Claims (26)
- Verfahren zum Spülen, Reinigen und Trocknen von Geschirr und Bestecken in einer programmgesteuerten Geschirrspülmaschine, die mit einzeln anwählbaren Geschirrspülprogrammen, welche separate Programmabschnitte, wie Vorspülen, Reinigen, Zwischenspülen, Klarspülen und Trocknen beinhalten, ausgerüstet ist, wobei der Vorspül- und/oder Zwischenspülgang ggf. ausblendbar ist, und die eine Dosiereinrichtung für ein der Spülflüssigkeit beizugebendes Spül- und/oder Reinigungsmittel für das in Geschirr- und Besteckkörben eingeräumte Spülgut besitzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Programmsteuerung (4) der Spülmaschine (1) um eine wählbare Programmvariante (S) zur Aufbereitung von Spülgut (14, 14') mit Silberoberflächen, wie Silberbestecke oder dergl. ergänzt ist, bei welcher das Spülgut mit einem der Spülflüssigkeit (SP) zudosierten Silberreinigungs- und/oder Silberpflegemittel (SM) behandelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Programmvariante "Silberpflege" (S) als Zusatzprogramm zu einem auswählbaren Geschirrspülprogramm oder als separat anwählbares programmgesteuertes Silberpflegeprogramm ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die weitere Programmvariante (S) zur Silberpflege integrierter Bestandteil mindestens eines der auswählbaren Geschirrspülprogramme ist und manuell oder per Maschinenprogramm aufgerufen wird. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Silberspülgut /14, 14') im Spülraum (8) in einem separaten Aufnahmebehälter (19) abgelegt wird, und daß bei Ansteuerung des Programms "Silberpflege" das Silberreinigungs- und/oder Silberpflegemittel (SM) der umlaufenden Spülflüssigkeit (SP) zudosiert und die aufbereitete Spülflüssigkeit (SP) das Silberspülgut (14, 14') benetzend durch den Aufnahmebehälter (19) geleitet wird. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Silberpflegeprogramm der Umwälzvorgang für die Spülflüssigkeit (SP) über eine vorbestimmte Dauer unterbrochen und/oder taktweise gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Benetzung des Spülguts (14, 14') mit dem Silberreinigungs- und/oder Silberpflegemittel (SM) durch Aufsprühen erfolgt. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zum Benetzen des Silberspülguts (14, 14') das Spülgut in die mit dem Silberreinigungs- und/oder Silberpflegemittel (SM) versetzte Spülflüssigkeit (SP) eintaucht. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufbereitung der mit dem Silbermittel benetzten Silberbestecke (14') oder dergl. durch den Einsatz von Kleinspannung zur Elektrochemie (Elektrolytisch) zusätzlich unterstützt wird. - Verfahren nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Silberpflegeprogramm die Kleinspannung taktweise angeschaltet wird. - Geschirrspülmaschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,

daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) für das Silberspülgut (14') von der umlaufenden Spülflüssigkeit (SP) gespeist im Spülwasserkreislauf im Spülraum (8) angeordnet und für die vereinzelte Ablage von Silberspülgut ausgebildet ist, und daß dem Aufnahmebehälter (19) eine in Wirkverbindung mit der Programmsteuerung (4) der Spülmaschine (1) stehende Dosiereinrichtung (2, 2d) für ein Silberreinigungs- und/oder Silberpflegemittel (SM) zugeordnet ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) für das Silberspülgut (14') einem Geschirrkorb (5, 6), einem Besteckkorb bzw. vorzugsweise einer Besteckschublade (7) zugeordnet und vom Spülsystem des Korbes und/oder der Besteckschublade (7) oder aus einem separaten Zulauf (20) oder Sprühsystem mit Spülflüssigkeit (SP) beaufschlagt ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) mit einem separaten aus dem Umwälzkreislauf abgezweigten Spülwasseranschluß (23) versehen ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) als separater Einsatz für eine Besteckschublade (7) oder selbst als Besteckschublade (7) ausgebildet ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) mit einem die Besteckaufnahmen (17) aufweisenden Korbeinsatz (16) kombiniert ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) mit/ohne Besteckaufnahmen (17) in Form von Besteckhaltern (17a) und Besteckauflagen (17b) für die vereinzelte und jeweils auf der Seite liegende Aufnahme von Silberbestecken (14') ausgebildet ist, wobei die Besteckhalter (17a) parallele Zahnleisten und die Besteckauflagen (17b) parallel angeordnete Leisten mit wellenförmig, sägezahnförmig, schneidenförmig oder ähnlich gestalteten Auflageflächen sind. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) im Korbgestell (15) eines Geschirrkorbes (5, 6) oder der Besteckschublade (7) eingehängt ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) als Tauchbad-Behälter für Silberbestecke (14') oben offen wannen- oder schalenförmig ausgebildet und mit ein oder mehreren Spülwasserabläufen (21) am Wannenboden (22) versehen ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Wannenboden (22) mit Abstand zum Boden seines zugeordneten Korbeinsatzes (16) angeordnet ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Korbboden des Korbeinsatzes (16) siebähnlich gestaltet ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der wannenförmige Aufnahmebehälter (19) in Kombination mit einer Besteckschublade (7) undicht auf die Besteckhalter (17a) und/oder Besteckauflagen (17b) der Schublade aufsetzbar ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Aufnahmebehälter (19) so ausgebildet ist, daß die im Spülprozeß dem Aufnahmebehälter (19) zufließende Spülwassermenge ein mehrfaches der abfließenden Spülwassermenge ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Aufnahmebehälter (19) streifen- oder bandförmige von einer Gleichspannungsquelle (30) gespeiste Elektroden (28, 29) angeordnet sind. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwei an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (27) des Aufnahmebehälters (19) angeordnete Elektroden (28) z. B. aus Edelstahl elektrisch leitend miteinander verbunden sind, und daß zwischen den beiden Elektroden (28) im Ablagebereich des Silberspülguts (14') eine weitere in Kontakt mit dem abgelegten Spülgut tretende Elektrode (29) z. B. aus Silber angeordnet ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dosiereinrichtung (2, 2d) in die Spülmaschine (1) integriert oder als mit der Maschine verbundenes Beistellgerät ausgebildet ist und daß das Silberreinigungs- und/oder Silberpflegemittel (SM) in Form einer Flüssigkeit, in pastöser Form oder als Tablette oder Granulat bzw. Pulver in der Dosiereinrichtung (2, 2d) bevorratet ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine für mehrere Silber-Reinigungszyklen ausreichende Menge Silberreinigungs- und/oder Silberpflegemittel (SM) in einem Vorratsmagazin oder -behälter der Dosiereinrichtung (2, 2d) bevorratet ist. - Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Pflegemittel nach der Benutzung im Spülbehälter zur Wiederverwendung zwischengespeichert wird.
