Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Anschließen einer elektrischen Abzweigleitung (8) an ein Flachkabel (1),im wesentlichen umfassend ein quaderförmiges Gehäuse (10) aus Isoliermaterial miteinem Basisteil (11),einem abnehmbaren Boden (12)und einem abnehmbaren Deckel (13),zwischen Basisteil (11) und Boden (12) besteht ein Aufnahmeraum für das Flachkabel (1),im Basisteil (11) sind elektrische Kontaktelemente angeordnet, umfassendKontaktschrauben (20) mit Kontaktspitze (21) zum Kontaktieren der Leiter (2) des Flachkabels (1) undKontaktklemmen (24 ... 26) zum Kontaktieren der Leiter (9) der Abzweigleitung (8),die Öffnungen (14) zum Einführen der Leiter (9) der Abzweigleitung (8) befinden sich neben den Kontaktschrauben (20),die Kontaktklemmen (24, 25, 26) sitzen in Vertiefungen (16) des Basisteils (11),die Form der Vertiefungen (16) ist an die der Kontaktklemmen (24, 25, 26) angepaßt,die Vertiefungen (16) sind zum Flachkabel (1) hin offen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Kontaktklemmen (24 ... 26) sindschraubenlose Klemmen,sind mittels Werkzeug (7) zu öffnenund sind aus Blech gebogen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Kontaktklemmen (24 ... 26) sind mit einer Käfigzugfeder (30) ausgerüstet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Kontaktschraube (20) ist in einer massiven Schraubhalterung geführt,die Schraubhalterung ist mit einer Kontaktklemme (24, 25, 26) verbunden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:die Kontaktschraube (20) ist in einer U-förmigen, aus Blech gebogenen Schraubhalterung (22) geführt,die Schraubhalterung (22) ist mit der Kontaktklemme (24, 26) einstückig.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:in die Schenkel der Schraubhalterungen (22) ist ein Gewinde (23) eingeschnitten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:neben der Drahteinführungsöffnung (14) befindet sich eine Öffnung (15) zum Einführen des Werkzeugs (7) zum Öffnen der Kontaktklemmen (24 ... 26).
