Description
Die Nocken beider Nockenwalzen kämmen miteinander unter Bildung eines Spaltes mit einem Transportbändersystem, bestehend aus der ersten Nockenwalze nahen ersten Transportbändern und der zweiten Nockenwalze nahen Transportbändern, die gemeinsam eine Klemmwirkung auf die Signaturen ausuben. Die ersten und zweiten Transportbänder bilden nach Durchlaufen des Spaltes auseinanderlaufend einen Auslaufzwickel. Im Auslaufzwickel ist eine mit ihrer Schneide in den Spalt weisende im Querschnitt keilförmige Leitzunge vorgesehen.
Die ersten und zweiten Transportbänder laufen jeweils in einem Abstand an Führungsflächen der Leitzunge entlang.
Dadurch entstehen beim Umlenken d. h. bei der Richtungsänderung der Signaturen weniger schädliche Verschiebekräfte zwischen ihren inneren und äußeren Lagen.

Die Leitzunge 17 weist eine untere und obere gerade oder gekrümmte Führungsfläche 18 bzw. 19 auf, an welchen jeweils abwechselnd die Signaturen 7 bzw. 8 an ihnen gleitend vorbeigeführt werden oder die Innenflächen 21; 22 der Transportbänder 3; 4 ebenfalls gleitend oder in geringen Abstand z. B. 0,1 mm vorbeigeführt werden.
Ein Schließen eines Transportpfades B oder C ist nur insoweit erforderlich, als daß eine Signatur 7; 8 nicht in diesen Transportpfad B oder C eindringen kann, d. h. es kann ein geringer Abstand, z. B. von wenigen Hundertstel Millimetern, zwischen einem Transportband 3 oder 4 und Schneide 15 der Leitzunge 17 vorhanden sein. Bei jedem Verschließen eines Transportpfades B oder C wird gleichzeitig bewirkt, daß die Innenfläche 21 oder 22 eines jeden Transportbandes 3 oder 4 abwechselnd mit der Schneide 15 der Leitzunge 17 zusammenarbeitet, so daß bereits im vorderen Teil des Auslaufzwickels 16 der Transportbänder 3 und 4 eine Führung für den Anfang der Signaturen 7 und 8 gebildet wird.

Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufteilen eines Stromes von blattförmigem Material, 2. B. Signaturen (7; 8; 36) oder dgl., in zwei Teilströme (7; 8, 36) mittels einer ersten rotierenden Walze (1), einer zweiten rotierenden Walze (2) und eines erste (3) und zweite (4) Transportbänder aufweisendes Transportbändersystems (6), die gemeinsam eine Klemmwirkung auf das blattförmige Material (7; 8; 36) ausüben und die ersten (3) und zweiten Transportbänder (4) nach Durchlaufen eines von den Walzen (1; 2) gebildeten Spaltes (9) auseinanderlaufend einen Auslaufzwickel (16) bilden und im Auslaufzwickel (16) eine mit ihrer Schneide (15) in den Spalt (9) weisende Leitzunge (17) vorgesehen ist, wobei die ersten (3) und zweiten Transportbänder (4) auf eine ihr jeweils zugeordnete Führungsfläche (18) bzw. (19) der Leitzunge (17) hin- und wegbewegbar angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß zur Erzeugung der Hin- und Herbewegung der Transportbänder (3; 4) mindestens eine Nockenwalze (1; 2) mit mindestens einer Steuerfläche (47; 49) auf einem hohen Radius (r2; r4) und einer Steuerfläche (46; 48) auf einem niedrigen Radius (r1; r3) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Steuerflächen (47; 49) der Nocken (42, 44) mit hohen Radius (r2; r4) mit den jeweils zugeordneten ersten Transportbändern (3) bzw. zweiten Transportbändern (4) zeitweise in Berührung kommend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei zusammenwirkende Nockenwalzen (1; 2) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der Nocken (43, 44) der zweiten Nockenwalze (2) ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches der Anzahl der Nocken (41, 42) der ersten Nockenwalze (1) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerflächen (46 bis 49) der Nocken (41 bis 44) jeweils im wesentlichen gleich lang sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in axialer Richtung der Nockenwalze (1; 2) jeweils ein durchgängiger Nocken (41, 42; 43, 44) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl in axialer Richtung der Nockenwalze (1; 2) beabstandet angeordneter Nocken (41, 42; 43, 44) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Nockenwalze (1; 2) eine Mehrzahl von Steuernocken (42; 44) auf einem hohen Radius (r2; r4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 4 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine erste Nockenwalze (1) eine Steuerfläche (47) auf einem hohen Radius (r2) aufweist und daß eine zweite Nockenwalze (2) drei Steuerflächen (49) auf einem hohen Radius (r4) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportbändersystem (6) eine Nockenwalze (2) in Transportrichtung gesehen vor dem Spalt (9) mindestens 45° umschlingt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportbändersystem (6) eine Nockenwalze (2) in Transportrichtung gesehen vor dem Spalt (9) mindestens 90° umschlingt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein hoher Nocken (42; 44) austauschbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wahlweise Nocken (42; 44) unterschiedlicher Länge auf der Nockenwalze (1; 2) befestigbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufteilen eines Stromes von blattförmigem Material, z. B. Signaturen (7; 8; 36) oder dgl., in zwei Teilströme (7; 8, 36) mittels einer ersten rotierenden Walze (1), einer zweiten rotierenden Walze (2) und eines erste (3) und zweite (4) Transportbänder ausweisendes Transportbändersystems (6), die gemeinsam eine Klemmwirkung auf das blattförmige Material (7; 8; 36) ausüben und die ersten (3) und zweiten Transportbänder (4) nach Durchlaufen eines von den Walzen (1; 2) gebildeten Spaltes (9) auseinanderlaufend einen Auslaufzwickel (16) bilden, wobei die ersten (3) und zweiten Transportbänder (4) zum Aufteilen des Stromes bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine zur Erzeugung der Bewegung des Transportbändersystems (6) vorgesehene Walze (2) als Umlenkwalze dient und daß dieses Transportbändersystem (6) in Transportrichtung gesehen vor dem Spalt (9) die Walze (2) mindestens 45° umschlingt.
