Description
The present invention relates to the field of the textile industry, in particularly the treatment of threads, in particular by dyeing threads and has as its object a dye coating head by bath deposition on moving threads.
Textile threads generally undergo, before their use, especially for weaving, washing and / or bleaching treatments as well than dye.
To this end, the dyeing is carried out in particular by wet method. by means of machines with one or more coating heads, which are traversed by the threads of a layer of threads to be dyed. At the entrance to these, the wires require to be perfectly maintained and guided, in order to avoid any entanglement detrimental to proper operation, by means of holding devices and guide generally consisting of combs and possibly of fixed supports arranged upstream of each coating head, on the lateral face corresponding to said coating head.
The coating heads are in the form of boxes containing a spraying device and wire supports, these boxes being provided with a lateral opening for access to said internal spraying device and wire, closed by means of a removable door, and an external means of wire guide and support thereof, generally in the form of a comb fixedly mounted in front of a thread passage slot provided in the removable door.
Combs or other supports allow perfect wire guidance at the entry and in the coating heads, preventing any erratic displacement wires, such as vibrations causing jumps of wires which can have consequence a harmful intermingling of said threads.
In these known coating heads, the weaving of the plies of wires to dyeing is carried out by means of needles connected individually to each thread and successively threaded into the external guide means, or comb, then into the enclosure through the slot of the removable door, the support means and internal guide and a second exit slot provided on the face of the enclosure opposite the removable door.
To make it easier to wire the wires from a sheet of wires and to simplify access to the interior of the coating head, it has been proposed, by FR-A-2,748,756. a dye coating head by bath deposition on moving threads in the form of a box in two elements hinged together and opening on the front and provided with means for guiding and / or supporting the individual wires a sheet of wires, mounted on its upstream side face. view towards scrolling of the wires, with the possibility of transverse displacement relative to this direction.
Une machine d'enduction ainsi équipée est notamment connue par FR-A-2 719 058.These known coating heads are generally provided with a head spray or other spray means directing a jet of dye bath onto the threads running in the box, this coating head cooperating with a mobile disc-shaped shutter provided with at least one calibrated slot of passage of the dye for performing a stain impregnation commonly called "space dyeing", by cyclic interruption of the dye jet. A coating machine thus equipped is notably known from FR-A-2,719 058.
Machines fitted with these coating heads allow generally meet all quality requirements. However, their processing capacity is limited to a number of wires corresponding in width to ply formed to the maximum length of the slot (s) provided on the disc shutter, or substantially within the radius of said disc. As a result, increase in the quantity of threads to be treated is only possible by increase of the internal volume of the coating head for housing a disc larger shutter, therefore having more radial slots long. However, such a solution is not possible, for reasons obvious dimensions of the coating heads. which would result in a corresponding oversizing of the whole machine.
In addition, an increase in coating yield by increase in the scrolling speed is necessarily limited by the speed of penetration of the dye bath into the threads and fibers.
Also known, from FR-A-2 178 339. a device for the discontinuous dyeing of, textile yarn, in which a textile yarn, or each yarn of a sheet of textile threads, is moved under an oscillating nozzle. who thus deposits a stain of dye on said thread each time its jet crosses the path of the thread. Such a device is substantially comparable. as to the result obtained. to the one according to FR-A-2 719 058 and has the same drawbacks, namely, in particular. a yield limitation due to the prohibitive bulk of the device in case of increase in the width of the web of textile threads to be treated.
The object of the present invention is to overcome these drawbacks by proposing a dye coating head by bath deposition on moving threads allowing a significant increase in the width of the ply of yarns to be treated, without increasing the size of said coating head and, thus, a corresponding improvement in performance.
For this purpose, the dye coating head by bath deposition on threads in motion, in particular for a "space dyeing" type treatment, which is essentially constituted by a treatment enclosure provided, on at least one lateral face seen in the direction of movement of the wires, of a guide means and / or for supporting the individual threads of a sheet of threads, and containing a means application of dye cooperating with a means of cyclic interruption of the application of dye in the form of a mobile disc-shaped shutter or of a palette, is characterized in that the means for applying dye is advantageously at least split on the same axis in the direction perpendicular to the running of the wires and is formed by at least two nozzles, turbines or rotary plates for spraying a dye jet.

Figures 1 to 3 of the accompanying drawings show a head

In accordance with the invention, and as shown more

Preferably, the
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, the means 4 cyclic interruption of the dye application may also be in the form a linear means for cutting or deflecting the dye bath, such as pallet or the like moved back and forth in front of said jet.

According to another characteristic of the invention, the guide means 2
and / or supporting the individual wires. subdivided into a number of 2 'subsets
equal to the number of 3 'nozzles, turbines or rotary plates is advantageously
mounted on the corresponding side face of
This method of mounting the
The subassemblies 2 'forming the
déblocage est effectué par l'intermédiaire d'un levier de manoeuvre 6.With a view to locking in the service position and possibly
position for emptying, or other intervention, of the
The subassemblies 2 'forming the
Such a rotary comb assembly allows the thread to run always removes previous deposits during its passage on said comb, so that it becomes self-cleaning. which is particularly interesting for working with wet yarn, as is the case when dyeing. avoiding agglomeration of wet fluff. As a result, risk of wire breakage following periodic flock detachment agglomerates can be largely avoided.
The constitution of the
This constitution of the coating head into two separable elements by pivoting of one relative to the other and opening at the passage of the wire layer allows a quick and easy insertion of said wire layer into said coating head and in particular in the guides and support of wires provided for the inside of this box and intended, in particular, to maintain said wires for coating them with dye using 3 'spray nozzles or the like.
According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, not shown in
annexed drawings, the
Thanks to the invention, it is possible to produce a coating head of bath dyeing on moving threads permitting impregnation of a maximum number of strands in a relatively large enclosure low and with the use of a rotary means 4 for cyclic interruption of applying existing dye, so that the yield of such a head relative to current heads of this type can be significantly improved, namely doubled, with equal dimensions.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown in the accompanying drawings. Modifications are still possible. in particular from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
