Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Formteils ausgehend von einem warmgewalzten Stahlblechband, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- man das gewalzte Blech mit einer Aluminiumlegierung, die 9 bis 10 % Silicium und 2 bis 3,5 % Eisen enthält, wobei der Rest aus Aluminium und Verunreinigungen besteht, in einer Schicht mit einer Stärke zwischen 5 und 100 µm beschichtet oder mit einer Aluminiumlegierung, die 2 bis 4 % Eisen enthält, wobei der Rest aus Aluminium und Verunreinigungen besteht, in einer Schicht mit einer Stärke zwischen 15 und 100 µm, wobei die Beschichtung mit einer Aluminiumlegierung durch Warmhärten unmittelbar nach dem Warmwalzen und Beizen erfolgt,- man das beschichtete Blech einer Temperaturerhöhung über 700 °C vor dem Formen unterwirft, bis man dadurch eine intermetallische legierte Verbindung auf der Basis von Aluminium, Eisen und Silicium auf der Oberfläche herstellt, die einen Schutz vor Korrosion, Entkohlen des Stahls sicherstellt, wobei die intermetallische Verbindung eine Schmierfunktion sicherstellen kann,- man das Formteil warm stanzt,- man das durch Härten gebildete Formteil mit einer Geschwindigkeit über der kritischen Härtgeschwindigkeit abkühlt.
- Warmgewalztes Stahlblech, das eine Beschichtung aufweist, die aus einer legierten intermetallischen Verbindung auf der Basis von Aluminium, Eisen und Silicium auf der Oberfläche besteht, wobei die Beschichtung durch eine Wärmebehandlung des Blechs erzielt wird, das zuvor mit einer Aluminiumlegierung beschichtet wurde, die 9 bis 10 % Silicium und 2 bis 3,5 % Eisen enthält, wobei der Rest aus Aluminium und Verunreinigungen besteht, in einer Schicht mit einer Stärke zwischen 5 und 100 µm, oder mit einer Aluminiumlegierung, die 2 bis 4 % Eisen enthält, wobei der Rest aus Aluminium und Verunreinigungen besteht, in einer Schicht mit einer Stärke zwischen 15 und 100 µm, wobei die Beschichtung durch Warmhärten unmittelbar nach dem Warmwalzen und Beizen erfolgt, und die Wärmebehandlung bei einer Temperatur über 700 °C erfolgt.
- Formteil, das durch Warmstanzen des Blechs nach Anspruch 2 erzielt wird, gefolgt von einem Härten bei einer Geschwindigkeit, die größer ist als die kritische Härtgeschwindigkeit.
