Claims (5)
- Mischer für die Mischung von Gasen und anderen Newtonschen Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Strömungskanal und darin angeordneten, die Strömung beeinflussenden Einbauflächen (2), wobei die Einbauflächen wirbelerzeugende Flächen mit frei umströmten, gegen die Strömung gerichteten Vorderkanten (4) sind, deren Verlauf sowohl eine in Hauptströmungsrichtung (3) des Gases als auch eine quer hierzu verlaufende Komponente aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere gleichartige Einbauflächen (2) in einer Reihe (6) im wesentlichen quer zur Hauptströmungsrichtung (3) angeordnet sind, und daß sich einander benachbarte Einbauflächen (2) in Bezug auf die Hauptströmungsrichtung (3) teilweise überdecken.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine im Abstand hinter der Reihe (6) angeordnete weitere Reihe (7) von Einbauflächen (2), wobei die Anstellwinkel (α') der Einbauflächen der weiteren Reihe (7) entgegengesetzt zu den Anstellwinkeln (α) der Einbauflächen der ersten Reihe (6) sind.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anstellwinkel (α) der Einbauflächen (2) zwischen 40° und 80° beträgt, vorzugsweise 60°.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einbauflächen (2) runde, elliptische oder dreieckförmige Scheiben sind.
- Mischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Strömungskanal einen im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Querschnitt mit einem Verhältnis von Breite (B) zu Dicke (D) von B/D ≥ 2 aufweist, wobei die durch die Einbauflächen (2) definierte Reihe (6, 7) sich in Richtung der Breite (B) erstreckt.
