Description

The invention relates to a folding box for recording at least one rod-shaped object, e.g. a pen, a lamp tube or the like, according to the preamble of Claim 1.

The document (DF-A-4024112) describes a folding box for multiple serum ampoules. It has a flat one Shape similar to that of a chocolate packaging, and consists of a one-piece blank, one behind the other a hinged cover panel, a rear panel panel, a base panel, a front panel panel and one with openings and a cutout Insert field are formed. The insert field carries side wall fields and closing flaps, which after erecting the Folding box are foldable. The insert field is closed Folding box with its edge area in the plane of the cover panel, while its cut-out Inner sections are folded over in the direction of the floor panel. The folding box is in the pre-glued state of its cut can be delivered lying flat to the packer and is erected there, filled and sealed without further gluing are necessary. However, the material used for this packaging considerably.

For the packaging of lamp tubes, in particular halogen lamps in tubular form for home use, are slim, mostly square folding boxes in use in cross-section, closed at the ends by folding flaps and insert tabs are. The festoon lamp is inside the folding box a bag of stiff paper housed the lamp keeps at a distance from the walls of the folding box to provide protection against breakage. Other solutions provide the lamp tube in the folding box through an envelope secure a cushioning foil against damage. That kind of Packaging is expensive because it involves a two-step packaging process required by which the lamp is initially enveloped and then with their wrapping in the folding box as outer packaging must be introduced. In addition, the lamp is only loose in the Packaging housed.

In the variant, the left of the fault line is shown is, the lamp ends are through by the cut lines 9 limited tongues 10 cushioned, the free end of each is adjacent to the ground field 2 and may be supported on it can what the stability of the support by the tongues 10th elevated. In the variant shown on the right of the break line is the tubular lamp 13 is rotated by 90 ° about its longitudinal axis. In this position is additionally the flattened end section 14 the tubular lamp 13 is supported at the end by the retaining tab 7, which additionally secures the lamp in the longitudinal direction.

When the folding box is closed, the insert flap can 5 in the area bounded by the fault line 12 with the Be front wall panel 1 glued. This is a tamper-evident seal guaranteed that can be easily broken open. To after breaking the packaging, the tubular lamp 13 is exposed there and can be easily gripped with the fingers.

It is understood that with a corresponding broadening of Bottom panel 2 and top panel 4 and the side panels 6 and attached retaining tabs 7 and a corresponding number of arcuate Section lines 9 also several tube lamps in one Packaging according to the invention can be accommodated.
