Um dabei zusätzliche Arbeiten beim Einpassen der erfindungsgemäßen Kochmulde zu vermeiden, ist die den Bedienelementen 4 zugeordnete Elektronik 5 so ausgebildet, dass ihre Bauhöhe die Stärke der zum Einbau der Kochmulde auszuschneidenden Arbeitsplatte 12 der Küchenschranks 10 nicht übersteigt. Vorliegend ist das Modul 8 mit der Elektronik 5 und den Bedienelementen 4 von einem Kunststoffgehäuse 9 umgeben. Bereits durch die Verlagerung von Elektronik 5 und Bedienelementen 4 in den Randbereich 7 des Kochfeldes 2 wird eine gewisse thermische Entkopplung erreicht. Diese wird aber durch die modulare Bauweise von Elektronik 5 und Bedienelementen 4 und die räumliche Trennung der Elektronikmodule 8 von der Kochmulde sowie deren Unterbringung in einem separaten Gehäuse 9 noch entscheidend verbessert. Eine aufwendige Isolation der Elektronik 5, wie sie beim Stand der Technik unumgänglich ist, ist gemäß der Erfindung nicht erforderlich. Claims (10)

  1. Fitted hob for fitting in a base cupboard comprising
    - a hob trough (1),
    - a glass ceramic panel (3) covering the hob trough (1) and a forming a cooking area (2) with one or more hotplates (6),
    - heating elements for heating the hotplates (6) and
    - operating elements (4) and an electronic device (5) for controlling the hob, wherein
    - the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5) are disposed on at least one of the side edges (7) of the cooking area (2) outside the hob trough (1), characterised in that
    - the heating elements of the hotplates (6) and means optionally allocated thereto for temperature detection or sensors are electrically conductively connected to the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5) via conductor tracks of the cooking area (2) or/and lines laid within the cooking trough (1) and
    - the operating elements (4) and the electronics (5) are disposed above the side walls (11, 11') of the base cupboard (10) provided for fitting of the hob when the hob is in the fitted state.
  2. Fitted hob according to claim 1, wherein the glass ceramic panel (2) extends beyond the electronic unit (8) with the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5) at least between the outer areas of the side walls (11, 11') of the base cupboard (10) provided for fitting of the hob.
  3. Fitted hob according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the electronic device (5) disposed in the peripheral region (7) above the side walls (11, 11') of the base cupboard (10) has an overall height which does not exceed the thickness of a kitchen worktop.
  4. Fitted hob according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5) form one or more electronic units (8), which are coupled to the hob trough (1) at one or more sides (7) of the cooking area (2).
  5. Fitted hob according to claim 4, wherein the electronic units (8) with the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5) are coupled detachably to the hob trough (1).
  6. Fitted hob according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the electronic units (8) have an additionally heat-insulating housing (9) for receiving the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5).
  7. Fitted hob according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein for the electrically conductive connection of the heating elements and of the means for temperature detection or sensors optionally allocated to the hotplates (6) to the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5), strip conductors are mounted on or below the glass ceramic panel (3) forming the cooking area (2).
  8. Fitted hob according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein for the electrically conductive connection of the heating elements and of the means for temperature detection or sensors optionally allocated to the hotplates (6) to the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5), strip conductors incorporated in the glass ceramic panel (3) are provided.
  9. Fitted hob according to claim 8, wherein the glass ceramic panel (3) is formed with the integral strip conductors using multi-layer technology.
  10. Fitted hob according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein for the electrically conductive connection of the heating elements and of the means for temperature detection or sensors optionally allocated to the hotplates (6) to the operating elements (4) and the electronic device (5), strip conductors laid within the hob trough (1) are provided and are contacted by the electronic device (5) and the operating elements (4) by means of plug contacts.
