- Apparatus according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the hollow body (1) presents a cylindrical shape that is circular in section, including four Peltier-effect elements (3, 3', 3", 3"') or four pairs of Peltier-effect elements distributed uniformly around the periphery of said hollow body (1) and mounted on two metal plates (4 and 4') that are mutually complementary, each extending over one half-circumference of the inside face of the wall of said hollow body (1), and that are secured respectively to the moving portion (2) and to the complementary stationary portion (1") of said hollow body (1).
