Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Durchsetzfügen von sich überlappenden Blechteilen (18, 20), mit einem Stempel (10) und einem Amboß (112), an dem mindestens zwei Matrizenteile (114, 116) seitlich beweglich abgestützt sind, die eine Öffnung begrenzen, so daß sie bei einer Bewegung des Stempels (10) in die Öffnung beim Verformen der Bleche (18, 20) seitlich ausweichen und so ein Fügepunkt gebildet wird, wobei der Amboß (112) eine dem Stempel (10) zugewandte Oberfläche aufweist, die mindestens die ganze Fläche unterstützt, über die sich der Fügepunkt am Ende des Fügevorgangs erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrizenteile (114, 116) aus L-förmig gebogenen Federstahlblechen bestehen, deren einer Schenkel auf der dem Stempel (10) zugewandten Oberfläche des Ambosses (112) aufliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Amboß (112) quaderförmig ausgebildet ist, und zwei Matrizenteile (114, 117) an einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen des Quaders vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Amboß (112) quaderfrömig ausgebildet ist, und an allen vier Seitenflächen des Quaders je ein Matrizenteil (213, 214, 215, 216) angeordnet ist.
