Claims (7)
- Magazinvorrichtung für Faltschachteln (2) bei Verpackungsmaschinen, mit einem die hochkant nebeneinander gestapelten Faltschachteln (2) führenden Magazinschacht (1) und einem die im Magazinschacht (1) vorderste Faltschachtel (2) übernehmenden Greifer (4), insbesondere einem Saugkopf (3), der auf einer Drehachse (5) angeordnet ist, die in einem in der Höhe verstellbaren Achslager (6) gelagert ist, und mit einer Rotations-Steuerkurve (16) für die Zwangssteuerung der erforderlichen Überlagerung von translatorischen und rotatorischen Bewegungen dies Greifers (4) auf dessen Kurvenbahn bei der Höhenverstellung des Achslagers (6) für die Übergabe der Faltschachteln (2) an ein Faltschachteltransportsystem (19), wobei in die Rotations-Steuerkurve (16) eine mit der Drehachse (5) gekoppelte erste Kurvenrolle (14) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magazinschacht (1) starr an der Verpackungsmaschine angeordnet ist, daß das Achslager (6) durch einen mittels eines ersten Antriebs (21) auf einer Vertikalführung (7) verstellbaren Vertikalschlitten (8) gebildet ist, der auf einem mittels eines zweiten Antriebs (23) auf einer Horizontalführung (26) verstellbaren Horizontalschlitten (22) angeordnet ist, daß auf der Drehachse (5) im Schnittpunkt seiner Hebelarme ein Winkelhebel (11) befestigt ist, an dessen freien Enden seiner Hebelarme die erste Kurvenrolle (14) und eine zweite Kurvenrolle (15) gelagert sind, und daß neben der ersten Rotations-Steuerkurve (16) eine zweite Rotations-Steuerkurve (17) vorgesehen ist, wobei die erste Kurvenrolle (14) und die zweite Kurvenrolle (15) in jeweils eine Rotations-Steuerkurve (16, 17) eingreifen und die Drehlage des Greifers (4) nur von der Stellung des Vertikalschlittens (8) beeinflussbar ist.
- Magazinvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Rotations-Steuerkurve (16) und die zweite Rotations-Steuerkurve (17) so geformt sind, daß bei der Höhenverstellung des Achslagers (6) die erste Kurvenrolle (14) und die zweite Kurvenrolle (15) abwechselnd wirksam sind in Bereichen, die aufgrund der Winkelstellung des Winkelhebels (11) einen großen Drehwinkel des Winkelhebels (11) und damit des Greifers (4) pro zurückgelegter Strecke bei der Höhenverstellung ermöglichen.
- Magazinvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Magazinschacht (1) um einen Neigungswinkel gegen die Horizontale mit seiner Mündung nach unten geneigt ist und die erste und die zweite Rotations-Steuerkurve (16, 17) so geformt sind, daß der Gesamt-Drehwinkel des Greifers (4) 90° zuzüglich des Neigungswinkels beträgt.
- Magazinvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vertikalschlitten (8) eine zweite Horizontalführung (9) für einen zweiten Horizontalschlitten (10) aufweist, in dem das Achslager (6) und eine dritte Kurvenrolle (18) angeordnet sind, die in eine Kulissenbahn (27) eingreift.
- Magazinvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Rotations-Steuerkurve (16, 17) am unteren Ende einen geradlinigen, vertikalen Verlauf besitzen. - Magazinvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, mit Faltschachteltransportsystem (19)
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Faltschachteltransportsystem (19) eine Leitschiene (24) zum Auffalten der Faltschachteln (2) nach deren Entnahme aus dem Magazinschacht (1) zugeordnet ist. - Magazinvorrichtung mit
Faltschachteltransportsystem (19) nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das
Faltschachteltransportsystem (19) eine in der Transportrichtung orientierte Deckschiene (25) aufweist, deren dem Absetzort der Faltschachtel (2) zugewandtes, freistehendes Ende einen die Breite der Faltschachtel (2) übersteigenden Abstand von der Leitschiene (24) aufweist.
