Abstract
Description
- les figures 1A-1C illustrent de façon simplifiée le couplage rotule utilisé dans l'ensemble selon l'invention;
- la figure 2 représente une vue écorchée de l'organe d'actionnement décrit en référence aux figures 1A-1C;
- la figure 3 représente une vue éclatée d'un mode de réalisation préféré de l'ensemble selon l'invention; et
- les figures 4A-4B illustrent le fonctionnement de l'ensemble représenté à la figure 3.
Claims (28)
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution (1) d'un produit contenu dans un réservoir (12) surmonté d'un élément de distribution (30) présentant une tige creuse (33) d'axe A, sur laquelle est monté un organe d'actionnement (34) dudit élément de distribution, ledit organe d'actionnement comprenant une surface d'appui (38), un couplage formant rotule (100, 101) étant prévu entre la tige creuse (33) et le bouton poussoir (34) pour, en réponse à une pression exercée sur ladite surface d'appui (38), en dehors de l'axe A de la tige creuse, provoquer un mouvement de l'organe d'actionnement (34) autour de l'axe de la tige dans un cône dont le sommet est centré sur l'axe A de la tige, et transmettre à la tige creuse (33), une force située essentiellement dans l'axe de la tige, de manière à provoquer l'enfoncement de la tige creuse (33) et la distribution du produit au travers d'un organe de sotie (9), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps (10) d'axe X, formant ledit réservoir (12) pour le produit, le produit sortant au travers d'au moins un orifice ménagé dans ledit organe de sortie (9), l'organe de sortie étant relié à l'élément de distribution par un conduit (41) formant un couplage flexible, et étant maintenu de façon sensiblement immobile sur une portion (51) fixe du corps surmontant le réservoir (12), l'organe d'actionnement (34) étant monté de façon indépendante par rapport à ladite portion (51) fixe du corps.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de distribution (30) est constitué d'une pompe à actionnement manuel.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de distribution (30) est décalé par rapport à l'axe X.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une portion de sphère (101) traversée par un canal (103) apte à recevoir ladite tige (33), ladite portion de sphère (101) étant disposée à l'intérieur d'un évidement (100) dont au moins une partie est de forme complémentaire de celle de ladite sphère, afin de réaliser ladite liaison rotule entre la tige (33) et l'organe d'actionnement (34).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que ladite sphère (101) est maintenue en position dans l'évidement (100) par claquage ou par sertissage.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 4 ou 5 caractérisé en ce que ladite sphère (101) est réalisée en plastique ou en métal.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit cône présente une ouverture comprise entre 5° et 25°, et de préférence, entre 5° et 15°.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que l'organe de sotie (9) est une buse pour la pulvérisation d'un produit liquide.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) comporte une cloison transversale (11) séparant un premier volume (12), définissant ledit réservoir, d'un second volume (13), surmontant le premier, ledit second volume (13) contenant l'élément de distribution (30) monté sur un orifice (29) ménagé dans ladite cloison (11), l'organe d'actionnement (34) monté sur ledit élément de distribution (30), l'organe de sortie (9), ainsi que le conduit (41) formant ledit couplage flexible.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que la buse de sortie (9) est disposée sensiblement immobile dans le fond d'un décrochement (42) formé dans une paroi latérale du second volume (13), ledit décrochement (42) débouchant sur un bord libre du second volume (13), situé à l'opposé de la cloison transversale (11).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de sortie (9) est monté à l'intérieur d'une chambre (44) en communication avec le conduit (41) formant le couplage flexible, l'organe d'actionnement (34), la chambre (44), ainsi que le conduit flexible (41) formant une seule pièce, obtenue de moulage d'un matériau thermoplastique.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (38) de l'organe d'actionnement est formée d'un élément rapporté.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau thermoplastique est un polyéthylène basse densité (PEBD), ou un mélange polyéthylène basse densité (PEBD)/polyéthylène haute densité (PEHD) avec une teneur en PEHD au plus égale à 25% du mélange.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 caractérisé en ce que le conduit (41) formant ledit couplage flexible forme un soufflet.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 caractérisé en ce que le corps (10) est formé d'une seule pièce.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 15 caractérisé en ce que le second volume (13) présente une extrémité (35) opposée à ladite cloison (11), ladite extrémité étant fermée par un élément de protection (47) dont au moins une partie (7), située en regard de l'organe d'actionnement (34), est constituée d'un matériau souple, de manière à pouvoir actionner ledit organe d'actionnement (34) au travers dudit élément de protection (47).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection (47) comporte une carcasse sous forme d'une partie annulaire rigide ou semi rigide (46), ledit élément de protection (47) étant maintenu en position sur ladite extrémité (35) du second volume par l'intermédiaire d'un habillage externe (2) recouvrant ledit ensemble sur sensiblement toute sa hauteur, un orifice (8) étant ménagé dans ledit habillage externe en regard de l'organe de sortie (9), ledit habillage externe présentant en regard de ladite extrémité du second volume, un fond (5) présentant une découpe (6) en regard de l'organe d'actionnement (34).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 17 caractérisé en ce que l'habillage (2) est au moins au voisinage d'une extrémité (14) du premier volume, opposée à ladite cloison (11), auto-serrant sur le corps (10) dudit ensemble.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18 caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection (47) est formé par bi-injection de deux matériaux compatibles, un premier matériau rigide ou semi rigide, formant la partie annulaire (46), un second matériau souple, formant la partie (7) située en regard de l'organe d'actionnement (34).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 19 caractérisé en ce que le premier matériau est un polypropylène (PP) ou un polyéthylène haute densité (PEHD), le second matériau étant du SEBS.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le premier volume présente une extrémité (14) opposée à ladite cloison (11), ladite extrémité étant fermée par un fond rapporté (15), monté de manière étanche sur le corps.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 21 caractérisé en ce que ledit fond rapporté (15) présente un orifice (22) pour le remplissage du réservoir, ledit orifice (22) étant obturé après remplissage par un élément d'obturation (24).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 21 ou 22 caractérisé en ce que l'étanchéité est assurée en au moins deux zones (17, 19) décalées axialement.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 23 caractérisé en ce qu'une première zone étanchéité (17) est réalisée par au moins un cordon de claquage (18), et en ce qu'une seconde zone d'étanchéité (19) est réalisée par montage auto-serrant.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication 24 caractérisé en ce qu'une troisième zone d'étanchéité est réalisée entre les deux premières (17, 19), ladite troisième zone d'étanchéité étant réalisée au moyen d'un joint torique (21) disposé dans le fond d'une gorge (20) ménagée dans une paroi latérale du fond rapporté (15).
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que le joint (21) est réalisé en un matériau tel qu'un butyle ou un EPDM.
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 21 à 26 caractérisé en ce que le fond rapporté (15) est réalisé en un matériau choisi parmi les polypropylènes (PP), les polybutylènes téréphtalates (PBT), les polyéthylènes haute densité (PEHD), etc..
- Ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 27 caractérisé en ce que le produit est un produit pharmaceutique, dermato-pharmaceutique, ou cosmétique, notamment un parfum.
