Claims (8)
- Halterung für eine Kochfläche zum Einbau in einen Ausschnitt einer Arbeitsplatte (10) mit einer Rahmeneinheit (30), die einen Stützabschnitt (23) aufweist, auf dem die Kochfläche (20) gehalten ist, wobei Funktionselemente (35) elektrische Einbauten, wie z.B. Heizelemente (40) oder Kabel tragen und wobei an die Rahmeneinheit (30) einstückig eine Montageeinheit (30.1) mit einem wannenförmigen Grundkörper (41) angeformt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der wannenförmige Grundkörper (41) eine einstückig angeformte Bodengruppe (37) aufweist, unddaß an die Bodengruppe (37) die Funktionselemente (35) zumindest teilweise angeformt sind. - Halterung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rahmeneinheit (30) und die Montageeinheit (30.1) aus einem Kunststoff- oder einem Kunststoff-Verbundwerkstoff bestehen. - Halterung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Funktionselemente (35) unter der Kochfläche (20) angeordnete Heizelemente (40) tragen und beabstandet zu der Rahmeneinheit (30) und der Montageeinheit (30.1) halten, unddaß in dem zwischen Heizelement (40) und der Montageeinheit (30.1) und/oder der Rahmeneinheit (30) gebildeten Zwischenraum eine wärmeabsorbierendes oder wärmereflektierendes Zwischenelement (45) angeordnet ist. - Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Funktionselemente (35) Aufnahmen für Federn (43) aufweisen, und daß die Federn (43) die Heizelemente (40) an die Unterseite (22) der Kochfläche (20) anpressen. - Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bodengruppe (37) über Trennstellen (36) mit der Montageeinheit (30.1) verbunden ist, über die die Bodengruppe (37) von der Montageeinheit (30.1) lösbar ist. - Halterung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an der Montageeinheit (30.1) und der Bodengruppe (37) Befestigungsaufnahmen (34) angebracht sind, an denen Verbinder (46) anbringbar sind, über die die Bodengruppe (37) an die Montageeinheit (30.1) angebunden ist. - Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Montageeinheit (30.1) über eine aufwärtsgerichtete, umlaufende Wand (33) in einen horizontalen Stützabschnitt (23) der Rahmeneinheit (30) übergeht, der nach außen gerichtet auf einer Gegenfläche der Arbeitsplatte (10) abgestützt ist. - Halterung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rahmeneinheit (30) mit der Arbeitsplatte (10) und die Kochfläche (20) mit der Rahmeneinheit (30) verklebt ist.
