Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Drosselklappenstutzen, der zumindest ein Gehäuse (14) und einen in dem Gehäuse (14) angeordneten und ein bewegliches Element (6) antreibenden Stellantrieb (18) aufweist. Bei dem Drosselklappenstutzen soll nun der Herstellungs- und Montageaufwand ein besonders geringes Maß aufweisen und gleichzeitig beim Betrieb des Stellantriebs (18) eine besonders starke Erwärmung des Stellantriebs (18) zuverlässig vermieden sein. Hierzu ist das Gehäuse (14) aus Kunststoff (K) gefertigt und Funktionselemente des Stellantriebs (18) sind in dem Gehäuse (14) angeordnet und zumindest teilweise von Kunststoff (K) umgeben. Das bewegliche Element (6) ist dabei von einem Leitungsstutzen (4) umgeben, wobei ein Funktionselement des Stellantriebs (18) und der Leitungsstutzen (4) wärmeleitend miteinander verbunden sind. The invention relates to a throttle valve connector which has at least one housing (14) and an actuator (18) arranged in the housing (14) and driving a movable element (6). In the case of the throttle valve connector, the manufacturing and assembly effort should now be particularly low and, at the same time, particularly strong heating of the actuator (18) should be reliably avoided during operation of the actuator (18). For this purpose, the housing (14) is made of plastic (K) and functional elements of the actuator (18) are arranged in the housing (14) and at least partially surrounded by plastic (K). The movable element (6) is surrounded by a pipe socket (4), a functional element of the actuator (18) and the pipe socket (4) being connected to one another in a heat-conducting manner.
