Description
Die Fig. 2 zeigt ein Schaubild des erfindungsgemäßen Scharnierarmes, wobei der Scharnierarm und das Zwischenstück geschnitten gezeichnet sind.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Scharnierarmes, wobei der Scharnierarm und das Zwischenstück wiederum geschnitten gezeichnet sind.
Die Fig. 4 zeigt schaubildlich und zum Teil auseinandergezogen die Teile des Scharniers.
Die Fig. 5 zeigt ein Schaubild des erfindungsgemäßen Zwischenstückes.
Die Fig. 6 zeigt ein Schaubild einer zweiteiligen Grundplatte teilweise im Schnitt.
Die Fig. 7 zeigt schaubildlich und auseinandergezogen die Teile einer zweiteiligen Grundplatte.
Die Fig. 8 zeigt schaubildlich eine Scheibe von unten gesehen und die Fig. 9 zeigt ein Schaubild einer Scheibe von oben gesehen.
Claims (6)
- Scharnier mit Verstelleinrichtungen, bei dem ein Scharnierarm (1) mittels eines Zwischenstückes (3), auf dem er in der Richtung der Tiefe des Möbels verschiebbar ist, an einer Grundplatte (2) befestigbar und mittels Gelenkhebel (5) od. dgl. mit einem zweiten Scharnieranschlagteil, beispielsweise einem Scharniertopf (7), verbunden ist, wobei der Scharnierarm (1) Löcher aufweist, durch die Verstell-und/oder Besfestigungsmittel ragen, und das Zwischenstück (3), das U-förmig ausgebildet ist und mit zwei Seitenstegen die Grundplatte (2) seitlich umfaßt, in die Grundplatte einhängbar und mittels eines am Zwischenstück gelagerten Federmechanismus verriegelbar ist und im Scharnierarm (1) eine Scheibe (20) mit vorzugsweise kreisförmigem Umriß drehbar gelagert ist, die an ihrer Oberseite einen Sitz (21) für ein Verstellwerkzeug, vorzugsweise einen Kreuzschraubenzieher aufweist und an ihrer Unterseite einen Verstellmechanismus in der Form einer Nocke, die mit dem Zwischenstück (3) zusammenwirkt, um durch Drehen eine Verstellung des Scharnierarmes (1) zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nocke als spiralförmig verlaufender Steg (22) ausgebildet ist, an dem Vorsprünge (24) des Zwischenstückes (3) anliegen, die in der Längsrichtung des Zwischenstückes (3) zahnstangenartig versetzt sind, und daß der Federmechanismus einen separaten, von einer Feder (7) beaufschlagten Kipphebel (4) umfaßt, der am Zwischenstück (3) mittels einer Achse (13) gelagert ist, die mit ihren beiden Enden in Längsschlitze (14) in den Seitenstegen des Scharnierarmes (1) ragt.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundplatte (2) zweiteilig ausgeführt ist mit einem Unterteil (26) und einem darauf verschiebbaren Oberteil (25) und daß im Oberteil (25) eine Scheibe (20) mit vorzugsweise kreisförmigern Umriß drehbar gelagert ist, die an ihrer Oberseite einen Sitz (21) für ein Verstellwerkzeug vorzugsweise einen Kreuzschraubenzieher aufweist und an ihrer Unterseite einen spiralförmig verlaufenden Steg (22), an dem mindestens ein Vorsprung (24) des Unterteiles (26) seitlich anliegt.
- Scharnier nacn Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibe (20) beim Sitz (21) für das Verstellwerkzeug einen zylindnschen Sockel (18) aufweist, der in einer kreisförmigen Aussparung des Scharnierarmes (1) bzw. des Oberteiles (25) aufgenommen ist.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Unterteil (26) der Grundplatte (2) mehrere Vorsprünge (24) zahnstangenartig ausgebildet sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (24) als gekrümmte Stege ausgebildet sind.
- Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (24) an einem vom Mittelsteg des Zwischenstückes (3) nach hinten abstehenden Steg (23) ausgebildet sind.
