Abstract
Description
An der Basisplatte ist eine vorzugsweise kreisförmige Ausformung vorhanden. In der Ausformung ist zumindest ein Federelement befestigt. Im oberen Bereich weist die Ausformung einen umlaufenden Kragen auf.
Weiterhin sind in dem Hakenkörper Führungen ausgebildet, in denen der Vorsprung der Ausformung der Basisplatte so geführt wird, daß der Hakenkörper und die Basisplatte unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind. Weiterhin löst sich der Hakenkörper durch eine Bewegung parallel zur Basisplatte aus der Grundstellung, in der Hakenkörper auf der Basisplatte verankert ist und dabei Basisplatte und Anfasser des Klebstreifens verdeckt, löst und wird parallel zur Basisplatte verschoben.
Über dem Federelement kann der Hakenkörper um bis zu 90° gedreht werden, so daß ein Zugriff auf den Anfasser möglich ist.
Der Hakenkörper kann auch zum Festhalten während des Strippvorganges verwendet werden.
Weiterhin ist ein Materialmix bei Hakenkörper und Basisplatte möglich, d.h., je nach Anwendungsfall ist eine optimale Auswahl der Materialien möglich.

In dem dritten Bereich der Führung 14, etwa mittig der Platte 111, ist der Zwischenraum zwischen der Führung 14 und der Platte 111 vergrößert. Daran kommt wieder ein Abschnitt der Führung 14, in dem sich die Führung 14 über die gesamte Höhe der Umrandung 112 erstreckt. Dieser Bereich geht dann bis zum unteren Teil der Umrandung 112.
Auf der Hakenwand 11, und zwar der Umrandung 112 gegenüber, ist ein Haken 12 angeformt, der zur Aufnahme von beliebigen Gegenständen dient, beispielsweise Kleidungsstücken, Handtüchern etc.
Die Ausformung 22 ist ringförmig gestattet und befindet sich im oberen Bereich des Bodens 23. Auf dem Ring 222 der Ausformung 22 befindet sich ein umlaufender Kragen 221, der in die Führungen 14 des Hakenkörpers 1 eingreift. Das Federelement 21, hier in Form einer Blattfeder, ragt im entspannten Zustand über den Kragen 221 hinaus.
Claims (6)
- Haltevorrichtung, bestehend aus einem einteiligen Hakenkörper und einer einteiligen Basisplatte, wobei die Basisplatte für die Verklebung mit einem auf Zug entklebenden Klebstreifen so ausgebildet ist, daß ein Anfasser des Klebstreifens die Basisplatte überragt, wobei der Hakenkörper so ausgebildet ist, daß er die Basisplatte und auch den diese überragenden Anfasser verdeckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) an der Basisplatte eine Ausformung vorhanden ist, in derb) zumindest ein Federelement befestigt ist und diec) im Kragenbereich einen Vorsprung aufweist, und daßa) der Hakenkörper und die Basisplatte unlösbar miteinander verbunden sind,b) sich der Hakenkörper durch eine Bewegung parallel zur Basisplatte aus der Grundstellung, in der Hakenkörper auf der Basisplatte verankert ist und dabei Basisplatte und Anfasser des Klebstreifens verdeckt, löst und parallel zur Basisplatte verschoben wird undc) der Hakenkörper über dem Federelement um bis zu 90° gedreht werden kann, so daßd) ein Zugriff auf den Anfasser möglich ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausformung kreisförmig ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hakenkörper durch das Federelement bei der Bewegung parallel zur Basisplatte angehoben wird.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hakenkörper eine Umrandung aufweist, die die Basisplatte und den hinter diese zu klebenden Klebstreifen seitlich umfassen und optisch abdecken.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hakenkörper und/oder die Basisplatte aus Metall oder Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyethylenterephthalat-, Polystyrol oder ABS, gefertigt sind.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtung einen hinter die Basisplatte geklebten Klebstreifen aufweist.
