Description
- Eine intensive Vorbehandlung der zu verpressenden Substanzen ist notwendig, um ein gutes Fließverhalten und damit die Dosierbarkeit zu erreichen.
- Das Füllprinzip (fixierter Füllschuh auf rotierendem Matrizentisch) hat zur Folge, daß relativ hohe Materialverluste hingenommen werden müssen und durch die am Füllschuh vorzusehenden Dichtleisten, beispielsweise Metallabrieb ins zu fertigende Produkt gelangt. Es entstehen die sogenannten schwarzen Flecken auf der Tablettenoberfläche.
- Im Preßraum der Vorrichtung entstehender Staub wird zunächst auf den freien Oberflächen der gefetteten Oberstempel abgelagert. Er fällt bei andauerndem Prozeß ab und gelangt über den Matrizentisch in den Füllschuh. Auch dieser Effekt führt zu den bereits zuvor genannten "schwarzen Flecken" auf der Tablettenoberfläche.

Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Tabletten oder Presslingen mit mindestens jeweils zwei im Verhältnis zueinander horizontal ausgerichteten beweglichen Presswerkzeugen (2, 4) und mindestens einer mit diesen zusammenwirkenden Matrize (3) und mit einer Befülleinrichtung (5, 9) zum Zuführen des Tablettiergutes in die Matrize, wobei die Presswerkzeuge (2, 4) auf einem in Drehbewegung versetzbaren Rotor (1) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß exzentrisch zu der Drehachse des Rotors (1) eine Druckrolle (6) gelagert ist, und daß am Rande des Rotors der Vorrichtung zwei weitere Druckrollen (7, 8) angeordnet sind, so daß über die exzentrische Druckrolle (6) und die beiden weiteren Druckrollen (7, 8), die beim entsprechenden Durchlauf zwischen ihnen angeordneten Presswerkzeuge (2, 4) gegeneinander pressbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Umfang des Rotors (1) gleichverteilt mehrere im Verhältnis zueinander bewegliche Presswerkzeugpaare (2, 4) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befülleinrichtung (5) mit dem Rotor (1) derart gekoppelt ist, daß sie mit diesem zusammen in Drehbewegung versetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotor (1) und die Befülleinrichtung (5) über die Drehachse miteinander gekoppelt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befülleinrichtung (5) aus einem bauchig ausgeformten Fülltrichter (5) besteht, an welchem sich trichterförmig verjüngende Kanäle anschließen, deren verjüngten Enden in einer Einfüllöffnung der Matrize (3) münden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden weiteren Druckrollen (7, 8) so in einem unterschiedlichen Abstand zu den zugeordneten Presswerkzeugen (2, 4) angeordnet sind, daß ein unterschiedlich starker Pressdruck erzeugbar ist.
