Claims (13)
- Einbaubohle (B) für einen Straßenfertiger, mit einer eine Grundbreite (b) der Einbaubohle definierenden Grundbohle (G) und in etwa parallel zur Grundbohle daran nach beiden Seiten ausfahrbaren Ausziehbohlen (A), und mit permanent in die Einbaubohle eingegliederten Verbreiterungseinrichtungen (V) für beide Ausziehbohlen (A), mit denen eine zumindest in etwa der doppelten Grundbreite entsprechende Arbeitsbreite (≥ 2xb) bei ausgefahrenen Ausziehbohlen einstellbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Verbreiterungseinrichtung (V) einen an das außenliegende Ende (5) der Ausziehbohle (A) anschließbaren Verbreiterungsteil (T) und einen Koppelmechanismus (M) für den Verbreiterungsteil (T) aufweist, und daß der Verbreiterungsteil (T) relativ zur Ausziehbohle (A) in eine Passivlage innerhalb der Breitengrenze des Endes (5) verstellbar ist.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Koppelmechanismus (M) lösbar ausgebildet ist.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbreiterungsteil (T) in der Passivlage oberhalb oder an der der Grundbohle (G) abgewandten Seite der Ausziehbohle (A) angeordnet, und vorzugsweise mit der Ausziehbohle (A) verbunden, ist.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Verbreiterungsteile (T) in ihren Passivlagen mittels einer Sicherungseinrichtung (24) miteinander verbindbar bzw. aneinander abstützbar sind.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Koppelmechanismus (M) ein Schwenkgelenk (16), vorzugsweise ein Scharnier mit annähernd zum Planum senkrechter Scharnierachse (X), und einem relativen Verstellbereich des Verbreiterungsteils (T) über ca. 270° aufweist.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbreiterungsteil (T) einen Tamper (17), ein Glättblech (19), einen Seitenschild (8) und einen Seitenschild-Träger (9) aufweist, daß der Seitenschildträger (9) mit dem Schwenkgelenk (16) verbunden ist, und daß das Schwenkgelenk (16) an einem Ausleger (14) der Ausziehbohle (A) abgestützt ist.
- Einbaubohle nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse des Schwenkgelenks (16), vorzugsweise die vertikale Scharnierachse (X), in etwa in der Vertikalebene des außenliegenden Endes (5) der Ausziehbohle (A), vorzugsweise in einem Abstand hinter der Ausziehbohle (A), angeordnet ist, und daß der Seitenschild-Träger (9) über wenigstens einen gekröpften Tragarm (12, 13) mit dem Schwenkgelenk (16) verbunden ist.
- Einbaubohle nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Schwenkgelenke (16) - in Arbeitsfahrtrichtung der Einbaubohle (B) - mindestens um das Breitenmaß eines Verbreiterungsteils (T) zueinander versetzt sind.
- Einbaubbohle nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenschild-Träger (9) beider Verbreiterungsteile (T) in den Passivlagen der Verbreiterungsteile (T) - in Arbeitsfahrtrichtung (F) gesehen - einander überlappen.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Seitenschild-Träger (9) in den Passivlagen der Verbreiterungsteile (T) über lösbare Sicherungselemente (24) aneinander abgestützt sind.
- Einbaubohle nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Seitenschild (8) zur Gänze oder zu einem Teil lösbar mit dem Seitenschild-Träger (9) und/oder dem Verbreiterungsteil (T) verbunden ist.
- Einbaubohle nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbreiterungsteil (T) in der Arbeitslage mittels des Seitenschild-Trägers (9) und in den Seitenschild-Träger (9) und den Verbreiterungsteile (T) eindringender Befestigungselemente (10), vorzugsweise mittels Schnellverschlüssen, mit der Ausziehbohle (A) verbunden ist.
- Einbaubohle nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Breitenmaß des Verbreiterungsteils (T) mindestens der Grundbreite (b) abzüglich des Abstands des außenliegenden Endes (5) der Ausziehbohle (A) von der Mitte der Grundbohle (G) entspricht oder größer ist.
