Die Reststapeltragvorrichtung 3 mit ihrem Gestell 6 ist mittels der Führungsschienen 8 am Bogenanleger 2 geführt und vertikal bewegbar. Das Reststapelhubwerk 5 ist in seiner Lage angedeutet und befindet sich wie allgemein üblich an der Oberseite der Führungsschienen 8, beispielsweise am Rahmen des Bogenanlegers 2, greift von dort aus am Gestell 6 der Reststapeltragvorrichtung 3 an und bewegt diese an den Führungschienen 8 aufwärts und abwärts.
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Wechseln eines Bogenstapeis (S) in einem Bogenanleger (2) an einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine mit einem Hauptstapelhubwerk zum Anheben und Absenken eines Bogenstapels (S), mit einer Reststapeltragvorrichtung (3), die Reststapelstäbe (7) zur zeitweisen Aufnahme eines Reststapels (H) und dessen Übergabe auf einen neu zugeführten Bogenstapel (S) enthält, wobei die Reststapelstäbe (7) mit Antriebsmitteln zur Erzeugung einer zueinander versetzten Längsbewegung versehen sind, derart daß sie in den Stapelbereich schiebbar und wenigstens versetzt zueinander von dort entfernbar sind, und einem Reststapelhubwerk (5) zum Anheben der Reststapeltragvorrichtung (3), wobei das Reststapelhubwerk (5) innerhalb des Bogenanlegers (2) angeordnet ist
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reststapeltragvorrichtung (3) aus einer mit dem Reststapelhubwerk (5) verbundenen ersten Tragvorrichtung zur Aufnahme einer Reststapelhubschiene (14) und einer die Reststapelstäbe (7) tragenden zweiten Tragvorrichtung besteht, daß die erste und die zweite Tragvorrichtung gemeinsam an im Bogenanleger (2) integrierten vertikalen Führungsschienen (8) geführt sind, wobei die erste Tragvorrichtung innerhalb des Bogenanlegers (2) und die zweite Tragvorrichtung stimseitig außerhalb des Bogenanlegers (2) angeordnet ist, und daß die erste und die zweite Tragvorrichtung voneinander getrennt angeordnet und mittels Hubmitteln verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reststapelhubwerk (5) eine selbststeuernde Antriebsverbindung mit einer Hubeinrichtung zur Verschiebung der zweiten Tragvorrichtung gegenüber der ersten Tragvorrichtung an den vertikalen Führungsschienen (8) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Reststapelhubwerk (5) verbundene Traversen (64) und ein die Reststapelstäbe (7) tragendes Gestell (6) gemeinsam geführt an den vertikalen Führungsschienen (8) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (6) an den Führungsschienen (8) gegenüber den Traversen (64) mittels einer Hubvorrichtung vertikal verschiebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traversen (64) Führungsmittel für eine Reststapelhubschiene aufweisen, die an der Vorderseite des Bogenanlegers (2) vertikal geführt ist und daß die Reststapelhubschiene mittels der Hubbewegung der Reststapeltragvorrichtung (3) mit dieser koppelbar ist, derart daß die Reststapelhubschiene von einer unteren Endposition aus gemeinsam mit der Reststapeltragvorrichtung (3) anhebbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reststapelhubwerk (5) zwei Paare von Hubketten (60, 61) aufweist, die mit einem Reststapelhubantrieb (65) und einer Antriebseinrichtung für die Hubeinrichtung zur Verschiebung des Gestelles (6) gegenüber den Traversen (64) aufweist . - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (6) mittels wenigstens über Kettenumlenkrollen (68) am oberen Ende der Führungsschienen (8) geführter Hubketten (62) mit den Traversen (64) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubketten (60, 61) des Reststapelhubwerkes (5) mit je einer auf den Traversen (64) verschiebbar angeordneten Lagerung für Kettenumlenkrollen (66) verbunden sind, um die die Hubketten (62) für das Gestell (6) in einer Schlaufe herumgeführt sind und daß die Traversen (64) Anschlagmittel zur Begrenzung der Hubbewegung nach oben aufweisen .
