Description
Es sind verschiedene Antriebseinrichtungen für besagte verfahrbare Wandelemente bekannt um die mechanisierte Zusammensetzung der Raumtrennwand, beziehungsweise um das gebündelte Parken der einzelnen Wandelemente zu erreichen. In der EP-0 471 230 A1 ist eine Antriebseinrichtung für verfahrbare Wandelemente längs einer Führungsschiene an der Decke bekannt welche durch eine Kette oder ein anderes Antriebselement gekennzeichnet ist, welches im Innern der Führungsschiene selbst gelagert ist und Mitnehmer aufweist welche gegen die Tragorgane der verfahrbaren Wandelemente abstehen, wobei diese Tragorgane vertikal verstellbare Stifte aufweisen um einen Anschlag für die vorbeilaufenden Mitnehmer zu bilden und bei ausgefahrenen Stiften das Mitführen des Wandelements in eine der Laufrichtungen der Kette zu bewirken. Dieses Antriebssystem hat sich, beim Wechsel der Rollenkreuzköpfe der verfahrbaren Wandelemente von der Hauptführungsschiene auf die Nebenführung oder auf die Abzweigungsführung, als wenig zuverlässig erwiesen, insbesondere wenn diese Führungen mit der Hauptführung einen Winkel von 90° bilden.
Die EP-0 574 851 A1 beschreibt ein Antriebssystem für verfahrbare Wandelemente einer Raumtrennwand welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß eine Kupplung vorgesehen ist welche zwischen den Tragorganen der Wandelemente und der Förderkette beweglich ist und das Ankuppeln, beziehungsweise das Abkuppeln im Abzweigungsbereich der Führungsschiene ermöglicht.
Aus der DE-G_92 09 496.1 ist ein Steuerungssystem für ein Antriebssystem mittels Kette oder anderem Förderelement, welches in der Führungsschiene für die Wandelemente selbst gelagert ist, bekannt.
All diese bekannten Lösungen weisen jedoch, insbesondere im Abzweigungsbereich der Führungsschienen oder in den Bereichen wo die Führungen abgewinkelt verlaufen, Funktionsstörungen auf. Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Systeme ist der laute Lauf der Ketten und das Geräusch des An- und Abkuppelns zwischen den Mitnehmern und den Tragorganen der verfahrbaren Wandelemente sowie das eher komplizierte Steuersystem.
Claims (10)
- Antriebseinrichtung für an mehreren Führungsschienen verfahrbare Wandelemente (1) einer Raumtrennwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verfahren (A, B, C) der Wandelemente (1) mittels mindestens einem Rollenkreuzkopf oder anderer Aufhängung (1a, 1b) längs jeder der Führungsschienen (3-3a, 3b, 3c) durch je eine selbstfahrende Laufkatze (2, 2a, 2b) erfolgt, welche innerhalb des selben Führungsprofils oder innerhalb, an dieses Profil seitlich oder oberhalb zu den Rollenkreuzköpfen (1a, 1b) der Wandelemente (1), angebaute Profile, läuft und daß die selbstfahrende Laufkatze (2, 2a, 2b) mindestens eine Kupplungsvorrichtung (4) aufweist, welche direkt auf die Rollenkreuzköpfe (1a, 1b) oder auf Kupplungselemente (6, 7a) welche an diesen und/oder an Bügeln (7) vorgesehen sind welche zwischen den Rollenkreuzköpfen verschiebbar sind, wirken.
- Antriebseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ankuppeln an den
Rollenkreuzköpfen (1a, 1b) der Wandelemente (1) an, von diesen abstehenden, Elementen oder mittels daran vorgesehenen Ausnehmungen stattfinden kann. - Antriebseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im selben Durchlaufkanal für die selbstfahrende Laufkatze (2, 2a, 2b) eine Zahnstange (8a) vorgesehen ist in welche ein vom Elektromotor der Laufkatze angetriebenes Zahnrad (2c) eingreift.
- Antriebseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im selben Durchlaufkanal für die selbstfahrende Laufkatze (2, 2a, 2b) eine Führung für
die Stromzuleitung und/oder für Leiter an welchen Schleifkontakte gleiten vorgesehen sind. - Antreibseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im selben Durchlaufkanal für die selbstfahrende Laufkatze, Anschlagelemente (9) vorgesehen sind welche auf einen oder auf mehrere, an der Laufkatze vorgesehene, Mikroschalter wirken.
- Antriebseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektromagnetische Kupplungsvorrichtung (4) welche an der selbstfahrenden Laufkatze (2, 2a, 2b) vorgesehen ist, eine Einzelvorrichtung mit einem einzigen Kupplungsorgan (5) oder mit zwei Kupplungsorganen ist oder eine Einzelvorrichtung mit zwei Kupplungsorganen (5) ist welche an den beiden Enden der Laufkatze angebracht sind oder eine Doppelvorrichtung mit zwei Elektromagneten ist mit zwei voneinander unabhängig an den Laufkatzenenden funktionierenden Kupplungsorganen.
- Antriebsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung des Motors der Laufkatze und/oder jene der Kupplungsvorrichtung (4) durch die Nutzung mechanischer, magnetischer und/oder optischer Sensoren, durch Nutzung der Stromzuleitung selbst und/oder durch eigene Leiter welche direkt verbunden sind oder an welchen Schleifkontakte gleiten, erfolgt.
- Antriebseinrichtung für verfahrbare Wandelemente einer Raumtrennwand gemäß Anspruch 1 oder gemäß bekannter Antriebssysteme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Rollenkreuzköpfe (1a, 1b) der Wandelemente (1) horizontal verschiebbar (1i) am Wandelement (1) gelagert (1g, 1h) ist und daß das Verschieben dieses Rollenkreuzkopfes (1a) während der Montage oder Demontage der Raumtrennwand, durch Einwirken von selbstfahrenden Laufkatzen (2) oder von bekannten Verschiebemitteln, das Ausfahren, beziehungsweise das Einfahren (1f, 1v) der Dichtungsleisten (1d, 1e) bewirkt wird.
- Antriebseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mechanismus welcher die horizontale Verschiebung (1i) des Rollenkreuzkopfes (1a) am Wandelement (1) nutzt, insbesondere für die Ausfahrposition der Dichtungsleisten, selbsthemmend ist und daß dies durch Überwindung eines toten Punktes erreicht wird.
- Antriebseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Einfahren der Dichtungsleisten (1d, 1e), infolge der Überwindung eines toten Punktes im Antriebsmechanismus, die folgende Einfahrbewegung durch die Wirkung einer oder mehrerer Federn, ohne Beanspruchung weiterer am Rollenkreuzkopf (1a) wirkender Antriebskraft, erreicht wird und daß die Wirkung dieser Federn außerdem das Verschieben des Rollenkreuzkopfes (1a) des Wandelementes in eine extreme durch Anschlag definierte Position bewirkt.
