Abstract
Description
caractérisé en ce que le corps extérieur est réalisé d'une seule pièce et comporte un second col définissant une ouverture, la seconde valve étant montée de manière étanche sur le second col.
- la figure 1 représente un conditionnement du type de celui décrit dans le document EP-A-0 548 840;
- la figure 2 représente un premier mode de réalisation du conditionnement selon l'invention;
- la figure 3 représente une autre vue, partiellement en coupe du mode de réalisation de la figure 2;
- les figures 4A - 4B illustrent de manière schématique le fonctionnement du conditionnement selon l'invention.
Claims (12)
- Conditionnement pour produit de consistance liquide à pâteuse comprenant:a) un corps extérieur semi-rigide (31), déformable élastiquement, dont l'une des extrémités se termine par un premier col (32) définissant une ouverture pour le produit;b) une enveloppe interne (53) constituée d'un matériau souple et destinée à recevoir le produit, l'enveloppe présentant une ouverture (70) montée sur ledit premier col (32);c) une première valve à écoulement unilatéral (50) montée de manière étanche sur le premier col (32) de manière à permettre la sortie du produit depuis ladite enveloppe (53) en réponse à une pression exercée sur les parois du corps extérieur (31); etd) une seconde valve à écoulement unilatéral (60) montée de manière étanche sur le corps de manière à permettre, en réponse à une sortie de produit depuis ladite enveloppe (53), une entrée d'air dans le volume compris entre le corps extérieur (31) et l'enveloppe (53);
caractérisé en ce que le corps extérieur (31) est réalisé d'une seule pièce et comporte un second col (33) définissant une ouverture (41), la seconde valve (60) étant montée de manière étanche sur le second col (33). - Conditionnement selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le corps (31) est de forme longitudinale, lesdits premier (32) et second (33) cols étant situés sur les extrémités opposées du corps.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce qu'un frette (37) est montée sur le premier col (32), ladite frette (37) formant un siège pour la première valve (50), et comportant un orifice (48) en alignement avec la première valve (50) et l'ouverture (40) du premier col (32), la première valve (50) comportant une base annulaire (51) montée de manière étanche entre le bord du premier col (32) et la frette (37).
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce qu'un support (39) est monté sur le second col (33), de manière à pouvoir maintenir le corps en position verticale, ledit support (39) formant un siège pour la seconde valve (60) et comportant un orifice (56) en alignement avec la seconde valve (60) et l'ouverture (41) du second col (33), la seconde valve (60) comportant une base annulaire (61) montée de manière étanche entre le bord du second col (33) et le support (39).
- Conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que le corps extérieur (31) et l'enveloppe interne (53) sont réalisés par coextrusion de deux matériaux physico-chimiquement incompatibles.
- Conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la frette (37) et la première valve (50) sont réalisées par bi-injection d'un premier matériau rigide ou semi-rigide pour la frette (37) et d'un second matériau souple pour la première valve (50), lesdits premier et second matériaux étant physico-chimiquement incompatibles.
- Conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le support (39) et la seconde valve (60) sont réalisés par bi-injection d'un premier matériau rigide ou semi-rigide pour le support (39) et d'un second matériau souple pour la seconde valve (60), lesdits premier et second matériaux étant physico-chimiquement incompatibles.
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 6 ou 7 caractérisé en ce que le premier matériau est constitué de polypropylène, polyéthylène haute densité, ABS, etc..
- Conditionnement selon la revendication 6 ou 7 caractérisé en ce que le second matériau est constitué d'un élastomère thermoplastique tel qu'un mélange PP/EPDM ou PP/SEBS ou un thermoplastique souple tel qu'un PVC souple ou un PEBD, etc..
- Conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisé en ce que le corps extérieur (31) est constitué d'un matériau tel que le polyéthylène teréphatalate, le polypropylène, ou le PVC.
- Conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe interne (53) est constituée de Polyéthylène haute densité ou basse densité, ou d'un mélange des deux, de PVC souple, ou d'un complexe PE/EVOH/PE.
- Conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le produit est un dentifrice, une crème solaire, une crème de soin cosmétique telle qu'une crème anti-rides ou une crème hydratante.
