Claims (8)
- Ölpumpenmodul (11) für eine Verbrennungskraftmaschine, insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, enthaltend zumindest eine Ölpumpe (18) und Ölreinigungsmittel (43), wobei Ölpumpe und Ölreinigungsmittel zumindest teilweise in oder an einem gemeinsamen Basisteil (12) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gemeinsame Basisteil (12) aus Kunststoff besteht und dieses Basisteil (12) mit dem Gehäuse der Verbrennungskraftmaschine verbindbar, insbesondere verschraubbar ist, wobei ein Gehäuseabschnitt (13) des Basisteils eine derart gestaltete Ausnehmung (17) aufweist, daß sie ein Ölpumpengehäuse (19) der Ölpumpe (18) genau passend aufnehmen kann und der Gehäuseabschnitt (13) an einer Stelle durchbrochen ist, um in diesem Bereich das Ölpumpengehäuse (19), das über den Gehäuseabschnitt (13) hinausragt, aufzunehmen.
- Ölpumpenmodul (11) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführung des Öls aus der Verbrennungskraftmaschine zu der Ölpumpe (18) mittels einer Ausnehmung (30) in einem Ölpumpengehäuse (19) erfolgt, die zu einer Öffnung am Gehäuse der Verbrennungskraftmaschine korrespondiert und daran angelegt ist.
- Ölpumpenmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Ölpumpe und das Ölpumpenmodul, insbesondere mittels eines Vorsprungs (27) am Ölpumpengehäuse (19) und einer dazu korrespondierenden Ausnehmung des Gehäuses der Verbrennungskraftmaschine selbst zentriert und eine Antriebswelle (26) vorgesehen ist, welche in dem Vorsprung (27) verläuft und welche gleitgelagert ist.
- Ölpumpenmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Ölkühler (37) vorhanden ist, insbesondere ein wasserdurchströmter Ölkühler, der zumindest mit dem Basisteil (12) abgedichtet verbindbar ist, insbesondere davon umschlossen ist, wobei Führungskanäle des Basisteils direkt mit korrespondierenden öldurchflossenen Öffnungen (41, 42) des wenigstens einen Ölkühlers dichtend verbindbar sind.
- Ölpumpenmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine als Innenzahnradpumpe, insbesondere als Trochoidenpumpe, ausgeführte Ölpumpe (18), deren Räder (22, 23) in einem Laufgehäuse, insbesondere aus Metall, laufen, wobei das Laufgehäuse vorzugsweise von dem Ölpumpengehäuse (19) gebildet wird.
- Ölpumpenmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisteil (12) wenigstens einen Ölkühler (37) und die Ölreinigungsmittel (43) ganz umschließt und, insbesondere durch Zusammendrücken, gegeneinander abdichtet, wobei diese Teile durch eine Öffnung, insbesondere eine mit einer befestigbaren Kappe (45) verschließbare Öffnung, in das Basisteil einsetzbar sind.
- Ölpumpenmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ölreinigungsmittel (43) nach Öffnen des Basisteils (12), insbesondere mittels einer damit verschraubbaren Kappe (45), an einer Seite getrennt von den anderen Bauteilen entnehmbar sind.
- Ölpumpenmodul nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisteil (12) als Kunststoffgehäuse ausgeführt ist, an das von einer Seite in eine Öffnung ein Ölkühler (37) und ein Ölfilter (43) eingesetzt und mit einer Kappe (45) verschraubt sind, und das an einer anderen Seite ein Ölpumpengehäuse (19) größtenteils umschließt, flächig mit diesem abschließt und mit dieser Abschlußfläche (16) und einer Dichtung (35) gegen das Gehäuse der Verbrennungskraftmaschine durch Verschrauben des Basisteils damit andrückbar ist, wobei im Bereich des Ölkühlers zwei Kühlmittelanschlüsse (38) für diesen aus dem Basisteil ragen und im Bereich der Ölpumpe (18) eine Antriebswelle (26) in das Gehäuse der Verbrennungskraftmaschine ragt.
