Claims (30)
- Ausstellvorrichtung für einen an einem Rahmen schwenkbar angebrachten Kipp- oder Dreh-Kipp-Flügel, insbesondere Fensterflügel oder Türflügel, umfassend:wenigstens einen Ausstellarm (38), welcher am Flügel (14) um eine erste Schwenkachse (S1) und am Rahmen (12) um eine zweite Schwenkachse (S2) schwenkbar angebracht oder anbringbar ist,eine Antriebseinrichtung (34, 36, 44) am Flügel (14) oder am Rahmen (12) mit einer durch einen Antrieb (34, 36) verschiebbaren Antriebseinheit (44),eine dem wenigstens einen Ausstellarm (38) zugeordnete Übertragungsanordnung (68), durch welche eine Verschiebebewegung der Antriebseinheit (44) in eine Verschwenkbewegung des zugeordneten Ausstellarms (38) umsetzbar ist, wobei die Übertragungsanordnung (68) ein Übertragungsglied (68) umfaßt, das an der Antriebseinheit (44) um eine dritte Schwenkachse (S3) schwenkbar angebracht ist und das bei Verschiebung der Antriebseinheit (44) um die dritte Schwenkachse (S3) verschwenkt, wobei das Übertragungsglied (68) an dem Ausstellarm (38) angreift und diesen um die erste beziehungsweise zweite Schwenkachse (S1, S2) verschwenkt,daß bei am Flügel (14) beziehungsweise am Rahmen (12) angebrachter Ausstellvorrichtung (18) die erste und die zweite Schwenkachse (S1, S2) bezüglich des Flügels (14) beziehungsweise des Rahmens (12) im wesentlichen feststehen und daß beim Verschwenken des wenigstens einen Ausstellarms (38) aus einer einer Schließstellung des Flügels (14) zugeordneten ersten Schwenklage (Z) in Richtung einer einer Kipp-Öffnungsstellung des Flügels (14) zugeordneten zweiten Schwenklage (K) die dritte Schwenkachse (S3) durch Verschiebung der Antriebseinheit (44) in Richtung auf eine Schwenkachse (S1) von erster und zweiter Schwenkachse (S1, S2) zu verschoben wird, um weiche Schwenkachse (S1) der Ausstellarm (38) an derjenigen Baugruppe (14) von Flügel (14) und Rahmen (12) schwenkbar angebracht oder anbringbar ist, an weicher die Antriebseinrichtung (34, 36, 44) vorgesehen oder vorzusehen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit (44) wenigstens eine durch den Antrieb (34, 36) in ihrer Längsrichtung verschiebbare Treibstange (44) umfaßt.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (36) einen elektromotorischen Antrieb (36) mit einer Umsetzgetriebeanordnung (114, 108, 110) umfaßt, durch welche eine Drehbewegung einer Motorkomponente in eine Linear-Verschiebebewegung der Antriebseinheit (44) umsetzbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (34) einen manuell betätigbaren Antrieb umfaßt, vorzugsweise mit einem drehbaren Handgriff (130) und einer die Drehbewegung des Handgriffs (130) in eine Linear-Verschiebebewegung der Antriebseinheit umsetzenden Umsetzgetriebeanordnung (114, 108, 110).
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, optional in Verbindung mit dem kennzeichnenden Teil von einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungsanordnung umfaßt:eine zwischen dem Übertragungsglied (68) und einer bezüglich der einen Schwenkachse (S1) feststehenden Führungskomponente (48) wirkende erste Führungsbahnanordnung (58, 70) mit einer ersten Führungsbahn (58) in der Führungskomponente (48) oder dem Übertragungsglied (68) und einem bei Verschiebung der Antriebseinheit (44) entlang der Führungsbahn (58) führbaren Führungsteil (70) an der jeweils anderen Komponente von Führungskomponente (48) und Übertragungsglied (68), wobei die Führungsbahn (58) der ersten Führungsbahnanordnung (58, 70) wenigstens bereichsweise bezüglich der Verschieberichtung der Antriebseinheit (44) schräg verläuft.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übertragungsanordnung ferner umfaßt:eine zwischen dem Übertragungsglied (68) und dem Ausstellarm (38) wirkende zweite Führungsbahnanordnung (76, 78) mit einer Führungsbahn (78) im Übertragungsglied (68) oder im Ausstellarm (38) und einem bei Verschiebung der Antriebseinheit (44) entlang der Führungsbahn (78) geführten Führungsteil (76) an der jeweils anderen Komponente von Übertragungsglied (68) und Ausstellarm (38), wobei vorzugsweise die Führungsbahn (78) der zweiten Führungsbahnanordnung (76, 78) wenigstens bereichsweise bezüglich einer Längsrichtung (L) des Ausstellarms (38) schräg verläuft.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, optional in Verbindung mit dem kennzeichnenden Teil von einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Verschiebung der Antriebseinheit (44) zum Verschwenken des Ausstellarms (38) aus der ersten Schwenklage (Z) in Richtung der zweiten Schwenklage (K) der Ausstellarm (38) um die erste Schwenkachse (S1) mit einem größeren Schwenkwinkel schwenkt, als der Schwenkwinkel, um welchen das Übertragungsglied (68) bei dieser Bewegung um die dritte Schwenkachse (S3) verschwenkt.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn (58) der ersten Führungsbahnanordnung (58, 70) und die Führungsbahn (78) der zweiten Führungsbahnanordnung (76, 78) ausgehend von einem Bereich, in dem die den jeweiligen Führungsbahnen (58, 78) zugeordneten Führungsteile (70, 66) bei in der ersten Schwenklage (Z) befindlichem Ausstellarm (38) liegen, in der Verschieberichtung der Antriebseinheit (44) wenigstens bereichsweise aufeinander zulaufen oder voneinander weglaufen.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn (54) der ersten Führungsbahnanordnung (58, 70) oder/und die Führungsbahn (78) der zweiten Führungsbahnanordnung (58, 78) ausgehend von einem Bereich, in welchem das der jeweiligen Führungsbahn (58, 78) zugeordnete Führungsteil (70, 76) bei in der ersten Schwenklage befindlichem Ausstellarm (38) liegt, einen entlang der Verschieberichtung der Antriebseinheit (44) beziehungsweise der Längsrichtung (L) des Ausstellarms (38) verlaufenden ersten Abschnitt (60, 82) aufweist sowie anschließend an diesen ersten Abschnitt (60, 82) einen bezüglich der Verschieberichtung beziehungsweise der Längsrichtung (L) schräg verlaufenden zweiten Abschnitt (64, 84) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Ausstellarm (38) einen ersten Armabschnitt (86) und einen zweiten Armabschnitt (88) aufweist, welche bezüglich einander im wesentlichen in einer Armlängsrichtung (L) teleskopartig verlagerbar sind.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem (88) der Armabschnitte (86, 88) wenigstens eine Führungsbahn (90, 92) vorgesehen ist, entlang welcher ein am anderen Armabschnitt (86) vorgesehenes Führungsteil (94, 96) verlagerbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Führungsbahnen (90, 92) vorgesehen sind und daß eine der Führungsbahnen (90, 92) bezüglich einer anderen Führungsbahn (90, 92) schräg verläuft.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Überbrückungsanordnung (140), durch welche in der ersten Schwenklage (K) des Ausstellarms (38) die teleskopierbare Verbindung (98) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Armabschnitt (86, 88) überbrückt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Ausstellarme (38, 38') mit diesen jeweils zugeordneten Übertragungsanordnungen (68, 68') vorgesehen sind.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens zwei Ausstellarme (38, 38') bei Verschwenkung von der ersten Schwenklage (Z) in Richtung zur zweiten Schwenklage (K) gegensinnig verschwenkt werden.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem der wenigstens zwei Ausstellarme (38, 38') eine Antriebseinheit (44, 44') der Antriebsvorrichtung zugeordnet ist und daß die den wenigstens zwei Ausstellarmen (38, 38') zugeordneten Antriebseinheiten (44, 44') durch den Antrieb (34, 36) zueinander gegensinnig verschiebbar sind.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, gekennzeichnet durch eine zwischen den beiden Antriebseinheiten (44, 44') wirkende Wechselgetriebeanordnung (180), welche eine Verschiebebewegung der einen Antriebseinheit (44) bei gegensinniger Verschiebebewegung der anderen Antriebseinheit (44') vorsehen kann.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (34, 36) auf eine die Bewegungsumsetzung im Wechselgetriebe (180) bewirkende Komponente (190) einwirkt.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Ausstellarme (38, 38') im Bereich der zweiten Schwenkachse (S2) lösbar mit dem Rahmen (12) gekoppelt oder koppelbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, gekennzeichnet durch eine Entkopplungsvorrichtung (200, 196; 226), durch welche die Drehkopplung von wenigstens einem der Ausstellarme (38, 38') mit dem Rahmen (12) im Bereich der zweiten Schwenkachse (S2) lösbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Entkopplungsvorrichtung (200, 196) ferner bei Entkopplung des Ausstellarms (38') im Bereich der zweiten Schwenkachse (S2') vom Rahmen (12) eine Kipplageranordnung (24) lösbar ist, durch welche der Flügel (14) am Rahmen (12) zur Durchführung einer Kippbewegung schwenkbar anbringbar oder angebracht ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21, sofern auf Anspruch 14 rückbezogen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens zwei Ausstellarme (38, 38') bei Verschwenkung von der ersten Schwenklage (Z) in Richtung zur zweiten Schwenklage (K) gleichsinnig verschwenkt werden.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schwenkachse (S2) von einem der Ausstellarme (38, 38') bezüglich der zweiten Schwenkachse (S2') eines anderen der Ausstellarme (38, 38') im wesentlichen in einer Richtung versetzt ist, in welcher bei Übergang eines jeweiligen Ausstellarms (38, 38') von der ersten Schwenklage (Z) zur zweiten Schwenklage (K) die erste und die zweite Schwenkachse (S1, S2, S1', S2') sich voneinander entfernen, und daß bei Übergang von der ersten Schwenklage (Z) zur zweiten Schwenklage (K) ein durch den einen Ausstellarm (38) bereitgestellter Kipphub bezüglich eines durch den anderen Ausstellarm (38') bereitgestellten Kipphubs um einen dem Versatz (V) zwischen den jeweiligen diesen Schwenkarmen (38, 38') zugeordneten zweiten Schwenkachsen (S2, S2) entsprechenden Betrag vergrößert oder verkleinert ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Antrieb (34, 36) der wenigstens eine Ausstellarm (38) in wenigstens einer Zwischenstellung zwischen der ersten Schwenklage (Z) und der zweiten Schwenklage (K) haltbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (34, 36, 44) am Flügel (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Antriebseinheit (44) der Antriebseinrichtung (34, 36, 44) mit einer Treibstangenanordnung (26) am Flügel (14) gekoppelt ist oder einen Teil dieser Treibstangenanordnung (26) bildet.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungsglied (68) und der zugeordnete Ausstellarm (38) durch die Verschiebebewegung der Antriebseinheit (44) im gleichen Drehsinn verschwenkbar sind.
- Ausstellvorrichtung für einen an einem Rahmenschwenkbar angebrachten Kipp- oder Dreh-Kipp-Flügel, insbesondere Fenster- oder Türflügel, umfassend:wenigstens einen Ausstellarm (38), welcher am Flügel (14) um eine erste Schwenkachse (S1) und am Rahmen (12) um eine zweite Schwenkachse (S2) schwenkbar angebracht oder anbringbar ist,eine Antriebseinrichtung (34, 36, 44) am Flügel (14) oder am Rahmen (12) mit einer durch einen Antrieb (34, 36) verschiebbaren Antriebseinheit (44),eine dem wenigstens einen Ausstellarm (38) zugeordnete Übertragungsanordnung (68), durch welche eine Verschiebebewegung der Antriebseinheit (44) in eine Verschwenkbewegung des zugeordneten Ausstellarms (38) umsetzbar ist und durch welche der Ausstellarm (38) bezüglich derjenigen Baugruppe von Rahmen (12) und Flügel (14), an welcher die Antriebseinheit (34, 36, 44) angebracht oder anzubringen ist, in vorbestimmter Winkellage haltbar ist,daß der wenigstens eine Ausstellarm (38) einen ersten Armabschnitt (86) und einen zweiten Armabschnitt (88) umfaßt, welche miteinander im wesentlichen in einer Armlängsrichtung (L) teleskopierbar verbunden sind, wobei bei Durchführung einer Teleskopbewegung der beiden Armabschnitte (86, 88) bezüglich einander der erste und der zweite Armabschnitt (86, 88) zwangsweise bezüglich einander schräggestellt werden, optional in Verbindung mit einem oder mehreren der Merkmale der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
- Kipp-Fenster oder Dreh-Kipp-Fenster, insbesondere Oberlicht, umfassend eine Aussteilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28.
- Dreh-Kipp-Türe, umfassend eine Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28.
