Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung einer aus dem Bereich eines Rumpfes einer Jacht herausbewegbaren (terrassenartigen) Nutzfläche, mit einer Plattform, die in einer hochgeschwenkten Schließstellung eine korrespondierende Öffnung im Rumpf verschließt und in einer heruntergeschwenkten Gebrauchsstellung eine gegenüber dem Rumpf nach außen vorstehende Nutzfläche bildet, und mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung zum Überführen der Plattform von der Gebrauchs- in die Schließstellung (und umgekehrt), wobei die Betätigungseinrichtung zum Heranfahren eines Randes der Plattform (12) an eine jachtseitige Anschlussstruktur (37) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei sich in der Gebrauchsstellung befindlicher Plattform (12) eine die Nutzfläche bildende obere Wandfläche (Innenwand 19) derselben an eine an die Plattform (12) heranreichenden jachtseitigen Nutzfläche (Bodenfläche 20) im wesentlichen nahtlos anschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung so ausgebildet ist, dass sie die Plattform (12) in der Gebrauchsstellung in Richtung zur Rumpfmitte verlagert und dabei zueinandergerichtete Ränder der Nutzfläche (Innenwand 19) der Plattform (12) und der Nutzfläche (Bodenfläche 20) der jachtseitigen Anschlussstruktur (37) parallelverlaufend etwa aneinanderliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung durch Schwenkmittel, Verfahrmittel und/oder Verriegelungsmittel gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Ein- und Ausfahren der Schwenkmittel die Plattform (12) von der Schließ- in die Gebrauchsstellung und umgekehrt verschwenkbar ist und vorzugsweise die Schwenkmittel als Druckmittelzylinder (24), Spindeltriebe, Zahnstangentriebe oder dergleichen ausgebildet sind, die einerseits insbesondere etwa mittig an gegenüberliegenden Querseitenwänden (17, 18) der Plattform (12) und andererseits an der jachtseitigen Anschlussstruktur (37) angelenkt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer zum Rumpf weisenden und bei in Schließstellung befindlicher Plattform (12) unteren Längsseitenwand (16) der Plattform (12) eine Schwenkachse (22) zugeordnet ist, mit der die Verfahrmittel in Wirkverbindung stehen und vorzugsweise die Verfahrmittel als Druckmittelzylinder (29), Spindeltriebe, Zahnstangentriebe oder dergleichen ausgebildet sind, auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten (Querseitenwände 17, 18) der Plattform (12) an der Schwenkachse (22) derselben angreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Schwenkachse (22) weggerichteten Enden der Druckmittelzylinder (29) oder dergleichen mit der jachtseitigen Anschlussstruktur (37) verbunden sind, wobei vorzugsweise die jeder Plattform (12) zugeordneten beweglichen Enden der Druckmittelzylinder (29) oder dergleichen die Schwenkachse (22) in ihrer jeweiligen Position halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckmittelzylinder (29) oder dergleichen fest mit der jachtseitigen Anschlussstruktur (37) verbunden sind, insbesondere unverschiebbar und unverschwenkbar.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Verfahren der die Schwenkachse (22) lagernden, beweglichen Enden der Druckmittelzylinder (29) oder dergleichen die Schwenkachse (22), insbesondere die untere Längsseitenwand (16) der Plattform (12), verschiebbar ist, vorzugsweise in etwa horizontaler Richtung.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel als mit gegenüberliegenden Endbereichen der oberen Längsseitenwand (15) der Plattform (12) zeitweise in Wirkverbindung stehende Sperrklinken (38) ausgebildet sind, die lösbar mit Gegenlager (44) an der oberen Längsseitenwand (15) der Plattform (12) in Verbindung bringbar sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Sperrklinken (38) um an der jachtseitigen Anschlussstruktur (37) feste Drehzapfen (40) verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Sperrklinken (38) Schwenkantriebe, insbesondere Schwenkzylinder (39) oder dergleichen, zugeordnet sind.
