Claims (32)
- Blechumformmaschine umfassend ein Maschinengestell (10), ein erstes am Maschinengestell (10) um eine erste Rollachse (32) drehbar gelagertes Rollwerkzeug (40), ein zweites, um eine zweite Rollachse (52) drehbares und mit dem ersten Rollwerkzeug (40) zusammenwirkendes Rollwerkzeug (60), welches in einem Zustellager (70) drehbar gelagert ist, das seinerseits gegenüber dem Maschinengestell (10) quer zur ersten Rollachse (32) mittels eines Zustellantriebs (110) bewegbar und feststellbar ist, so daß eine Zustellposition (Z) des zweiten Rollwerkzeugs (60) relativ zum ersten Rollwerkzeug (40) einstellbar ist und einen Rollantrieb (42) für mindestens eine der Rollachsen (32, 52),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zustellantrieb (110) als durch eine Steuerung (120) positionssteuerbarer Zustellantrieb ausgebildet ist, mittels welchem das zweite Rollwerkzeug (60) in definiert vorgebbare Zustellpositionen (Z) bewegbar ist, daß der Rollantrieb (42) als steuerbarer Rollantrieb ausgebildet ist und daß mit der Steuerung (120) Rollachsstellungen (R) der Rollachsen (32, 52) erfaßbar sind und Rollachsstellungen (R) und Zustelipositionen (Z) miteinander verknüpfbar sind. - Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (120) den Rollachsstellungen (R) Zustellpositionen (Z) zuordnet und diese als Datensätze (152) in einem Speicher (150) speichert.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Speicher (150) Datensätze (152) für mindestens einen Umformzyklus eines Werkstücks (64 speicherbar sind.
- Blechumformmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (120) in einem Lernmodus eine Zuordnung von Zustellpositionen (Z) zu Rollachsstellungen (R) erfaßt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuordnung von Zustellpositionen (Z) und Rollachsstellungen (R) im Laufe eines manuell gesteuerten, mit der Blechumformmaschine an einem Werkstück (64) tatsächlich durchgeführten Umformzyklus von der Steuerung (120) erfaßbar ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Steuerung (120) in einem Umformmodus ein gesteuertes Umformen eines Werkstücks (64) durchführbar ist, bei welchem die Steuerung (120) durch Lesen der gespeicherten Daten die gespeicherte Zuordnung der Zustellpositionen (Z) zu den Rollachsstellungen (R) durch Ansteuern des Zustellantriebs (110) selbsttätig realisiert.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Umformmodus die maximale Geschwindigkeit der Rollachsbewegung beim Umformen manuell vorgebbar ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (120) einen Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungsmodus aufweist, in welchem mit der Steuerung (120) im Umformmodus die maximal mögliche Geschwindigkeit der Rollachsbewegung abweichend von der manuell vorgegebenen Geschwindigkeit der Rollachsbewegung einstellbar ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (120) in den Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungsmodus übergeht, wenn eine Zustellbewegung erfolgen soll.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (120) in dem Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungsmodus die maximal mögliche Geschwindigkeit der Rollachsbewegung, an die maximal mögliche Geschwindigkeit der Zustellbewegung so anpaßt, daß die Zuordnung von Zustellposition (Z) und Rollachsstellung (R) aufrecht erhalten bleibt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Steuerung (120) Informationen (BR) über die Rollachsbewegung speicherbar sind.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Informationen (BR) über die Rollachsbewegung den Rollachsstellungen (R) zugeordnet sind.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Informationen (BR) über die Rollachsbewegung in den Datensätzen (152) umfassend die Rollachsstellungen (R) und die Zustellpositionen (Z) miterfaßt sind.

- Blechumformmaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (120) ausgehend von der momentanen Rollachsstellung die zukünftigen Rollachsstellungen zugeordneten Informationen erfaßt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung (120) aufgrund der zukünftigen Rollachsstellungen (R) zugeordneten Informationen in den Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungsmodus übergeht.
- Blechumformmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 oder nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Maschinengestell (10) einen Ständer (16) mit einem auf diesem angeordneten Kopfteil (18) aufweist, in dem Kopfteil (18) das erste Rollwerkzeug (40) um die erste Rollachse (32) drehbar gelagert ist, und das Zustellager (70) für das zweite Rollwerkzeug (60) in dem Kopfteil (18) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zustellager (70) an einem den Rollwerkzeugen (40, 60) zugewandten Endbereich (84) eines sich im Kopfteil (18) erstreckenden Arms (80) gelagert ist und daß der Zustellantrieb (70) außerhalb einer Auskragung (22) des Kopfteils (18) am Maschinengestell (10) angeordnet ist und auf den Arm (80) wirkt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (80) Teil eines mit dem Zustellantrieb (110) antreibbaren Hebelgetriebes (82) ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hebelgetriebe (82) über eine Lagerachse (88) am Maschinengestell (10) gelagert ist, welche im Abstand von den Rollwerkzeugen (40, 60) angeordnet ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerachse (88) außerhalb der Auskragung (22) des Kopfteils (18) angeordnet ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 21 oder 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerachse (88) in einem den Rollwerkzeugen (40, 60) abgewandten Bereich des Maschinengestells (10) angeordnet ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerachse (88) in der Basis (20) des Kopfteils (18) angeordnet ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hebelgetriebe (82) einen zweiten Arm (90) aufweist, auf welchen der Zustellantrieb (110) wirkt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Arm (90) sich in Richtung des Ständers (16) erstreckt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zustellantrieb (110) über ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (96, 100) auf den ersten Arm wirkt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Untersetzungsgetriebe ein Keilgetriebe (96, 100) umfaßt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilgetriebe als Kurvengetriebe (96, 100) ausgebildet ist.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kurvengetriebe eine Kurvenscheibe (100) aufweist, welche auf einen Kurvenfolger (96) im Sinne einer Zustellung des zweiten Rollwerkzeugs (60) zum ersten Rollwerkzeug (40) einwirkt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein elastischer Kraftspeicher (116) vorgesehen ist, welcher im Sinne eines Bewegens des zweiten Rollwerkzeugs (60) gegenüber dem ersten Rollwerkzeug (40) entgegengesetzt zur Zustellrichtung auf den ersten Arm (80) wirkt.
- Blechumformmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hebelgetriebe (82) einen Winkelhebel umfaßt, der sich mit dem ersten Arm (80) im Kopfteil (18) und dem zweiten Arm (90) im Ständer (16) erstreckt.
