Claims (9)
- Hochdruck-Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere Otto-Motor,mit einer direkt in einen Brennraum (3) gerichtet angeordneten Einspritzdüse (4), diemit einem Anschlußstutzen (5) eines am Maschinengehäuses (6) anordbaren Kraftstoff-Hochdruckspeichers (7) mittels einer Steckverbindung mit einem Toleranzen ausgleichenden elastischen Dichtelement (8) verbindbar ist,wobei der Hochdruckspeicher (7) mit dem Anschlußstutzen (5) in Montagerichtung der Einspritzdüse (4) am Maschinengehäuse (6) lösbar festgelegt ist,daß der Hochdruckspeicher (7) mit einer am Anschlußstutzen (5) lösbar gehaltenen Einspritzdüse (4) eine Montageeinheit (9, 9', 9") bildet, und wobeidie im/am Maschinengehäuse (6) auf Anschlag angeordnete Einspritzdüse (4) über den festgelegten Hochdruckspeicher (7) durch ein zwischen der Einspritzdüse (4) und dem Anschlußstutzen (5) kraftübertragend angeordnetes Federelement (14) vorgespannt angeordnet ist.
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Montageeinheit (9) bzw. Untereinheit (9', 9") wenigstens zwei Anschlußstutzen (5) für Einspritzdüsen (4) umfaßt, diejeweils über einen zylindrischen Steck-Fortsatz (15) mit radialem Spiel in einer Kraftstoff-Zuleitung (16) im jeweiligen Anschlußstutzen (5) angeordnet sind unter Zwischenschaltung eines O-Ringes als elastischem Dichtelement (8), unddaß jeder Steck-Fortsatz (15) ferner einspritzdüsenseitig eine Rillenanordnung (17) aufweist zur Aufnahme einer Tellerfeder (14) als kraftübertragendem Federelement zwischen jeweiligen Anschlußstutzen (5) und jeweiliger Einspritzdüse (4).
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jeder Anschlußstutzen (5) einspritzdüsenseitig eine der den Steck-Fortsatz (15) der Einspritzdüse (4) aufnehmenden Zuleitung (16) axial vorgelagerte Ausnehmung (18) aufweist zur Anordnung von an der Tellerfeder (14) angeordneter Haltelaschen (19), dieüber auswärts gerichtet angeordnete Verriegelungszungen (20) in Durchbrechungen (21) in dem die Ausnehmung (18) begrenzenden Mantel (22) jedes Anschlußstutzens (5) formschlüssig eingreifen.
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tellerfeder (14) und Haltelaschen (19) mit Verriegelungszungen (20) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine erste, relativ dickwandige, der Rillenanordnung (17) entsprechend geschlitzte Tellerfeder als im wesentlichen kraftübertragendes Federelement (14) vorgesehen ist unddaß eine zweite, relativ dünnwandige, geschlitzte Tellerfeder (14') einstückig mit Haltelaschen ausgebildet ist, wobeibeide Tellerfedern gleichsinnig angeordnet sind.
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Haltelaschen (19) jeweils über einen stufenförmigen Abschnitt (23) mit dem Randbereich der Tellerfeder (14) in Verbindung stehen, unddie in Spaltausnehmungen (24) des Mantels (22) jedes Anschlußstutzens (5) eingreifend angeordneten Abschnitte (23) als Drehanschläge der bzw. jeder Tellerfeder (14) dienen.
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die als Drehanschläge dienenden Abschnitte (23) der Haltelaschen (19) in Kombination mit einer den der Rillenanordnung (17) angepaßten Schlitz (25) der Tellerfeder (14) durchsetzenden Schutzeinrichtung für ein Steuerkabel (26) oder eines angeformten Steckanschlußes der Einspritzdüse (4) zugleich der Lagesicherung der Einspritzdüse (4) relativ zum Anschlußstutzen (5) dienen.
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß für einen mehrzylindrigen Otto-Motor (2) die Einspritzdüsen (4) von in Reihe benachbarter Zylinder gruppenweise mit einem einzigen Hochdruckspeicher (7) verbunden jeweils eine Montageeinheit (9) bilden, wobeiUntereinheiten (9', 9") miteinander über eine Ausgleichsverbindung (27) verbunden sind.
- Einspritzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgleichsverbindung (27) ein Wellrohr (28) ist.
