Claims (11)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines deformierbaren und zur Aufnahme eines pastösen Produktes dienenden Behälters (1) mit zwei Wänden (5, 6) und einer einen Auslass aufweisenden Stirnseite (3), wobeiein Folien- oder Verbundstoffwerkstück entlang einer Achse gefalten wird,aus dem den Falz aufweisenden und die Stirnseite (3) zu bilden bestimmten Querabschnitt des gefaltenen Werkstückes eine Auslassöffnung (12) ausgestanzt und die beiden Werkstückabschnitte entlang zweier einander zugekehrten Seitenränder (5a, 6a) in konstanten Abständen miteinander verschweisst werden,das Werkstück in gleich grosse Schlauchkörper (2) geschnitten wird,die voneinander getrennten Schlauchkörper (2) nacheinander aufgefalten werden,auf die Auslassöffnung (12) eines jeden Schlauchkörpers (2) ein Verschlusskörper (4) bestehend aus einem Auslass-Stutzen (14) und einem Verschlussdeckel (15) aufgesetzt wird, unddas pastöse Produkt durch eine der Stirnseite (3) gegenüberliegende und im Produktionsablauf vorzugsweise nach oben gekehrte Öffnung in den aufgefaltenen Schlauchkörper (2) eingefüllt und die genannte Öffnung nach dem Einfüllen des Produktes verschlossen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Montage des Verschlusskörpers (4) ein Befestigungs-Stutzen (17) durch die der Stirnseite (3) gegenüberliegende Öffnung in den Schlauchkörper (2) eingeführt, mit seinem ein Aussengewinde aufweisenden Stutzenhals (19) durch die Auslassöffnung (12) hindurchgeführt und in den Auslass-Stutzen (14) eines über der Auslassöffnung (12) in Position gebrachten und auf den Schlauchkörper (2) aufgesteckten Verschlusskörpers (4) eingeschraubt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Einführen des Befestigungs-Stutzens (17) in den Schlauchkörper (2) in den Auslass-Stutzen (14) ein zum Befestigungs-Stutzen (17) passendes Innengewinde spanfrei eingerillt bzw. eingedreht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der fertigerstellte und abgefüllte Behälter (1) direkt an ein zur Endverpackung bestimmtes Packband weitergeleitet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Folien- oder Verbundstoffwerkstück, dessen Breite doppelt so lang ist, wie die Länge des Schlauchkörpers (2), von einer Band-Rolle abgewickelt, über einen Keil gezogen und entlang der Bandlängsachse in zwei gleiche Hälften gefaltet wird, aus welchen dann die beiden Wände (5, 6) des Schlauchkörpers (2) gebildet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in konstanten Abständen je eine Auslassöffnung (12) ausgestanzt wird, dass das Folien- oder Verbundstoffwerkstück dann ebenfalls in konstanten Abständen quer zur Längsrichtung verschweisst wird, und zwar so, dass jeweils in der Mitte zwischen zwei benachbarten Schweissnähten eine Auslassöffnung (12) zu liegen kommt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Folien- oder Verbundstoffwerkstück, dessen Breite doppelt so lang ist, wie die Länge des Schlauchkörpers (2), von einer Band-Rolle abgewickelt, über einen Keil gezogen und entlang der Bandlängsachse in zwei gleiche Hälften gefaltet wird, aus welchen dann die beiden Wände (5, 6) des Schlauchkörpers (2) gebildet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Folien- oder Verbundstoffwerkstück in konstanten Abständen quer zur Längsrichtung verschweisst wird, dass dann die Auslassöffnungen (12) ausgestanzt werden, und zwar so, dass diese jeweils in der Mitte zwischen zwei benachbarten Schweissnähten zu liegen kommen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweissnähte an der den Falt bildenden Längskante in ihrer Mitte angeschnitten und die durch dieses Anschneiden gebildeten stirnseitigen Ecken nach innen umgefalzt werden und dass nachher ausgehend von den genannten Einschnitten nacheinander Schlauchkörper (2) vom übrigen Teil des Werkstückbandes abgetrennt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Verfahrensschritte mit linear ausgerichteten Produktionsmaschinen durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bis zum Abtrennen der Folienzuschnitte alle Verfahrensschritte mit linear ausgerichteten Produktionsmaschinen und die nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritte mit Rundtaktmaschinen durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Behälterherstellung in Simplex-, Duplex- oder in Vierfachtaktschritten erfolgt.
- Behälter hergestellt nach dem Verfahren gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch zwei zusammendrückbare Wände (5, 6) und einer einen Auslass aufweisenden Stirnseite (3), wobei die beiden Wände (5, 6) an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenränder (5a, 6a) und einem der Stirnseite (3) gegenüberliegenden Querrand (5b) dicht miteinander verbunden sind und aus einem einstückigen Werkstück bestehen und wobei auf der ebenfalls durch das genannte Werkstück gebildeten Stirnseite (3) ein Verschlusskörper (4) angeordnet ist, der auf einem das Werkstück stirnseitig durchdringenden Befestigungs-Stutzen (17) aufgeschraubt ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zur Aufnahme des Befestigungs-Stutzens (17) dienende, gewindelose Auslass-Stutzen (14) des Verschlusskörpers (4) aus Polyäthylen und der ein Aussengewinde (18a) aufweisende Befestigungs-Stutzen (17) aus Polypropylen besteht.
