- une partie formant manche,
- une sangle, notamment métallique, en forme de boucle, dont les deux brins opposés coopèrent avec deux zones solidaires du manche lorsque la sangle entoure étroitement ledit objet,
- le manche étant muni, entre lesdites deux zones, d'un patin d'appui sur ledit objet, ce patin d'appui n'étant pas lié à la sangle et présentant une face d'appui de forme générale cylindrique à génératrices perpendiculaires au plan général de la sangle.
- la Figure 1 représente, en coupe longitudinale, une clé à sangle suivant l'invention, avec la sangle mise en position de façon lâche autour d'un filtre à huile à dévisser ;
- la Figure 2 est une vue analogue, après ajustement serré de la sangle autour du filtre à huile ;

- une tige filetée 6, qui peut être à filets multiples, dont l'extrémité inférieure porte un bouton d'actionnement moleté 7 tandis que son extrémité supérieure 8, lisse et de diamètre réduit, tourillonne dans un perçage central 9 de l'embase 4 en étant immobilisée en translation dans ce perçage, à la manière décrite dans le FR-A-1.570.027 précité.
- un écrou 10 monté sur la tige 6.
- une bande notamment métallique 11, formant sangle, dont chaque partie d'extrémité traverse avec un large jeu une lumière latérale 12 de l'embase 4 puis, au-dessous de celle-ci, est fixée à l'écrou 10 au moyen d'une vis 13. La sangle est guidée latéralement dans chaque lumière 12, laquelle présente, à l'opposé de l'autre lumière 12, une surface 14 d'appui de la sangle. Les surfaces 14 divergent en direction de l'objet 2 et peuvent être bombées. En variante, ces surfaces d'appui pourraient être définies par la surface périphérique de deux galets, comme décrit dans le FR-A précité.
- un patin d'appui sur le filtre 2, référencé 15, qui est articulé dans la chape 5 autour d'une goupille 16 dont l'axe porte la même référence. La goupille 16 dépasse de chaque côté du patin et tourillonne dans deux orifices prévus dans les ailes de la chape 5. Le patin est disposé librement entre les deux brins de la sangle 11.
- un ressort 17 en épingle à cheveux, enroulé sur la goupille 16. Une extrémité de ce ressort prend appui sur la face supérieure de l'embase 4, et son autre extrémité sous une deuxième goupille 18 solidaire du patin 15. Cette goupille 18 dépasse de chaque côté du patin, et ses extrémités sont reçues dans des lumières arquées de centre 16 prévues dans les ailes de la chape 5.
- pendant la phase de serrage de la sangle sur le filtre, augmente, et
- pendant la poussée dans le sens F2, tend à diminuer.
- d'un corps rigide 103 formant manche 123, embase 104 avec ses surfaces d'appui 114 et chape 105. Ce corps peut être moulé d'une seule pièce ou constitué de deux pièces moulées assemblées, par exemple par deux vis, suivant un plan de joint vertical;
- d'une goupille 116 portée par la chape 105 et sur laquelle est articulé librement le patin 115; et
- d'une sangle 111 dont une partie d'extrémité au moins comporte plusieurs orifices alignés 27.
Claims (21)
- Clé à sangle (1) pour l'entraínement unidirectionnel d'un objet (2) de forme générale cylindrique, du type comprenant :une partie formant manche (6, 7 ; 6, 7, 23; 123),une sangle (11; 111), notamment métallique, en forme de boucle, dont les deux brins opposés (11A, 11B) coopèrent avec deux zones (14; 114) solidaires du manche lorsque la sangle entoure étroitement ledit objet,le manche étant muni, entre lesdites deux zones, d'un patin (15; 115) d'appui sur ledit objet, ce patin d'appui n'étant pas lié à la sangle et présentant une face d'appui (20) de forme générale cylindrique à génératrices perpendiculaires au plan général de la sangle,
- Clé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit serrage est compris entre une valeur minimale et une valeur maximale.
- Clé à sangle suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe géométrique (16; 116) est décalé latéralement par rapport à l'axe général (X-X) du manche (6, 7 ; 6, 7, 23; 123).
- Clé suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe géométrique (16; 116) est plus proche de l'axe général (X-X) du manche (6, 7; 6, 7, 23; 123) que l'extrémité distale (22A) de ladite zone (14; 114) qui est située du côté dudit axe géométrique (16).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe géométrique (16; 116) est décalé latéralement par rapport à la médiatrice (X'-X') du segment défini par les extrémités distales (22A, 22B) desdites deux zones (14; 114) solidaires du manche (6, 7 ; 6, 7, 23; 123).
- Clé à sangle suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe géométrique (16; 116) est plus proche de ladite médiatrice (X'-X') que l'extrémité distale de ladite zone (14; 114) qui est située du côté dudit axe géométrique (16).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le patin (15) est sollicité élastiquement en basculement par rapport au manche autour dudit axe géométrique (16).
- Clé à sangle suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le patin (15) est sollicité élastiquement dans le sens opposé audit premier sens (F2).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le patin (115) est monté à basculement libre et d'amplitude limitée autour dudit axe géométrique (116).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le manche (6, 7 ; 6, 7, 23; 123) et le patin (15; 115) comportent des premiers moyens de butée qui limitent le déplacement angulaire du manche (6, 7; 6, 7, 23; 123) par rapport au patin (15; 115) dans ledit premier sens lorsqu'on exerce sur le manche l'action dans ledit premier sens (F2).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le manche (6, 7 ; 6, 7, 23; 123) et le patin (15; 115) comportent des seconds moyens de butée qui limitent le basculement du patin par rapport au manche dans ledit premier sens (F2).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le patin (15; 115) est articulé sur un organe (5; 105) solidaire du manche autour d'un pivot (16; 116) dont l'axe constitue ledit axe géométrique.
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le patin comporte, du côté du manche, une surface de guidage à section circulaire qui coopère avec une surface à section circulaire conjuguée solidaire du manche dont l'axe constitue ledit axe géométrique.
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que la face d'appui (20) du patin (15) présente un coefficient de frottement nettement supérieur dans un sens de rotation de la clé que dans l'autre sens, par exemple grâce à des dents de scie inclinées prévues sur cette face d'appui.
- Clé à sangle suivant la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que ladite face d'appui (20) présente deux zones d'appui (20A, 20B) qui définissent, pour chaque diamètre d'objets (2) appartenant à une série de diamètres prédéterminés, deux régions quasi-ponctuelles d'appui sur la surface de l'objet.
- Clé à sangle suivant la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que lesdites zones (20A, 20B) comportent des dents de forme générale trapézoïdale à pointes inclinées dans ledit premier sens (F2).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif (6, 10) d'ajustement de la longueur utile de la sangle (11), ce dispositif étant notamment un mécanisme vis-écrou et comprenant un élément (10) déplaçable le long du manche (6, 7) et auquel une extrémité au moins, et de préférence les deux extrémités, de la sangle est ou sont fixée(s).
- Clé à sangle suivant les revendications 11 et 17 prises ensemble, caractérisée en ce que lesdits seconds moyens de butée limitent le déplacement angulaire du manche (6, 7; 6, 7, 23) par rapport au patin (15) lorsqu'on actionne le dispositif d'ajustement (6, 10) dans le sens qui réduit la longueur utile de la sangle (11).
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une sangle unique dont au moins une région d'extrémité comporte plusieurs points d'accrochage espacés (27) adaptés pour se fixer de façon amovible sur un point d'accrochage correspondant (28) solidaire du manche, ou inversement.
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un jeu de sangles de longueurs différentes dont chacune comporte, à chaque extrémité, un point d'accrochage (27) adapté pour se fixer de façon amovible sur un point d'accrochage correspondant (28) solidaire du manche.
- Clé à sangle suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 20, caractérisée en ce que l'entraínement unidirectionnel résulte d'un effet de genouillère, le point d'articulation de la genouillère étant ledit axe géométrique (16; 116).
