Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for bridge inspection, in particular for Driving on the underside of bridges with one that can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the bridge Chassis, one placed on the chassis, for gripping one Bridge railing, a soundproofing wall or the like serving frame, one the frame can be pivoted and rotated, and can be attached to the bridge Support device and one that can be hung in or on the chassis or in the frame Lift tower with an adjoining working platform.
- the previously known devices for bridge inspection include as essential components a narrow-track chassis, which for prevention a lateral inclination of the device via attachable to the structure or the bridge Props.
- a walkable boom is around a vertical axis rotatably mounted so that on the one hand support arms and on the other hand a working platform are pivotable under the bridge.
- the device known from practice or from DE 31 24 183 A1 Bridge inspection is problematic in use to the extent that the chassis over rigid frame parts with the boom or a boom supporting mast is connected.
- the use of those in question here Device limited to the extent that the height of the frame is the height of the passable Obstacles, for example bridge railings or noise barriers.
- the frame of the known device sufficiently high vertical frame legs include. If the bridge railing is extremely low, such high ones ensure Frame legs for insufficient and therefore unnecessarily reduced stability. An adaptation to the structural conditions of the bridge is possible with the known device in any case not possible.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of a device for To design bridge inspection of the type mentioned in the beginning and to further develop that use on bridges with railings of different heights, Soundproof walls or the like on the basis of a safe and simple construction with sufficient stability is possible.
- the device according to the invention achieves the aforementioned object by Features of claim 1.
- the chassis comprises the Device according to the invention advantageously a single-track chassis, which is preferably at the outer end of a walkway on the bridge can. This is an area that has the highest possible load of the sidewalk on the bridge.
- the single-track design of the In any case, the undercarriage has the enormous advantage that it is already an extremely narrow one Lane is sufficient to move the device.
- the whole frame belongs to the chassis, but is discussed in isolation below.
- the chassis can be vertically arranged, running on the floor Jockey wheels and horizontally arranged on an inner wall of the bridge or the support rail running on the bridge railing or a soundproof wall exhibit.
- the frame placed on the chassis - as a link between the Chassis and the lifting tower - can at least largely in the working position have vertically extending inner and outer frame legs, the inner Frame legs the chassis and the outer frame legs of the support device or are assigned to the lifting tower.
- the height adjustability of the frame results in an advantageous manner in that at least the outer vertical Frame legs, but preferably also all vertical frame legs, are telescopically extendable.
- the actuation of the vertical frame legs takes place hydraulically or pneumatically.
- the inner frame legs assigned to the chassis via cross struts be rigidly connected to the outer frame legs, so that the frame overall is U-shaped.
- the number of inner and outer frame legs result in several U-profiles of the frame, which in turn are connected crosswise. This connection can on the part of the inner frame leg or provided on the side of the outer frame leg be.
- any obstacles prevent the device from continuing in the built position Hinder condition or even prevent. So can be in the immediate vicinity the bridge railing, for example, lampposts or flagpoles arranged that cannot be disassembled. So that the device for Overcoming such obstacles does not need an excessively extendable one Have frames or do not have to be (partially) dismantled each time the bridge railing or the soundproof wall frame in an advantageous Be designed such that the outer - the support device associated - frame legs are firmly connected and that the inner Frame legs each via a foldable parallel arm linkage - individually and each individually - in the direction of the outer frame legs, preferably upwards, can be pivoted out of the lane or folded out. However, it would also be conceivable to remove individual frame legs shape.
- the frame legs are each shortly before pivoted away from the obstacle and back in after overcoming the obstacle the working position or lane swung back.
- the working position of the Support device or even the lifting tower with the adjacent work platform is in any case not affected.
- a quick overcoming The obstacles of any kind are therefore regardless of the height of the obstacles possible, because these obstacles are not caused by overlapping the obstacles on the part of the frame, but rather by swiveling individual people away Frame parts can be overcome.
- the overall height of the frame is therefore relevant no longer matter.
- the support device For installation on the bridge or on the outside of the bridge arm or the Bridge railing, to guide the lifting tower and finally also to benefit a safe support, the support device preferably comprises two outer vertical frame legs articulated support wheels, which point in the direction of travel run essentially horizontally. Since the outer vertical Frame legs can preferably be telescopically adjusted in length the location used to support the support wheels according to the height of the overlapping bridge railing or overlapping soundproofing wall be specified exactly. Preferably those in question here Frame legs or the support wheels carried by the outer frame legs positioned to the lowest possible area on the outside of the bridge.
- the support device further comprises at least one on an outer vertical Frame legs articulated, swiveling under the bridge, from the The bottom can be supported against the bridge, at least in its working position largely horizontal support arm.
- the one supporting the support arm vertical frame leg is telescopically extendable, so that an optimal Adaptation to the structural conditions of the bridge is possible.
- the support arm itself can also be extended telescopically, so that it is sufficiently far below the bridge stretches.
- the support arm comprises at least an essentially vertical or orthogonal from the support arm support extending at the top with an end rolling vertically in the direction of travel Jockey wheel. This jockey wheel is used to abut the underside of the bridge and reaches by retracting or shortening the frame leg supporting the support arm and / or by extending the support for safe attachment to the Bridge.
- the support arm has two to each other spaced, essentially vertical supports, each with an end Jockey wheel, with the most distant support from the lifting tower or frame leg or whose support wheel essentially absorbs the support forces.
- the supporting wheels can also be adapted to the structural conditions Supports can be extended telescopically.
- the safe stand of the device is the one facing the frame leg Support or its support wheel in the working position approximately under the support wheel or Arranged under the support wheels of the landing gear, provided it is the bridge construction allowed. This means that the support wheels of the undercarriage with the support wheel of the prop in question - if possible - approximately in alignment.
- a total of two support arms preferably arranged parallel to one another two supports each and supported by the supports, vertically in the direction of travel
- Running support wheels can be provided.
- These support arms are parallel to each other extending, vertically arranged frame legs articulated, wherein the frame legs carrying the support arms in turn by cross struts together are connected.
- the device comprises an in or on the Chassis or lifting tower hooked into the frame with one attached to it subsequent working platform.
- the lifting tower can be on the outer Articulate vertical frame legs, for which there is a holder for the Lift tower or is provided for the guide carriage of the lifting tower.
- the lifting tower can be attached to the outer frame legs or bring it into engagement with the guide slide there.
- the sledge advantageously comprises guide parts, in particular guide rollers, so that a vertical shifting of the lifting tower - with realized sliding or rolling guidance - is easily possible.
- the lifting tower can be in any case in the guide carriage guide vertically so that a vertical movement stroke of approx. 5 m is possible is, the vertical lowering depth being between 7 and 8 m depending on the length of the tower can.
- a work platform closes at the lower end of the lifting tower on.
