Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zur Reinigung einer Bogenleiteinrichtung an einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einer Reinigungsvorrichtung, die an einer der Bogenleiteinrichtung benachbarten Bogenfördereinrichtung angeordnet und mit der Bogenleiteinrichtung in Kontakt bringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) mit den Ketten oder einem Greiferwagen (3) eines Kettenfördersystems (2) verbindbar ist und daß das Kettenfördersystem (2) derart vor und zurück bewegbar ist, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) in beiden Richtungen die Strecke der Bogenleiteinrichtung (5) entlangfährt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) quer zur Leitfläche (6) der Bogenleiteinrichtung (5) begrenzt bewegbar gelagert und durch einstellbare federnde Mittel an die Bogenleiteinrichtung (5) andrückbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) eine durch einen Antrieb drehend antreibbare Waschwalze (12) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschwalze (12) changierend antreibbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Waschwalze (12) durch ein Reibrad (16) erfolgt, das auf einer an dem Kettenfördersystem (2) angeordneten Bahn abrollt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reibrad (16) über ein insbesondere ins Schnelle übersetzendes Getriebe (15) mit der Waschwalze (12) gekuppelt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Waschwalze (12) durch einen Elektromotor antreibbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Waschwalze (12) von einer Bürste oder einem Tuchmaterial gebildet wird.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) einen balkenartigen Grundkörper (8), der in das Kettenfördersystem (2) einhängbar ist und einen schwenkbar an dem Grundkörper (8) gelagerten Waschbalken (10) aufweist, der die Waschwalze (12) und den Walzenantrieb trägt und der mittels einer Einstellvorrichtung (17) in seiner Schwenklage gegenüber dem Grundkörper (8) einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kassette (18) zur Aufnahme der Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) vorgesehen ist, die mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit (19) zum Tränken der Waschwalze (12) füllbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kassette (18) innerhalb der Druckmaschine angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine motorisch angetriebene, durch die Druckmaschine steuerbare Hubeinrichtung vorgesehen ist, durch die die Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) von der Kassette (18) in die Einhängeposition des Kettenfördersystems (2) und von dort zurück in die Kassette (18) transportierbar ist.
