontally and vertically spaced mounting locations such that four or more mounting locations form an assembly assembly that allows the panel to abut the surface of the wing to receive and transfer high forces to the drive (the carriage).
The connection of the wing via said plate is effected by means of a coupling piece as a bolt, which is inserted into a substantially horizontal receiving or support surface of the drive and so firmly but permanently connected to the drive.
A self-stiffening of the plate can be done by a Oberflächenkonturierung, in the form of vertical strips (claim 8). Of the vertical strips is advantageous at least one embossed strip, which causes an additional stiffening of the plate. The stiffening can take the said Verbiridungsbolzen at least a little way. Two raised stripes may occur adjacent the one embossing strip to provide lateral support of the bolt (claims 8, 9 and 10).
The raised stripes can arise from the fact that the one embossed strip is introduced. But it can also or alone embossing strips on the other side of the plate be provided so that the raised strips on the visible side without the impression of a median strip arise. Also several spaced embossing strips can be provided.
An elongate support plate may be opposite to the mounting plate formed in particular with an embossed structure, specifically on the side of the rebate space (folding air). Here it is arranged so that it is located on the inside of the wing flap (facing the fixed frame). Preferably, it is not as elongated as the described, preferably embossed mounting plate, but can also be made longer. In the assembled state, a connection is made between the support plate located in the rebate and the mounting plate arranged on the surface (visible side) of the sash, in particular a screw connection which permits stiffening of the vertical strut starting from the lower corner region.
The edge region of the wing, in particular the rollover, serves to stiffen with a layer structure which is clamped together by screws, bolts or other clamping members to form a composite. Such stiffeners can also be found in other sash frames, such as metal or wood, application.
