Abstract

A tongue (56) with a thickness (y) less than the thickness (d) of the lock profile material is formed on one side of the separation point (T) between the abutting lock profile sections (5', 5''). The tongue extends into a groove (57) with an open end, the groove length being several times greater than that of the tongue.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kantriegelbeschlag gemäß Gattungsbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to an edge bolt fitting according to the preamble of the claim 1.

An edge bolt fitting of the aforementioned type is previously known from DE 867813. An operating lever is stored there in an elongated hole in a housing. At the Operating lever attacks a handlebar, which is also in an elongated hole in the housing is stored. Actuating levers or handlebars are provided with the bearings retractable and retractable bolts connected.

An edge bolt fitting is also known from DE 19507192, the articulation point is fixed immovably on the hardware side. When moving the operating lever is accordingly over the the operating lever with the Push rod coupling handlebars of bars locked or closed. to sufficient definition of a fixed leaf of a double-leaf door, it is necessary the passive leaf in the upper and in the lower area such Allocate bolt lock fittings. In this embodiment, the Plane of movement of the actuating lever perpendicular to the passive leaf plane, what enables the flat bolt fitting to be designed flat.

Furthermore, an edge bolt fitting is previously known from EP 0786574 A1. Also at this fitting is the actuating lever and that driven by the actuating lever Handlebar open the fold of the passive leaf. The latter also applies to the from DE 3504025 and the edge bolt fitting previously known from EP 0823522 A2.

The invention lies on the basis of the prior art mentioned at the beginning the task of a generic square bolt fitting advantageous in use further education.

The object is achieved by the invention specified in claim 1.

As a result of such a configuration, an edge bolt fitting is indicated by simple structure that enables by means of a single actuation lever in in succession the connecting rods and the ones on them to shift the seated bar. Still, the advantage a flat design of the transom fitting is not abandoned because the operating lever is perpendicular to the door leaf level of the passive leaf is pivotable. It lies no fixed defined articulation point for the operating lever in front. Rather, it is on the second, to provided the first oppositely actuable drive rod. In detail, this looks like that when closing the bolt first one drive rod and then the one other drive rod is moved. First is the Displacement of those subject to less friction Driving rod up to a movement stop and then that of the other drive rod up to hers Travel stop. For example, when pivoting the operating lever always the upper drive rod be relocated first due to a lesser Friction. Only when they are in their respective end positions has been reached by further flipping the actuating lever the lower connecting rod with it attached Bolt moved. Even if within one Actuation process change the friction conditions should be a reversal in the actuation of the drive rods entails, the drive rods shift in a sequence. This relocating the latch leads to lower actuation forces can be worked as with such Edge wing fittings, in which a synchronous control the bolt is made. This follows from the fact that the handlebar and the operating lever are arranged motionless to the locking bar. The relevant drive rods are the rear of the Closing ledge, which has a recess for pivoted mounting of the operating lever. It is therefore in the pivoted position of the operating lever no annoying overhang over the locking bar before what the space-saving assignment of the locking bar enabled on the relevant fold of the passive leaf. In the swiveled-in position of the operating lever then the drive rods are at second movement stops on. That means that some movement stops when swinging out the operating lever immediately take on their function. In manufacturing technology simple are the first and the second movement stops of elongated holes in the drive rods and formed cones received therefrom. Latter are in turn firmly connected to the locking bar. it is also provided that the locking bar forms a U-profile. So that the interaction of Locking bar with the locking links of the rotating leaf assigned locks is not impaired, are the drive rods in the area of the closing element entry opening reduced in cross-section and flank the closing member entry openings to the rear. Tolerances when installing the passive leaf and the Rotary wing can be compensated for by the fact that at least one closing member entry opening in one Frame adjustable transversely to the extension of the locking bar is arranged. One way of mapping of the frame to the locking bar is that the frame on its the closing strip on both sides of the Transverse slots underneath projections below the bolt entry opening has, each a pin of the locking bar take up. Regarding the cones it can be Act screw pin, so that after appropriate transverse adjustment of the frame relative to the longitudinal extent the locking bar the bondage of the frame is. Since the frame is reduced to a cross-section Zone of the drive rod extends, experiences this cross-section reduced zone a lateral support against bending if high pressure forces are applied to the connecting rod should occur. Another way of Assignment of the frame to the locking bar is included in it see that the frame on both sides of the locking bar projections under the bolt entry opening Cones carries, each in a transverse slot engage the locking bar. Here too she learns cross-section reduced zone of the drive rod a corresponding Support against bending out. A cross adjustment can be done easily by means of an eccentric be performed. For the purpose of assigning the edge bolt fitting differently high fixed wing is according to the invention provided that the drive rod profiled rack Has intermediate sections, which are deflected form-fitting with the subsequent drive rod sections caulked or inlaid. The customization on doors of different heights is made easier that the separation point of abutting striker sections unilaterally forms a nose, the thickness of which is less than the thickness of the locking strip material and which nose in a groove open on the front edge dips whose length is a multiple of the nose length equivalent. Groove and nose cause the locking bar aligned with each other in the area of the separation point.

To adapt the locking bar to different ones Length of the striker section is shortened, which forms the open groove. A simplified one Cutting to length results from the fact that in the excluded Lock position the front end of the toothed drive rod section aligned with the separation point. In the excluded locking position can therefore drive rod and locking bar together in one operation, cut to length, for example, by sawing. To a space-saving design of the transom fitting also the fact that the operating lever between himself and the rear of the locking bar the handlebar records and the resulting space by means of a handle angled in alignment with the U-leg bridged. The latter allows a comfortable one Detecting the actuating lever and moving it. The aligned formation of the handle angle with the U-leg then comes out with an optically favorable appearance of the bolt lock fitting. To also in the Swing-in position of the actuating lever is secure To be able to record is an intervention space left in the U-web provided which edge of the handle bend is limited. For trouble-free pivoting of the actuating lever has tab-like trained handlebars approximately with the edge of the intervention area flush cut. Cheap Leverage ratios with regard to the steering gear result from the fact that the length of the handle portion of the operating lever is more than twice as large like the length of the articulation section. Furthermore, the Length of the handlebar greater than that of the handle section. Another advantage is that the Bolt asymmetrical to the cross section of the locking bar is arranged and in particular a front Forms free space. The one that interacts with the bolt Strike plate, which is angular in cross-section is therefore given a larger web dimension. This Web dimension is the distance from the outer edge of the vertical Angle leg up to the bolt entry opening. The angular striking plate should be attached so that the Outer surface of the vertical angle leg with the corresponding surface of the locking bar is aligned. Finally, it should be emphasized, a locking bar fastening screw to provide on which slidably supports the narrowed zone of the drive rod. This causes the narrowed to bend out Tongue against the drive rod if greater forces are involved should act on the connecting rod.

In a partial horizontal section in FIG. 1 The double-leaf door shown is number 1 designated a passive wing. This is a rotary wing 2 assigned. From its fold, lock pockets go to Inclusion of a main lock 3 and others, not additional locks shown. For fixing the passive leaf 1 in its closed position, an edge bolt fitting is used 4th

In particular, the edge bolt fitting 4 has one extending over the vertical fold length of the passive leaf 1, Closing strip 5 with a U-profile in cross section, which consists of a U-web 6 and the two U-legs 7 and 8 composed. Regarding the in Fig. 2 and 3 side bar areas shown side by side the left is the top area, to which the middle area connects. The right area is therefore the lower section of the Flush bolt fitting.

In detail, the locking bar 5 is made up of two a separation point T abutting striker sections 5 ', 5' 'together. The latter only provides one Part of the total length of the locking bar. Off 2 and 3 it can be seen that the striker section 5 '' provided at the lower end of the locking bar 6 is, cf. the right area of the locking bar in 2 and 3.

The striker section having a considerably greater length 5 'is in the area of the separation point T of overhanging a nose 56. Their thickness y is less than the thickness d of the locking bar material. The front surface the nose 56 is flush with the front surface of the Locking bar 5. The nose 56 engages in a front edge open groove 57 of the abutting striker section 5 '' a. The depth of the groove 57 corresponds the thickness y of the nose 56. Furthermore, the width the nose 56 adapted to the width of the groove 57, cf. in particular Fig. 2. However, the length of the groove 57 corresponds a multiple of the nose length.

The locking bar 5 is arranged with four one above the other Lock member entry openings 9, 10, 11 and 12 Mistake. These work together with the locking links the locks assigned to the rotary wing 2. The Lock member inlet openings 9 and 12 are identical designed and framed while the striker entry opening 10 for receiving a trap 13 in the U-web 6 is provided. The one below the shooting link entry opening 10 provided closing member entry opening 11 is also framed. Your frame 14 lies rear of the U-web 6 and is in the transverse direction displaceable for the longitudinal extent of the closing strip 5. For this purpose, cross slots 15 on both sides of the Extensions located closing member inlet opening 11 of the frame 14, through which transverse slots 15 as pins 16 trained, the locking bar 5 penetrating fastening screws pass. After setting the Transverse position is the frame 14 by the fastening screws 16 associated nuts 17 with respect to the locking bar 5 definable. For the one step-shaped Longitudinal edge 14 'is the U-leg 7 and the adjoining area of the U-web 6 with a Recess 18 provided.

In the U interior of the locking bar 5 are on both sides an actuating lever 19 an upper drive rod 20th and a lower drive rod 21 out. The upper connecting rod 20 is composed of drive rod sections 22, 23 and 24, which are profiled by rack Intermediate sections 25, 26 are connected. These are cut to length accordingly and engage in open on the transverse side Slots 27 of the drive rod sections 22, 23, 24 and are caulked there, i.e. axially immovable assigned. The lower connecting rod also sits 21 composed of three drive rod sections 28, 29 and 30, which also in the same way via intermediate sections 31, 32 are connected, with training of slots 27 into which the relevant ends the intermediate sections 31, 32 enter and there are caulked. The two outer drive rod sections 22 and 30 each form a latch 33 and 34 out.

As can be seen from the drawings, the bars are 33, 34 asymmetrical to the cross section of the locking bar arranged and thereby form a front Free space F. This allows the associated cross-section angled striking plates 52, 53 form that between the front edge 52 ', 53 'and bolt entry opening 54, 55 an enlarged Web dimension x is realized, resulting in increased stability the striking plates 52, 53 leads. Such a case exists when the striking plate leading edge 52 ', 53' aligned with the front edge of the locking bar.

In the locked bolt position, cf. Fig. 3 in 13, the front end 32 'of the toothed connecting rod intermediate section 32 with the Separation point T, so that the closing strip section 5 '' together with the connecting rod intermediate section 32 in can be cut off by sawing.

The connecting rod intermediate section 32 according to FIG. 13 differs from that in other figures indicated sections in that it has a modified teeth 58 has. Are accordingly Slots 27 are provided with counter teeth 59 so that the toothed intermediate section 32 with its teeth 58 form-fitting in the counter teeth 59 of the slot 27 can be inserted. The others can do the same Intermediate sections a corresponding edge Form teeth with counter teeth 59 of the slots 27 cooperates.

In the area of the closing element inlet openings 9 to 12 are the drive rods 20, 21 or their drive rod sections 23, 28, 29 with reduced cross-section, through a corresponding cutout 23 ', 28', 29 '. The reduced cross-section zones Z1, Z2, Z3 affect the closing member inlet openings 9 to 12. Im Area of the closing member inlet opening 11 experiences the reduced cross-section zone Z2 of the drive rod section 28 a support against bending out in the transverse direction through the slot / pin-guided frame 14. A This zone Z2 is further supported by a Strike bar mounting screw 51, which a Opening of the locking bar 5 passes through and a sliding guide for the narrowed zone Z2 of the connecting rod forms.

The closing member inlet openings 9 and 12 are in an elongated frame 35 is provided. At the one long side is stepped. The relevant longitudinal edge 35 'passes through a recess 36 of the U-leg 7, which recess extends into the U-bridge 6 continues, cf. 10 and 11 in particular. The frame 35 is in the transverse direction by means of pins 37 guided, which is on both sides of the closing member entry opening 9 and 12 are provided in extensions of the frame 35 are and which engage in transverse slots 38 of the U-web 6. The cross adjustment is done in contrast to the first embodiment by means of eccentrics 39, the eccentrically arranged pins 39 'longitudinal slots 40 in reach through the end regions of the frame 35. The eccentric 39 are with a tool engagement opening 39 '' fitted. By turning the eccentric 39 can therefore a transverse displacement of the frame 35 is carried out be, for example, the closing member entry openings 9, 12 in the corresponding position to the associated Bring locking member. These frames 35 also support the reduced cross-section zones of the associated Espagnolette sections 28, 29 against lateral bending.

44'' an, vgl. hierzu insbesondere Fig. 3. Das bedeutet, daß die Bewegungsendanschläge 42'' bzw. 44'' an den ihnen zugeordneten Zapfen 43 anliegen. Der Abstand zwischen den ersten Bewegungsendanschlägen 42', 44' und den zweiten Bewegungsendanschlägen 42'' und 44'' entspricht dem Verlagerungshub der Treibstangen 20, 21 und demgemäß dem Schließweg der Riegel 33, 34.Regarding the upper drive rod 20, it is the first drive rod, while the lower one the second Driving rod 21 is. The pivot point 41 for the operating lever 19 is located on the second drive rod 21, which led in the opposite direction to the first drive rod 20 is. The articulation point 41 is formed by one Pivot pin. In the drive rod sections 22, 23, 24 the first drive rod 20 are located on the locking bar side Pin 43 penetrated slots 42, whose end regions form movement end stops 42 ', 42' '. The drive rod sections 28, 29, 30 of the second drive rod 21 are equipped with elongated holes 44 with movement end stops formed by their end regions 44 'and 44' ', which also from Straps 43 on the locking bar side are penetrated. In the pivoted-in position of the actuating lever 19 the drive rods 20, 21 are located at the second movement end stops 42 '' or 44 '', cf. in particular Fig. 3. This means that the movement end stops 42 '' or 44 '' on the pin 43 assigned to them issue. The distance between the first movement end stops 42 ', 44' and the second movement end stops 42 '' and 44 '' corresponds to the displacement stroke of the Driving rods 20, 21 and accordingly the closing path of the Latch 33, 34.

Regarding the articulation point, it is a Hinge pin 46. The other end of the handlebar 45 is via a hinge pin 47 articulated with the first Drive rod 20 connected. The length of the handle section A, from the pivot pin 46 to the free end of the Actuating lever 19 is measured, is in the embodiment more than twice the length of the articulation section B of the operating lever 19. Furthermore, the Length of the handlebar 45 is greater than that of the handle portion A. The handlebar 45 is included between the Operating lever 19 and the rear of the locking bar. The resulting space is by means of a with the U-leg 7 in alignment with the handle 48 bridged. For this, the closing strip 5 forms in the area of the U-leg 7 and the web 6 a recess 49 for pivoted mounting of the operating lever 19 out. The recess 49 is so large that between the handle bend 48 and the opposite one Edge of the recess 49 an engagement space R. is created, which is on the edge of the handle bend 48 is accordingly limited. This means that in When the latch is in the closed position, the rear handle given to the handle bend 48 to the operating lever 19 to bring about the unlocking position to be able to. The relevant link 45 is tab-like educated. He has one with the edge of the engagement space R flush cut 50.

The edge bolt fitting should be in its open position brought, so the operating lever 19 is on to reach behind its angled handle 48 and in the downward direction to pan. Here, due to the first drive rod 20 guided with less friction, so the upper one, which is shifted downwards, the articulation point 41 its position relative to Locking bar 5 not changed. It becomes after Covering a swivel angle of less than alpha 90 ° reached the position shown in FIG. 6, in which the first drive rod 20 with its first movement end stops 42 'in connection with those assigned to them Pin 43 the downward movement of the upper drive rod 20th and thus limit the latch 33. Continuing the Swivel displacement of the actuating lever 19 in the downward direction pivots the operating lever 19 around the Pivot 46 and accordingly shifts the pivot point 41 with the second drive rod 21 in the upward direction, latch 34 disengages. Is limited the pivoting displacement of the actuating lever 19 thereby that the first movement end stops 44 'the apply pin 43 assigned to them. The passive leaf 1 can thus be opened.

To lock the passive leaf 1 in its closed position is an oppositely directed swivel displacement the actuating lever 19 to make. in this connection for the time being, the first, that is, the upper, via the handlebar 45 Drive rod 20 displaced in the upward direction until the second movement end stops 42 '' take effect.

The actuating lever 19 is then pivoted around the hinge pin 46, associated with a downward displacement the pivot point 41 and thus the second, lower drive rod 21. Their downward displacement is then also limited by the second Movement end stops 44 '' in conjunction with them assigned pin 43. Then the operating lever 19 pivoted so far that the handle angle 48 with the associated leg 7 of the locking bar 5 flees.
