Claims (12)
- Spinnkannenstand (13) einer faserbandverarbeitenden Maschine, wie Flyer (14) oder Jet-Spinnmaschine (30), die in mindestens einer Reihe eine Vielzahl von Spindeln aufweisen, wobei jeder einzelnen Spindel momentan eine Spinnkanne, eine sogenannte Arbeitskanne (4), zum Abziehen von Faserband und den Spindeln insgesamt mindestens eine Reihe von Arbeitskannen, eine sogenannte Arbeitsreihe (1, 2), zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Arbeitsreihe (1, 2, 21, 22) Rechteckspinnkannen, deren kleine Rechteckseite (25) etwa gleich dem Radius herkömmlicher genormter Rundspinnkannen ist, mit ihren großen Rechteckseiten parallelisiert angeordnet sind. - Spinnkannenstand nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Arbeitskanne (4) ein momentaner Füllstand vorgesehen ist, der sich von demjenigen einer Nachbar-Arbeitskanne (4) um einen bestimmten Bruchteil von o bis 1/1 einer Kannenfüllung unterscheidet und daß zumindest der Position der jeweils am weitesten geleerten Arbeitskanne (4) eine volle Kanne, das ist eine sogenannte Reservekanne (5), zugeordnet ist. - Spinnkannenstand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Füllstand einer Arbeitskanne (4) von demjenigen einer Nachbar-Arbeitskanne in derselben oder in einer Nachbar-Arbeitsreihe (1, 2, 21, 22) um 1/4, 1/2 oder 3/4 Kannenfüllung unterscheidet und daß jede Arbeitsreihe (1, 2, 21, 22) nur ablaufende Arbeitskannen (4) mit zwei verschiedenen Füllständen oder nur mit demselben Füllstand enthält. - Spinnkannenstand eines Flyers nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genau zwei Arbeitsreihen (1, 2) mit dicht an dicht stehenden Arbeitskannen (4) vorgesehen sind, daß die Reservekannen (5) in einer separat zwischen zwei Arbeitsreihen (1, 2) vorgesehenen Bereitschaftsreihe (3) aufzustellen sind, daß zwischen den Arbeitsreihen um die Bereitschaftsreihe herum ein Förderweg (7) für leere und volle Kannen als Verbindung zu einer vorausgehenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Streckmaschine (11, 12) vorgesehen ist und daß die Bereitschaftsreihe (3) für einen Kannenwechsel mit ihren großen Rechteckseiten parallel zueinander sowie mit Platz auf Lücke (6) für je eine Leerkanne gesetzte Reservekannen (5) enthält (Fig. 1). - Spinnkannenstand einer Jet-Spinnmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genau eine Arbeitsreihe (1) mit dicht an dicht stehenden Arbeitskannen (4) vorgesehen ist, daß die Reservekannen (5) in einer separat neben der Arbeitsreihe (1) vorgesehenen Bereitschaftsreihe (3) Platz haben, daß zwischen Arbeitsreihe (1) und Bereitschaftsreihe (3) sowie um diese herum ein Förderweg (7) für leere und volle Kannen als Verbindung zu einer vorausgehenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Streckmaschine (11, 12), vorgesehen ist und daß die Bereitschaftsreihe (3) für einen Kannenwechsel mit ihren großen Rechteckseiten parallel zueinander sowie mit Platz für je eine Leerkanne auf Lücke (6) gesetzte Reservekannen (5) enthält (Fig. 5). - Spinnkannenstand eines Flyers nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genau zwei Arbeitsreihen (1, 2) mit dicht an dicht stehenden Arbeitskannen (4) vorgesehen sind, daß unmittelbar neben jeder Arbeitsreihe eine Bereitschaftsreihe (3a, 3b) für Reservekannen (5) angeordnet ist und daß die Kannen bzw. Kannenplätze jedes Reihenpaars (17, 18) von Arbeitsreihe und Bereitschaftsreihe mit den schmalen Rechteckseiten (25) beiderseits an eine zur Flyer-Längsrichtung (26) parallele O-Achse (27) angrenzen und daß um die Reihenpaare (17, 18) herum sowie zwischen den beiden Reihenpaaren ein Förderweg (7) für leere und volle Kannen vorgesehen ist (Fig. 2). - Spinnkannenstand einer Jet-Spinnmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genau eine Arbeitsreihe mit dicht an dicht stehenden Arbeitskannen vorgesehen ist, daß unmittelbar neben der Arbeitsreihe eine Bereitschaftsreihe für Reservekannen angeordnet ist, daß die Kannen bzw. Kannenplätze des Reihenpaars von Arbeitsreihe und Bereitschaftsreihe mit den schmalen Rechteckseiten beiderseits an eine zur Spinnmaschinen-Längsrichtung parallele O-Achse angrenzen und daß um das Reihenpaar herum ein Förderweg für leere und volle Kannen vorgesehen ist. - Spinnkannenstand nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Kannenreihen (1, 2, 21, 22) die Funktion von Arbeitskanne (4a bis d) und Bereitschaftskanne blockweise wechselt (Fig. 4). - Spinnkannenstand eines Flyers nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genau vier Arbeitsreihen (1, 2, 21, 22), in denen Arbeitskannen (4a bis d) auf Lücke (6), also mit Platz für eine Reservekanne (9) in jeder Lücke (6), gesetzt sind, unter Bildung von zwei Doppelreihen (23, 24) vorgesehen sind, daß die Kannen der eine Doppelreihe (23, 24) bildenden Paare von Arbeitsreihen mit den schmalen Rechteckseiten (25) an eine zur Längsrichtung (26) der Spinnmaschine parallele O-Achse (27) beiderseits angrenzen, daß um die Doppelreihen (23, 24) herum sowie zwischen die Doppelreihen ein Förderweg (7) für leere und volle Kannen (9, 10) vorgesehen ist und daß die in jeder Arbeitsreihe (1, 2, 21, 22) befindlichen Arbeitskannen (4a bis d) zumindest blockweise alle den gleichen Füllstand besitzen (Fig. 3). - Spinnkannenstand einer Jet-Spinnmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß genau zwei Arbeitsreihen, in denen die Arbeitskannen auf Lücke, also mit Platz für eine Reservekanne in jeder Lücke, positioniert sind, unter Bildung einer Doppelreihe vorgesehen sind, daß die Kannen der die Doppelreihe bildenden Paare von Arbeitskannen mit den schmalen Rechteckseiten an eine zur Spindelreihe parallele O-Achse beiderseits angrenzen, daß um die Doppelreihe herum ein Förderweg für leere und volle Kannen als Verbindung zu einer vorausgehenden Maschine vorgesehen ist und daß die in jeder Arbeitsreihe befindlichen Arbeitskannen zumindest blockweise alle den gleichen Füllstand besitzen. - Spinnkannenstand nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Faserbandanfang jeder Reservekanne (10) an einer definierten Stelle und demgemäß für einen automatischen Bandanleger (28) auffindbar positioniert liegt. - Spinnkannenstand nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bandanfang einer Kanne (9) jeweils an deren nach dem Einsetzen an einen Stellplatz an eine O-Achse (27) angrenzenden schmalen Rechteckseite (25) herausragt.
