Description
- la zone extensible est constituée par un soufflet ménagé dans la paroi de ladite deuxième chambre et délimitant ladite zone extensible ;
- il comporte en outre un organe élastiquement déformable associé à la paroi de ladite deuxième chambre et sollicitant l'organe d'obturation en position de libération dudit passage d'écoulement de produit ;
- la paroi de ladite deuxième chambre forme un col s'étendant à l'opposé dudit passage d'écoulement et débouchant par un orifice de sortie de produit dont le bord délimite un siège pour l'organe d'obturation ;
- l'organe d'obturation comporte une queue munie d'une première extrémité portant un obturateur proprement dit et une extrémité opposée munie d'un rebord annulaire venant en appui sur ledit siège ;
- l'obturateur est réalisé en un matériau élastiquement déformable surmoulé sur ladite queue ;
- ladite queue a une forme générale cylindrique et est munie en son centre d'un canal longitudinal d'écoulement de produit et, entre lesdites extrémités opposées, de perforations ;
- le récipient comporte en outre un capuchon muni de moyens de fixation sur ledit col ;
- le capuchon est muni d'un conduit longitudinal de distribution de produit obturé par une pointe d'extrémité sécable et destiné à venir en communication avec ledit canal longitudinal d'écoulement de produit ;
- les moyens de maintien de l'organe d'obturation en position d'obturation dudit passage d'écoulement de produit comportent une jupe périphérique externe reliée au capuchon par des moyens frangibles d'inviolabilité et munie d'une collerette interne délimitant une rampe d'encliquetage sur un bourrelet périphérique externe ménagée dans ledit corps ; et
- ledit capuchon comporte une jupe interne d'étanchéité destinée à coopérer avec la surface interne de la queue.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un récipient selon l'invention en position d'obturation du passage d'écoulement de produit ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe longitudinale du flacon représenté sur la figure 1, en position de libération du passage d'écoulement de produit ; et
- la figure 3 est une vue éclatée du flacon des figures 1 et 2.
Claims (11)
- Récipient de distribution de produits comprenant un corps (12) délimitant une première chambre (20) destinée à contenir un premier produit et une deuxième chambre (22) destinée à contenir un deuxième produit et reliée à la première chambre (20) par un passage (24) d'écoulement de produit entre lesdites chambres, un organe d'obturation (26) dudit passage (24) monté axialement déplaçable dans le corps (12) entre une première position d'obturation du passage (24) et une deuxième position de libération dudit passage (24) en vue du mélange desdits produits et des moyens de distribution de produit (50) associés à l'une desdites chambres, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe d'obturation (26) étant porté par la paroi de l'une desdites chambres (22), ladite paroi comporte une zone extensible (46) destinée à provoquer, au cours de son extension, la libération dudit passage (24), et en ce qu'il comporte des moyens amovibles (54) de maintien de l'organe d'obturation (26) en position d'obturation dudit passage (24).
- Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone extensible est constituée par un soufflet (46) ménagé dans la paroi de ladite deuxième chambre (22).
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un organe (46) élastiquement déformable associé à la paroi de ladite deuxième chambre (22) et sollicitant l'organe d'obturation (26) en position de libération dudit passage (24) d'écoulement de produit.
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de ladite deuxième chambre (22) forme un col s'étendant à l'opposé dudit passage (24) d'écoulement et débouchant par un orifice (18) de sortie de produit dont le bord délimite un siège (36) pour l'organe d'obturation (26).
- Récipient selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'obturation (26) comporte une queue (29) munie d'une première extrémité portant un obturateur (28) proprement dit et une extrémité opposée munie d'un rebord annulaire (34) venant en appui sur ledit siège (36).
- Récipient selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit obturateur (28) est réalisé en un matériau élastiquement déformable surmoulé sur ladite queue (29).
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite queue (29) a une forme générale cylindrique et est munie en son centre d'un canal (44) longitudinal d'écoulement de produit et, entre lesdites extrémités opposées, de perforations (42).
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un capuchon (48) muni de moyens de fixation (62) sur ledit col.
- Récipient selon la revendication 8, dépendante de la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le capuchon (48) est muni d'un conduit (56) longitudinal de distribution de produit obturé par une pointe d'extrémité (58) sécable et destiné à venir en communication avec ledit canal (44) longitudinal d'écoulement de produit.
- Récipient: selon l'une des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de maintien de l'organe d'obturation en position d'obturation dudit passage d'écoulement de produit comportent une jupe (54) périphérique externe reliée au capuchon par des moyens frangibles d'inviolabilité (68) et munie d'une collerette interne (70) délimitant une rampe d'encliquetage sur un bourrelet (72) périphérique externe ménagée dans ledit corps.
- Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (48) comporte une jupe interne (66) d'étanchéité destinée à coopérer avec la surface interne de la queue (29).
