Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zum Wechsel vom Druckformen auf Zylindern von Druckmaschinen, die eine schwenkbare Druckformladeeinheit umfaßt, die ein Druckformzuführ- und ein Druckformentfernungsfach einschließt, wobei die Druckformladeeinheit in eine Arbeitsposition an den Kanal eines Druckformzylinders mit Klemmeinrichtungen und in eine Ladeposition schwenkbar ist, in der die Druckformladeeinheit aus der Arbeitsposition zurückgezogen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die in eine vertikale Ladeposition schwenkbare Druckformladeeinheit (2) an ein Halteelement (5) anschwenkbar ist, an welchem ein Einlaufbereich (13) für eine vom Druckformzylinder (12) abzunehmende Druckform (14) und Fördereinrichtungen (6) für eine auf den Druckformzylinder (12) aufzubringende Druckform (22) vorgesehen sind. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Einlaufbereich (13) dem Druckformentfernungsfach (2.1) der Druckformladeeinheit (2) zugeordnet ist. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fördereinrichtungen (6) am Halteelement (5) in die Förderebene der aufzubringenden Druckform (22) des Druckformzuführfaches (2.2.) eingreifen. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckformladeeinheit (2) in ihre Arbeitsposition von einer Schutzeinrichtung (8) abgestützt wird. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abnehmen der Druckform (14) und das Aufziehen der aufzubringenden Druckform (22) durch eine an den Druckformzylinder (12) anstellbare Walze (7) unterstützt ist. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die anstellbare Walze (7) die Feuchtauftragswalze eines Druckwerkes ist. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Druckformentfernungsfach (2.1) und dem Druckzuführfach (2.2) der Druckformladeeinheit (2) jeweils eine Stelleinheit (23, 29) zugeordnet ist, welche Arretierungen (3, 4) für die Druckformen (14, 22) betätigen. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretierung (3) einen vorgespannten Hebel (28, 30) umfaßt. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretierung (3) parallel zum Druckformentfernungsfach (2.1) verfahrbar ist. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretierung (3) in einer Kulissenführung (31) verfahrbar ist. - Einrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arretierung (4), die dem Druckformzuführfach (2.2) zugeordnet ist, die Hinterkante (16) der neu aufzubringenden Druckform (22) ergreift.
