Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung (4) zum Ver- und/oder Entriegeln einer elektrischen und/oder mechanischen Funktion eines ver- und/oder entriegelbaren Gegenstandes, insbesondere einer Schusswaffe (2), einer realen oder virtuellen Zugangstür, mit einem Modul (FEM) zum Erkennen eines einen Benutzer individualisierenden Musters,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Einrichtung der Berechtigung für den Benutzer zum Ent- oder Verriegeln derart vorgesehen ist, dass das den Benutzer individualisierende Muster erstmalig mittels des Moduls (FEM) erkennbar ist und die Berechtigung für dieses Muster nach einer vorbestimmten Löschzeit tlösch erlischt. - Vorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zur dauerhaften Einrichtung der Berechtigung des Musters die Erkennung des Musters nach Ablauf einer vorgebbaren Zeitdauer trenew erneut vornehmbar ist, wobei trenew kleiner ist als tlösch. - Vorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die erneute Erkennung des Musters genau in einem Zeitfenster von trenew bis tlösch vorgenommen werden muss. - Vorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine akustische und/oder optische Meldeeinrichtung (A) vorgesehen ist, die für die Dauer des Zeitfensters kontinuierlich und/oder diskontinierlich aktivierbar ist. - Vorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Meldeeinrichtung als Vibrationseinrichtung ausgeführt ist, die während der Dauer des Zeitfensters kontinuierlich oder diskontinuierlich aktivierbar ist. - Vorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

eine Vielzahl von Berechtigungen speicherbar sind, wobei für die dauerhaft gespeicherten Berechtigungen eine Speicherung nach "first-in, first-out"-Prinzip vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Muster ein Fingerabdruck des Benutzers ist. - Vorrichtung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine zuerst dauerhaft eingerichtete Berechtigung autorisiert ist, weitere nicht dauerhaft und/oder dauerhaft eingerichtete Berechtigungen zuzulassen und/oder zu löschen. - Vorrichtung (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
nur ein einziges Muster als dauerhaft berechtigtes Muster einrichtbar ist.
