Die Noppen 6 im unteren Bereich des rohrförmigen Hohlraums dienen dazu, den Klemmkörper 2 in der unteren Position zu halten bis die Klemmschraube 4 eingeschraubt wird. Dies bedeutet, daß bis zum Einschrauben der Klemmschraube 4 der Klemmbügel 3 in einem den geöffneten Zustand der Rahmenklemme beibehaltenden Abstand vom Klemmkörper 2 gehalten wird. Hierdurch wird gewährleistet, daß die Rahmenklemme den Kunden im geöffneten Zustand erreicht und sich nicht durch Erschütterungen, z.B. beim Transport, selbsttätig in das Gewinde des Klemmkörpers 2 einschraubt. Der Klemmkörper 2 wird über die Noppen 6 unten gehalten, während der Klemmbügel 3 über die Hinterschneidungen 8 oben gehalten wird. Dadurch werden die Gewindegänge der Klemmschraube 4 aus dem Gewinde des Klemmkörpers 2 herausgehalten und zugleich bei ungünstiger Toleranzlage durch den zu überwindenden Widerstand ein Einschrauben der Klemmschraube 4 verhindert. Anstelle der Hinterschneidungen können auch Überschneidungen verwendet werden. Durch das Hinterrasten des Klemmbügels 3 im oberen Bereich wird die Rahmenklemme in der bevorzugt aus Kunststoff gefertigten Klemmenabdeckung festgehalten.
