Bei einem Kontaktbauteil (1) für einen elektrischen Steckverbinder, mit wenigstens zwei Leiterader-Verbindungselementen (2, 21), von denen wenigstens ein Leiterader-Verbindungselement (2) von einem Basisteil (B) und einem daran unmittelbar oder unmittelbar gehaltenen Federteil (6) gebildet ist, zwischen denen eine Leiterader (3) einsteckbar und unter Federdruck kontaktierbar ist, sind das Basisteil (B) und das Federteil (6) einstückig miteinander verbunden und um eine Scheitellinie (9) gebogen oder gefaltet.
